Tim Hortons

They act like the chocolate and other topping on donuts comes out their paychecks, all donuts have one drop of the sauce on top when I’m paying for one. Very cheap people work at this Tim Hortons

Disgusting packaging and very poor customer service. My wrap was leaking from bottom and asked for better packaging one of staff member offered me tissue. Really Tim Hortons!

I keep see pesky teenagers and young adults smoking vapes in there they need to up date their sealed windows to make it openable and punish the vape smokers inside the shop

Classic Tim-Hortons located in a plaza with ample parking. I would guess almost everyone in Kitchener has visited this location at one point or another.

The service was good since the staff were accommodating nicely, but just recently one of the managers named Jaspreet decided to create a scene by humiliating his staff in front of everyone. It was upsetting to see how the employees are treated at this Tim’s and made me not want to come back. I hope some action is taken into consideration for this manager because this was simply not okay.

For the staffs here, Walk-in customers seems to be a joke. I had to wait for about 10 minutes and still they don't take your order.

I went to the store yesterday at 10: 30pm and ordered a steeped tea. The store was out of steeped tea. So I switched it to dark roast. So the staff told they were out of dark roast. They have only regular coffee. I told them I'm ready to wait but they refused to make it saying that the store will be closed within 30 min. This is one of the worst service I have ever received from Tim Hortons.

A positive change in my routine this morning had me walking in to order my coffee and breakfast items in person and soo glad I did! I had the most wonderful customer service by "Selicitas" considering I was there at the busiest time of the day she filled my order and made sure I was satisfied with everything. 1 hour later I met up with my friend that just happened to stop there to get herself a french vanilla, I was telling her about My great customer experience and she told me that she also has Selicitas as a server and also had great service! Thanks for making your Timmie's Customers Happy!

Never have anything you want anytime you go. Always something broken or not working properly. Worst Tim’s in the area. Steeped tea always served cold.

We ordered for hot cappuccino and they gave us cold coffee, when asked they to check they mentioned that’s you get and when asked to recheck they just put in microwave and gave with all froth outside the cup

Worst tim hortons we have ever visited. To start with, entire staff was working just for the sake of being there. We spent 25$ for our order. Part of order was veggie wrap (FOR A PERSON WHO IS STRICTLY VEGETARIAN) and chicken wrap. Chicken wrap was labeled as veggie wrap. It doesn’t end there. Chicken was specifically only chicken and it had bacon in it. Chicken was extremely dry. These things are of utmost importance when you work in food industry and you can’t be ignorant of this level. Staff was not apologetic at all and offered to make a new wrap, how can you change the chicken that was consumed by the person who is vegetarian by making a new wrap? Are the franchise owners even aware how the location is running? Based on all reviews this location definitely needs to be shut.

Very bad service… there was a fly on the timbits and i told one employee and she said there is nothing she can do about it.

A Indian guy is very friendly. He helped me while choosing the best breakfast. And his customer service skills were excellent.
Coming to the store it was not much hygienic And I saw couple of flies on Donuts.

Unfortunately dissatisfied with a quick sandwich. Bought a "roast beef and cheese" sandwich, approx $6. This should be a lettuce sandwich with roast beef. For what it is, one slice of meat makes this pathetic at best. Comparable to other fast food locations you really are not coming to the table for competition.

Me and my husband were waiting for since 5 minutes but staff does not care about customer. Just ignoring and we had to come back without anything.

Friendly staff. Nice clean dine in area. Got everything correct. Clean washrooms. Good start to the day!

Filthy! The bathroom was disgusting! Glass doors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Wont be back!

Went around 9AM Got the Best Mocha Iced Capp I had in a long time. Perfect amount of Whipped cream and syrup and mixed very well. I should have taken a Picture that's how perfect it was LOL

Absolutely hate this tim hortons. Every time we go, the drinks or the food is wrong. Once again we paid for extra meat and cheese on a breakfast sandwich and once again we don’t receive. The employees do not listen to the customers whatsoever nor do they pay attention to the orders. This has happened to me time and time time again. I will not go back to this location again.

Realized today visiting another Tim's they overcharged me for a cappuccino which should have been 2$ until Feb. 15. Messed up my tea order. Worker was sweeping my feet as I waited for my order.

I have been going to this Tim Hortons most of my life, but recently the customer service has gone down hill. The morning crew are great, but I went at 4: 30pm today (September 1st) and the customer service is just horrible. I order, I go up to the window and no hello, no how are you. The woman throws the machine out the window, just talking to her coworker not even looking at me. Then proceeds to hand me my coffee and my donut without looking at me once and just talks away to her coworker. Guess I was interrupting a really important conversation and wasn't worth her time. I even told her to have a great rest of her day and got nothing. Not too impressed with the people that work there. Not sure I want go there anymore.

Apparently they NEVER have food during late afternoon / dinner time. They would make you wait over 5mins before taking your order (I was parked at the speaker) and then was told they don’t have ANY food. This happened 3 times. THREE TIMES. Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to and will never go back.

Very arrogant staff at drive through especially a girl who delivered the order. Today I purchased 1 coffee and 3 tea and she was very rude. I feel very offended.

This is my regular store. Day time staff is the best here always knows my order everytime. Night supervisor is kool too. Very polite when I had a problem. Keep up the great job guys. That's why u get my business everyday.so thank you

Check out the pic please I ordered ice cap he gives with paper cup then I removed the paper cup the cup creamy all round the cup and black stuff on it, his hands was dirty with the toaster dirts!

Stop by the dive through got A white Hot Chocolate a coffee a chilli
And a terrible ham and chedar Cheese Samwiche.
Bring it home ready to eat through ham was yellowish and smell horrible
Have to trought away.
Make sure if you order at this location On Wesmount Rd in Kitchener check your order before driving away

Product quality has been not on par, training on staff has been neglected and instructions that are too complicated tend to ruin service.

Today (Sep. 1,2020) I ordered two large Ice Capp supremes and 1/2 dozen doughnuts (4 honey crueller, a Boston cream and an apple fritter) So far Dounhnuts very fresh. Customer service was okay except two Ice Capp supreme made incorrectly I am not sure the staff knew how to make Ice Capp supreme because she only put very small amount of whipped cream without filling it up; perhaps she is on going training with her new job. I don’t think I will recommend anyone to buy Ice Capp supreme at this location.

Never has anything on the menu in stock. 3 weeks in a row i've shown up on Saturday at noon and tried to order a sandwich but no bread! It'd be like going to McDonalds, ordering a burger and having them be out of buns. Never seems to happen at any other fast food restaurant but Tim's it happens constantly. What a horrible business and horrible customer experience.

I don't go to this location often, but it seemed a little more organized than most. The girl serving us seemed especially sharp and fast. I really wish I'd gotten her name - she was great!

Thank you, once again, for getting my order wrong. I ordered two teas with milk and sugar, you repeated what was in the teas back to me. I arrive at work and take a sip of my tea and scald my mouth because you gave me a black tea.nothing in it. WHY bother confirming what is in my tea if you’re not going to put it in anyways?

Drive thru is worst. The lady while giving my order literally shouted on us when asked for extra napkins

Half hour after they opened this morning they hadnt checked or resupplied the bathroom. There were a couple of napkins on the toilet tank thankfully, but if you don't understand that before it opens, the bathrooms should be cleaned, checked and stocked, you've failed even in basic common sense.

I came in to this location multiple times. Most cases they get the order right BUT I can say almost every other time I get something such as a bagel they make it so messy and when I'm in a car I have to pull over and basically remake the bagel so I dont end up 3ith it all over myself. This morning i recieved my bagel and it was so messy and the lady was very rude sarcastic like towards me when i asked is there cream cheese on it as when I looked in it didn't look like it from that side but when I got to the table it was on it but also all over the side of the bagel in the centre of the bagel and 2 small pieces of the bacon. I was not happy to have to make a mess at the table to put back my bagel properly to even be able to bite it

I went to this location on a slow Friday night and it took 5 minutes to make my iced capp. That is when the guy working at the front apologized for the slow service and decided to give me a free donut. His coworker saw him give me a donut and approached me with attitude asking if I had paid for the donut. I then told her that the donut was given due to the slow service I had received. She told me to give back the donut I had already bitten into and so I did, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. She definitely threw away the donut so there was no need to ask for it back and leave a customer unhappy. She needs to be trained on appropriate customer service.

Nice location. Pretty cool seating area on one side of the restaurant. Staff were nice. Got my food pretty quickly.

I will always love this Tim Hortons. It was the closest one to me growing up, so I would walk there whenever I had money. It's always fun to go back there when I'm in the area.

The cream cheese they put on bagels is visibly much less (less than half) than other locations. When asked for more they said that was the standard. My experience with other location is different and I just felt this location was not up to the mark with customer service and products.

My son and I went there at 9pm for a light meal. They didn't have any soup, chili, or certain ingredients to make what we were asking for. They only had a few baked goods. Very disappointing.
