The staff started laughing because I said to cancel the order because the toilet was not working

Drink was amazing, I asked for less ice and she did it, my only issue is she gave me a lid that was broken so my drink was spilling EVERYWHERE

Great little Tim’s! Friendly and efficient. The only thing that irks me (and takes away a star) is the side door that is always loudly slamming shut when someone leaves - very irritating! Hope you can fix that so your customers (and staff) don’t have to endure that awful noise.

Loved this Broadview branch.staffs are friendly and patient. I'm always ordering their large chicken soup and anything that has roast beef and cheddar such as their crave-ables and sandwiches.while dining can freely observe passers by

Everyone should start their day here. It is my birthday and all the lovely ladies wished me a lovely happy birthday! They made me smile and also made my order so fast! Epitome of customer service - friendly, genuine, tasty and fast!

I come to this Tim's regularly & have never had an issue but the service today prompted me to write this.
There was no line when I arrived & 4 employees behind the counter, leaning on the back who didn't come up to the cash until I said hello. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on an English muffin & a coffee. Received my coffee but then a farmer's wrap was called for me.
Me: "I ordered a sausage English muffin actually. "
Employee: "oh well that's a farmers wrap. "
Me: "but that's not what I ordered. "
She shrugs & stares at me.
Me: "so can I have made what I ordered please? "
She laughs & says something under her breath to another employee who also laughs. Walks very slowly to make my order but I'm on my way to work so I say, never mind. Never got an apology.
Really disappointing!

I had the vanilla matcha, and it was okay. My cousins and I really wanted to try the pastries but when we looked closely there was a bunch of flies on it. When we told the workers they did not dispose of all the pastries on display, just the doughnuts seen in this picture. Inevitably, the flies just moved to the other pastries.

Easily the best Tim Hortons location on the Danforth, and possibly one of the best in the city. Very friendly, efficient service. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Would definitely return and will recommend to others.

My husband and I picked up our order and a few minutes after he realized that they gave him coffee instead of tea. He took the coffee up and asked for them to give him a tea and they proceeded to call him a liar! We literally JUST picked up our order, yet somehow they forgot us and wanted proof?

I am SO DISGUSTED with their attitude that I told him to speak with a supervisor. Apparently despite there being a number of people behind the counter there was no supervisor on shift? I wonder who the liars are now?

We were in around 2pm, Saturday October 22nd, 2022. I suggest whoever is in charge talks to all the staff that were present then and remind them what a position in "customer service" entails.

Me: Can i get a small DECAF tea?
worker: sure
me: excuse me, this is a coffee, not a tea.can i change this for a DECAF tea?
worker: we don't have decaf tea at this location.me: then why did you take my order?
worker: i just heard you say decaf

i should have demanded a refund.sigh

Coffee tastes great everyday. They know my order before I even get to the counter. It makes you feel special. Love the staff

Nice Tim's with the new upscale decor. Practically no dining room. During the summer you can sit outside in the Muskoka chairs and people watch. They also have the newer updated menu. Friendly staff.

Excellent customer service. The staff specially Rashmi was welcoming and considerate. Best coffee and baked items I’ve had so far. She deserves a raise!

Clean compared to the Timmies down the street at Main. Limited selection of baked goods. Usual mediocre coffee.

Quick service and helpful staff, busy location. Rastern Danforth area is becoming more popular with great restaurants and coffee shops.

One of the best tim hortons I’ve been to. Super clean and friendly. The premium donuts and drinks they serve are the best in town.

The staff here are super nice and welcoming. The restaurant is always kept very clean and the speed of service here is excellent! I am also loving their premium donuts! Definitely the best tims I've been to.

5 stars for friendly staff, minus 2 stars since donut cabinet could have been kept cleaner, and missing few menus compared to other locations.

Awesome service great place if you want to try new Tim Horton drinks exclusive donut if you have a sweet tooth but the service is something you have to experience

I enjoyed there new refresher drink. No caffeine which is great. I wish it was less sweet. I added 1/4 of a bottle of water to a small that had ice and it was still a tad sweet.

First time visiting this location. Didnt realize it was trying to be a trashy Starbucks but okay. Couldnt even get my usual Tims order, no ice coffee? Only cold brew which is more expensive. Seriously, a let down, and for a sizeable spot they didnt bother to put in a proper kitchen so also couldnt get the food i wanted. Staff was alright thou. I only went to Tims because its predictable and i dont have to think about my order.probably wont return to this location. Not as expected.

Great folks working here. My mornings are incomplete without hearing new notion in my favourite timmies, Happy Thursday. Thankyou manager for heating my apple fritter. Love this tims.
