Tim Hortons

This is my favourite tim hortons to go to. The staff here are so lovely. Ritu remembers my name and drink order every time and even writes little notes on my cup like “Enjoy! ”. I even witness one time Ritu had encourage words to say like “great job team” during a morning rush. Her presence really makes a great start to customers getting their morning coffee. Priya always has a smile on her face. Mohammed is very efficient with orders which I appreciate when there’s a long line. It’s always a great experience at this location even when it’s super busy.

This Tims is a garbage heap there is trash all around the parking area and side of building. When they first moved in they would clean every morning now not so much. Makes me not want to go inside anymore.

The staff at this facility are extremely polite, kind, and friendly. The service is the best in Ontario for sure. Congratulations to the manager of this unit for having an enthusiastic, committed and very competent team. Everyone without exception offers a quality service and excellence. My special thanks to Sara, Liza, Jay and Zannat, continue with this dedication in everything you do and you will certainly achieve a bright future. Beautiful to see this team in action.

Horrible under the new management, always huge lineups whenever I come in for a quick cup of coffee.

Worst fast food experience ever.

1) Ordered toasted bagel and cream cheese. Bagel was as hard as a hockey puck. Person cutting should have known that it couldn't be chewed by human teeth. Squeeze it! Second, I don't know if it's a franchise or corporate cost cutting method, but the cream cheese was in the form of a patty taken from the fridge. Not spread.

2) Sister got 2 Tim Bits (stale) and a breakfast wrap. There was paper in the wrap.

I could go on, but STAY AWAY from this location.

You ever have that one person in a take out or dine in that just makes your day, well that's how i feel about this Tim's. One young lady is just that, cheerful very pleasent just all around a sweetheart. In our weary world right now it's a nice way to start your day. Kindness goes along way Her name is Sajeda

Out of bacon and egg sandwich just about every time I go here. Maybe it's time to START CARRYING MORE BACON? !

Staff are friendly and the location is kept clean and tidy.
The environment in this Tim Horton's feels much more cozy and inviting compared to all other locations within a 2KM radius.

That being said, can't do much about the terrible coffee though. This is a fault across all Tim Horton's locations, not just this one.

It’s funny how I get fired from Tim’s my first day of working because of my disabilities but your workers can’t even fold a wrap

The taste of the coffee has really changed for the worst over the past few years. I don't think any Time Horton's throws out those big vats of coffee after 20 minutes.
Timmie's isn't my go to coffee shop anymore.

Insane. I have never seen a Tim Hortons like this one. It is pristine. Cleaner than my own house. Staff is super friendly. One of them even opened the door for me! They have some menu options I've never seen at other tim hortons. Really recommend this place even though it's a little off the beaten path.

They have alot of new hires who consistently get my orders incorrect, I ordered half cream cheese here for example. Plenty of times they get my tea and coffee wrong aswell

On October 12th, 2021, I had ordered a caprese sandwich and an iced coffee. A few hours following the meal, I ended up throwing up and had diarrhea (possibly upset stomach reaction or food poisoning). I never had a bad experience in regards to previous delivery orders at this location.

Sorry, i made a mistake. When I gave a negative review, i was not referring to the store at 637 Kingston Rd. In the store i very well attended and it was in this store that I drank the best Fresh Vanilla, delicious.

I love this location coffee. It’s always hot and tastes fresh unlike other locations, however, the staff are rude to each other. It’s 637 Kingston Rd location around 1-130 pm. I went to get my regular coffee today and the staff were yelling and mistreating a new staff. One was explaining to the new staff how to brew coffee and she was scolding the new staff girl that if she had watched her videos or online modules, she would’ve known how to do that. She then asked another staff to explain that to her in a rude manner and there were another staff at the back calling her to put the trays out. Like seriously? ! Is that how you train your staff? Everyone was mistreating the poor girl loudly and in front of customers. Very disturbing and wasn’t the first time to see such an incident.

New owner is disrespectful towards customers. Gave drink to wrong person then yelled at customer to not take the wrong drink and proceeded to throw it in the sink. Tells high school students they are not allowed to eat there own food in the store even if they buy food or drink from store.

ANNIE and the other workers are so polite and the store is so clean BEST TIM HORTONS IN TORONTO

Sad this place is supposed to be a premium Timmys shop and this is their version of a powdered strawberry donut.

They have cool drink and donut flavours! Workers are extremely nice! Definitely worth the visit

I was in the neighbourhood and stopped by. I was greeted by the workers - Annie, Rachel, Lashanda - and was given a recommendation for the iced matcha with oat milk (with a cold brew). Nice clean location and amazing avocado turkey sandwich. 100% recommend.

This Ice matcha latte was so good I like it so much especially with oat milk and with on side heated creme brulee donut it was the best match ever and I always come back here just to get those.

Since you are one of the few businesses allowed to be open during a pandemic, it would be extra considerate of you to keep your bathrooms available. Or is that where the Covid is?

Not your usual tims. Expensive sandwiches example avacodo turkey club has no avocado in the sandwich just some kind of brown spread they call avocado. And it might or might not have raw bacon. Coffees are good tho. Also if washroom was available for paying customers I might not have stepped in human feces at the rear of the business.

I live a block away so I go frequently. These are the nicest people that I've ever encountered at a Time Hortons. Even when they are extremely busy, there's always amazing service served with a smile

Overalls they are okay.
But suppose to close at 9PM and not taking any Bagel or sandwiches order at 7: 30PM either.
I mean 1: 30 hours for just the closing?
Manager should work on the staff.

The staff at this location is excellent in customer service. They are always friendly and greet you with a lovely smile. I enjoy getting my coffee and ice caps here. I'm not a big timmies person but I will admit I enjoy getting my coffee and ice caps from this location. Keep up the good work.

Terrible location. They never have any of the items advertised. They're sold out of everything constantly. The management clearly dont know how to run a business. It's too bad this replaced the Starbucks, because at least they had food items stocked in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. Don't waste your time here. Even the Tim Hortons at Main and Danforth isn't this disappointing.

Excellent customer service and staff! I like the premium donuts and drinks.

Kim is an excellent manager! She was extremely helpful and courteous. As well as Navera for the good service. I like the cool coffee machine they have there as well as the truffle timbits and other delicacies not usually available at other Tim Hortons

Only location that doesn’t put cream cheese on your bagel for you. If I wanted to do it myself, I’d go to Starbucks ‍️ Stick to what you’re good at.

Super friendly staff! Very clean and modern interior. Have heard it is a new concept store so they lack in selection of food. However, it is said they will be expanding their selection in coming months. Great addition to the neighbourhood.

Only complaint is I ordered a cheese bagel toasted with butter only to find they forgot to butter it when I was home. No biggie though, butter isn't difficult to find.

ORDER A SMALL ICED COFFEE THEY TELL ME THERES NO ICED COFFEE AVAILABLE AND SAY TO GET THE ORIGINAL COLD BREW INSTEAD EVEN THOUGH IT IS BASICALLY MORE EXPENSIVE ICED COFFEE. GOT MY COLD BREW AND IT WAS FULL TO THE BRIM WITH ICE SO THERE WAS ONLY LIKE 20% OF ICED COFFEE IN THE SMALL CUP. THEY WATER DOWN THEIR COLD DRINKS AND DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. GO THERE FOR DONUTS NOT FOR DRINKS.
