The 2 employees working there today didn’t seem to care if some one was in line to order something when my order was placed I had to tell the girl not to put yellow tomatoes on my sandwich because it looked spoiled when she was done she handed me the sandwich open and not wrapped like Im some dog why do I have to tell someone to give me the sandwich wrapped in a bag I will never go here again a customer even walked out when he realized no one wants to take his order!

Only go here if you want coffee. Do NOT go here if you want options. I wanted an iced capp with espresso, they didn't have espresso. I wanted a farmers wrap, they couldn't make it. I wanted an everything bagel, didn't have it. Four cheese bagel, didn't have it. At this point, I was asking them what they had, which is embarrassing considering they should have all these items the time I went, around 9am. Yeah don't go here.

This afternoon around 3pm I came by to get an XL triple triple made with milk and the bottom of my coffee was filled with coffee grinds. As I went to take the last couple mouthfuls of my coffee I got a VERY UNPLEASANT large amount of coffee grinds in my mouth and immediately spit it back into my cup. Like I can sometimes understand a few grinds in the cup but this is crazy.
In the photo you can see the grinds up the side of the cup and WAY MORE under the remaining coffee. Disgusting and I did even get to finish the last couple mouthfuls of my coffee.

We live in the area and every single time we have tried to order from this location items are out of stock. Sometimes there's no food, sometimes there's no milk, there's always a problem and after 5 visits of leaving empty handed we won't be attempting again.

I purchased bagel and ices coffees. They put tomatoes without asking and there were lot of grindes in iced coffee

I asked for grilled cheese melt.
- they dont have the bread at this location.

I asked for potato wedges.
- they dont carry potato wedges at this location

I asked for jalapeños bagel grilled
- they dont have grill at this location.

I have been using this tim horton location (Derry and Ontario at Esso) for a while now and I must say I am extremely happy with the customer service I used to go to the other location down Derry by McDonald's.but they have the worst customer service and they talk to you like you're bothering them. They dont care and very long wait times. Never even had one good experience there. BUT THIS LOCATION! They have amazing customer service and now me and my family only go there. I drink a lot of coffee and go there 2-3 times a day. Every morning for my regular coffee and every evening for my French vanilla coffee. I know they recognize my voice my red suv and my face and in the evenings when I go they know exactly how I like my French vanilla/half coffee with 2 milk lol thank you Laila, the younger gentleman (I didn't get his name but will update) and the morning team that I see every day I appreciate you ️ Ken is his name

Very chaotic and busy location. Definitely need more staff behind the counter, during the peak periods.

Moved to the area 2 years ago and have been going to this timmies for 2 years now and they are always out of stock I always always have to drive around for another Tim hortons in the area bht today I went just this morning at 11: 50 am and the people working were rude especially the woman taking orders in the drive through it’s not my fault this tim hortons is horrible and is always out of stock and the employees make it worse, just avoid this tim hortons at all costs

Insulting staff. 2 weeks ago, I was getting my order (drive-thru) and couldn't hear what she was asking me, so I thought she is asking how would I like to pay, but she was asking what exactly my order. She just started to laugh with all the staff and I heard her pointing at me and saying improper words. I told them that I had heard them, but she said we meant someone else! She even did not excuse

Worst tim Horton in Milton.they don’t even deserve a star. Always lieing about their machines not working.if you don’t like to work there maybe then you should quit lol

I ordered triple triple today and they gave me regular coffee, no milk no sugar. They deserve zero star not even one

This Tim Hortons is absolute trash, they don't have half the menu, making the app basically pointless, shut it down or stock it up.

Today Drive to this Tim Horton location the the young girl attending by 6: 20 is so rude to costumers I place and order one ICE CUP and green tea the Ice Cup is not well made and low for a medium ice CUP the worst she rude

Love this location always have it all. Customers service is highly qualified. Clean, fast and reliable.

Worst in Milton oh my. Rude and clueless staff, and they always never have what your looking for. Avoid this place

Every time you order a drink here they add x3 the amount of cream and it's disgusting and they get mad if you ask them to fix it.you guys have specs learn to follow them because at this point youre handing out cups of cream instead of coffee and I normally wouldnt write a review but it's been like this for months, do better.

Slowest in milton, can only do 1 order at a time. Iced cap machine is always broken (or so they say) staff is rude and always have attitude

I went to this location in Milton a few times and I always have a bad encounter with this one worker (female). She is always upset and obnoxious.

I just ordered 2 classic bacon and egg biscuit combos with a hash brown and double double and got 1 crusty gross hash brown (the other was missing) and 2 burnt sandwiches

The service so bad no any body wearing gloves when I sey why you don't wear gloves she say not your business

Hasbrown tasted like it was 2 days old and just heated in the oven. Ordered mocha - couldn't get as they were out of chocolate. Poor service. Better to avoid tims which are in the convenience stores unless out of choice!

Ordered an evthg bagel toasted w/cream cheese. Bagel wasn't toasted, was butter on one side, CC on the other, and the CC had bits of lettuce in it from the girl's knife. That's not a lack of attention to detail - that's just lazy.

I go here often and there is usually one problem or another. A lot of times they mess up the order. Today person on drive thru duty seemed like tired and was in a bad mood. When I ask for double double they put double milk instead of cream. So while I was trying to clarify I wanted 2 creams she got upset. Need some training on customer service skills.

Tims the best coffee shop near me its stone throw away from me and ilove his french vanilla bagels and donuts

Horrible. Tim hortons boycott now for 2 months. Love the freedom:) mcdonalds coffee way better as well.

Terrible customer service!
For the 3rd time I've been told that the machine to make London fog tea is broken.another time there was no coffee because water pipes were broken.or they out of muffins or bagels.

Well they were not busy when I reached there but whether it's busy or not they are very nice and cooperative. Donuts coffee etc fresh and yummy

Great spot for breakfast or lunch. Clean comfortable with good service. Wide selection of menu items, the food is good and they really do have fresh squeezed orange juice!

The BEST BAGEL I have ever had in my entire lifetime of ordering from Tim Hortons. I want to take the time out to highlight an employee from this location. I came around 5: 30 PM on Jan 31,2020. Young man was working, let me know that he would be right with me as he was preoccupied restocking pastries. He then took my order and told me about the freshly baked bagels. He then completed my order and went around the counter and brought both the coffee and bagel directly to me. Little did i know, that I was about to have the best bagel of life. A freshly baked four-cheese bagel with butter. Toasted to perfection with the perfect amount of butter. This man was an expert. In all seriousness, amazing service and an equally amazing bagel. Well done young man.

I wish you make my mouth water and my stomach filled with excitement in Wonder of the goodness to come. This location brings me both of those things. This location either has a machine not working so you can’t order what you want, or they don’t have what you want. And this is all most every time I’ve been here.

I usually get my coffee only but today I ordered 3 things out of which 2 weren't there. No London fog tea & no bagel except four cheese.

Today we visited 6788 regional road 25, Milton and got take out order#370 with receipt for survey code#5182-8230-3100-4340-90206, but when we try to survey, it's mentioned that it is already used by another one.why it is so?

Ordered a bagel with peanut butter on both sides and she said no we can't.
I have ordered the same bagel all over the city but still they refused

They don't let you know you have a free coffee at the drive-thru when you have 7 on rewards card. I'm past 14 at that location still haven't gotten a free coffee. I'm sure the girls have figured out a way to pocket the cash

It's a small outlet at an esso gas station but is well stocked and offers fresh and warm coffee.hats off

Tim Hortons. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. The way I order my coffee, dark roast with one cream. Perfect every time. Except for that one time, Karen! I have not drink coffee from Tim Hortons for 5 months and l had it yesterday it tasted like disel gasoline

This place is a joke. 3 people on drive thru. One guy that takes forever at the counter. Coffee is always burnt.
