I think it was your supervisor i didn’t get her name but she was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to serve customers at all it was my second time coming to this tim hortons and i got served by her twice and she was having the same attitude

Quick and easy. Carrot cake muffin was very good. A classic tims experience for any Canadian. A great snack option for those not familiar with tim hortons.

Asked for a doughnut, they gave me a stale croissant. Default tipping and the only way not to tip is to choose other and $0.

This review is for the Tim Hortons Express location at the Ottawa International Airport (YOW) AFTER you pass through security. Now it was around 4: 45 a.m, and this location was perhaps one of the few places open so early in the morning.
I feel sorry for the one employee doing the best she could. Overworked perhaps!? She was doing everything: taking orders, bagging the food, and doing cash. You can only imagine how many people were in line. I didn't even bother lining up. Later, I overheard that the wait time was 45 minutes. Ouch and rediculous!
Would have been nice to get a coffee, and a bite to eat quickly so early in the day.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too by far. Brutal service, no food items and even overpriced for a airport

Waited 40 mins one person taken order same person spends 15 20 mins making that order wile you wait to make yours need more then 2 staff

Slightly burned taste to regular coffee. Review is for the upper level before security outlet. The small stand near gates, past security, has minimal selection but coffee was better.

Worst Tim Horton’s absolutely rude lady we didn’t have food to eat and she closed at 11: 30 am on a Friday
Never rely on this Tim Horton’s we had to stay hungry for a long time

They made a mistake with cold food but they handle the situation and we left satisfacted, this is how you deal with that.

Only 4 stars cause they made a mistake otherwise it would be 5.

If Less than 1 star was possible i would give this location less.

Rarely does this location have its advertised menu options available.

Extremely slow service. Every day is the same excuse they do not have enough staff.

This location is operated by SSP. Quality control is non existent. Orders are rarely completed accurately as staff are overworked and usually working alone. This means taking orders and then leaving the cash area to prepare food and drinks.

Location claims to not participate in the Tim Card program as well as the Tim Hortans rewards program.

I would have give -5 stars if option available.

The only option that's open at 5am for early flights. I timed a random customer taking from 5: 24 start of order to 5: 29 am after reading 20 mins in line. They only have 1 person working combination cashier and food prep. It's so unfair for the worker - not too mention customers who wait in line for 20 mins. Hopefully one of the other vendors will open up as early - or Tim Hortons will figure out how many staff is appropriate.

Hi, I would love some donuts for the kiddos.and ill take a double double.and is the price negotiable just settled the divorce. (I kept his dog)

Slow service if there's any kind of line at all. Much worse than a normal Tim Hortons or even the one outside of the secure boarding area.

Long, long wait -waiting in a line-up. Poor service. My daughter wanted to use her Tim Horton's gift card to pay for 3 cups of coffee and it was refused, as they said they "do not accept the Tim Horton's gift cards at the Airport restaurant! " Now why would that be? Ridiculous.

Go for coffee can I order a breakfast sandwich with no cheese all the time so today I decided to order a bagel ask to add a slice of tomato and they charge me $. 50 extra like wow. I’ll see my face there ever again as I find thisKind of cheap. I don’t ask for a discount for removing the slice of cheese.

I got a doble doble for my mom and it didn’t have sugar so my dad went back and the lady was very rude and said doble doble didn’t have any sugar this is the tim Hortons pass security

Tim Hortons 3rd floor there was about 10 people in line and ONE employee on! I felt bad for her because there where THREE managers there just watching her and pointing at the dounuts, the 2 stars go to her, I felt like saying something to them but i didnt next time i will.you want good service put more employees on.

It was kind of slow waiting in line but I was provided with fast service getting my ice cappuccino and my turkey sandwich. Very friendly.

As a frequent flyer i'm regularly in airports and need to grab a coffee and snack quickly before boarding. Ottawa is home, and as such i'm at this Tim regularly. I have to say it is by far the slowest service of all Tim's. They've been short staffed for as long as I can remember and lack an express line. Unfortunately have not cared to change a thing.

Commenting on the Tim’s that’s inside the boarding area.painfully long & slow lineups.need more staff who understand & speak English (or French) so orders can be filled correctly.better yet, add another Tim Horton’s location inside boarding area so as to be able to accommodate customer demand.

My expectations are usually pretty low for an airport Tim Horton's, but I had a much better experience than expected. My breakfast sandwich was delicious and quickly made.

I would give this location no stars of I could. It takes 4 people to assist one customer. I thought they were performing open heart surgery at the counter. I had to ask how much longer it was going to be and I was the only person in line. I know understand why, people avoid this location. One person ahead of me lost his cool and threw his water bottle back in the display case because he gave up. Get it together, horrible service and no urgency whatsoever to get people moving.

Bad service. Bad English. No espresso products. Not all products listed on their signs are available. Great Boston cream doughnut though.

Worst experience. Very rude staffs who doesn't know how to take the orders correct or apologize for the mistakes they did.

Extremely rude staff. My hot chocolate was nit the same as it usually is, I went back to tell him it tasted very watered Down. She then told me she saw it being poured from the machine and it was “brown”.
Please note, she opened the door twice and shook the container of mix while it was pouring the water.
End result, my asking fir a refund, being told she couldn’t open her till and again, that she saw it’s “brown so maybe it’s just me”. She then left the counter and walked away.

Three lunch options? What happened to the rest of the menu? The food at Tim's is definitely in decline. Very disappointing!

Staff seemed to busy talking and peeking their heads out from the back to bother actually listening to people's orders. Charged me incorrectly as well as making both drinks incorrectly.

My breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve had from Tim Hortons and despite the long line the ladies moved very quickly! Thank you

This is a quintessential Canadian cafe. Do not expect gourmet food our excellent coffee. It gets 5 stars because when you visit Canada, you have to go to a Tim Hortons. Their double double or French vanilla latte is what they are known for. Along with there donuts, or Tim bits.

You will always get great, friendly service that is super fast if you are in a rush.

The price is also very inexpensive. A donut and coffee for under $4
