This all hours Timmies caters to our hospital staff. They are lightning fast, polite, and on point if you need to visit the General this is a must.

Yesterday lady was amazing at the Tim Hortons at the General hospital. Today kid was good too. Makes your day when u r visiting a sick family member.

The food is fine, but the afternoon service is consistently terrible. Over half of the times my order is not made until I ask at least twice, usually after waiting 20-30 minutes and long after orders behind me are complete. Some staff (not all) have always been rude to me, either blaming me for orders never called out, or one time passive-agressively insinuating I'm stealing the food and lying. Suffice to say they have finally lost me as afternoon customer. The morning, late night, and weekend services have mostly been smooth for me with good service even during the morning rush.

Witnessed several staff members touching the inside of the cups with their fingers. It's unsanitary.

The food was always great seeing it is a hospital and they are always so busy.

Their employees are always so nice but Neema, who works mornings, is exceptional.she is one of the best employees I have ever seen anywhere. She is hard working, so personable and friendly. She always remembered my order and always said hello even when she was run off her feet! She does this Tim’s proud.

You’d think for a hospital setting that the place would care for both regular customers, hospital staff, and patients alike but that is truly not the case, after buying a meal of my own, attempting to replace an order attempting to clean the mess made the very rude Tim Hortons worker begins to call my mother names and tells her to “mind her own business” along with other words I won’t place here. Truly a horrible experience. I hope this worker gets fired and will not be allowed to service any hospital restaurants with this kind of attitude towards customers.

Poor service, food had no flavour, presentation wasn't there and the customer service just made you feel rushed

Morning Staff are amazing. It is a very busy place but they always make sure that you get what you need

It was 845 pm and I was told no sandwich or wraps only donuts cause we r short staffed. The staff then sat on the counter and played w her phone

One staff member was incredibly rude. Despite what is going on that would cause her to be short with customers, it is a hospital, some people going there are experiencing the worst day of there lives, the last thing they need is being snapped at for starting to approach too soon.

I feel bad for the staff here, it’s busy and super unorganized. I don’t think they’re properly trained either. My drinks are never good or missing ingredients.

I just had someone tell me that there is barely any cream cheese on my begal because, and I quote "you ordered it with cream cheese and butter, it must have melted into the begal", if you screw up, admit it and make it right, don't blame it on the customers order, especially when the customer is clearly in a hurry.

Most staff are friendly. Only major gripe is they keep making my ceasar wraps with tomato. It has happened 3/5 times I ordered that particular wrap.

Service is super slow.maybe the sloth moves fatser.got ice coffee without the syrup mixed and just sitting at the bottom multiple times

The staff here are very nice but the quality of the drinks are terrible especially in the morning. I've tried drinks here and thought they were disgusting and just thought it was a bad new flavor then tried them in a different location and they're fine. Stuff tastes bitter and gross. Can't even finish a lot of the drinks I buy. Especially iced coffees, tastes like black coffee and water, no matter how much cream and sugar are in it

Almost always out of stock of something, even if you place your order on the app and it says “checking with the store”

Not every employee has masks on at all times. One employee got an apple (presumably for themselves) from the display shelf without a mask.

Covid precautions are not being followed one man had the mask not over his nose and at one point he took it off completely talking to a customer less then a metre away.they also cut corners wherever possible they dont cut bagels in half, mix drinks poorly and don't put tea sleeves on hot drinks.they take advantage of the fact theres no other options at nights and weekends for food.

The food was average as any timmies. But the staff is rude, not a welcoming atmosphere! They are VERY! Disorganized when handing out the orders. Wouldn't reccomend unless you have no other choice to go to this location.they also didn't have everything that was on the menu.they weren't giving out receipts

Always understaffed. Orders are often wrong. Frequently very busy and slow. There also used to be a lot more reviews on here for this location.

Super busy, not enough staff, zero organization and mobile orders take priority over real people waiting in line. 3 people ahead of me in line and I waited 10 mins to be served.

One of our five in average is served wrong, such as wrong size or wrong recipes of coffee or totally unrelated items. Super slow service. Sometime it takes more than 30 minutes for mobile order. Most mobile orders take longer than in line. Terrible.

I bought a turkey melt today and it was not satisfying at all. I expected better. The picture on the menu looked so appetizing but it wasn’t.
