I had ordered a steak and egg homestyle biscuit through skip the dishes and when it came, I had bacon and egg biscuit. I had thought oh well my bad luck but I decided to call the location just to let them be aware. When I told the lady I just ordered through skip she already knew of the mistake. Sherry was her name and she already knew that the wrong biscuit had been delivered once the courier left. Sherry went over and beyond my expectations by saying that she was going to deliver the correct biscuit herself. I honestly felt so warm because I really did not mind not getting it but for her to realize and rectify the mistake was very heart-warming. And on top of that, she personally drove and delivered the correct biscuit. It is people like Sherry that can make someone's day better and she definitely made mine. Thank you Sherry!

All but 1 person couldn't speak or understand English. Line up inside and out. Multiple mistakes in people's orders and difficulties explaining mistakes to staff due to translation issues made the line up worse. All I wanted was coffee. Been getting worse and worse as time passes.

The donuts that I bought they were very dry as though they were from the day before. Everyone there is just mainly looking after the Drive through and the people in the front have to wait and be asking for there order after waiting more than 5 minutes.

Average Tim Hortons, washrooms were very unclean. Service, food and atmosphere are just typical Tim Hortons.

This Tim Hortons is a drive-through, but also has patio seating which we sat on. Unfortunately, their washrooms were closed because the door was broken. That’s kind of unfortunate when you’re drinking coffee.

Wanted to buy icecream in a cup, but they did not have. Had to settle with ice coffee.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Tim hortons will never give them my business again. More consonsered with metrics than customers. Asked 6 times for a refund while the staff ignored me. They dont care take your money else where.

We ordered the Cilantro Chicken Bowl. What we received had no lettuce, no cilantro, very few pieces of chicken, and very little tomatoes. The bowl was less than ONE-THIRD full, and had barely enough food for a child. Is this your idea of a "loaded bowl"? We were told AFTER we placed and paid for the order that vegetables had "run out". Why weren't we told that BEFORE we placed the order? Why in the world are you even selling this bowl if half the ingredients are out? Also, if those ingredients had run out, why weren't we compensated with something else, like extra chicken and rice? This is customer service 101, which apparently this location's staff, especially the supervisor on that day who made the decision to not compensate customers and instead serve them 1/3 portions, completely fails at.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

I cannot believe the experience I got. For starters, I asked for a toasted bagel with butter and when I received it it was warm but not toasted. I know all Tim’s are different and toasting is different where you go but I needed it properly toasted so I went back through the line and man o man the level of disrespect and not just that but blatantly breaking health code violations? !? The manager I think, she was older, snatched the bagel out of my hand that she already gave me; I already had a single bite out of it - I wanted to see if I could make it work I don’t want to make these people’s jobs harder than they are but the disrespect was unreal. She threw a bagel back through their toaster and then gave it to me and slammed the drive thru door in my face. Needless to say, she was clearly trying to prove a point since the bagel was black. I waited for them to reopen the doors to ask for a properly toasted bagel; mind you I was trying my best to be respectful but they wouldn’t pay attention to me they left me at the drive thru window for a full minute before finally reopening and asking ‘what do you want now’ come on guys. I just want my bagel toasted. They proceeded to toast the bagel and condescendingly ask me every single painful step of the way if it was alright. I get they deal with a lot of stuff but I just wanted the food I paid for to be made the way I asked for it to be made. I could not believe the blatant disrespect and health code violations. I will never be returning to this location ever again just for fear of contamination. I was finally handed the correct bagel, but on a napkin, no covering on it or anything.

Disappointing, tried the new Canadian breakfast sandwich and my bagel was burnt. It tasted like char. How can you simultaneously burn and undercook a bagel? Still had no crunch. Weird.

The positive thing was the server who was working the drive through. She was funny, cheerful and that made my day.

I was here on 10/11/2022 around 5pm. The white lady working here had such bad attitude. The other lady with specs was really good.
I wished the white lady with a smile, but she said wait a moment and then took my order in a rude manner.

I went here on 10/08/22 at around 11: 30-11: 58 am. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. Service was extremely slow, on top of them being rude. The woman making the wraps did not even listen to me when I explained that I was given a farmers wrap in a 9 inch wrap/ wrapping paper which isn’t correct. She walked away as I tried to explain politely what was wrong because she said she is busy with orders. They told me that they no longer have the covers for wraps which is not accurate, they also told me a 9 inch wrap is “just the sizing now” even though I have worked at a Tim Hortons for 2 years and that is a child size wrap no matter what they claim. Another woman approached me trying to “make up” (in her words) for the other woman’s behaviour (on the food station) to explain that they no longer carry the packaging for the new wraps but I have been a supervisor many years and that is not accurate at all. Even if that location does not have the packaging then they should at least give you the right size, which is a 12 inch wrap. They proceeded to speak about us in front of us, saying we are wrong and do not know what we are saying even though there were 7 of us and we all have separate complaints. They said and I quote “ I tried to explain it but they don’t think it’s right” “ Yeah but I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be, that’s the only wraps I see when I’m making them”. The woman making the food was the absolute worst whereas another women tried to explain it to us but it still wasn’t accurate. They do not know what they are doing and are not making food properly. I never write this poorly of a review but my experience was terrible. I can say without a doubt as someone who only writes 5 star reviews this was the worst experience I have had ever. If you have time go to another location then you should, because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in all my reviews.

When l was there it was nice of one the staff got coffee and bagel l'm guess not remember but good paid and left the store etc.

Drive-thru and walk-ins are fine, service was fast. Very close to RBG, Burlington, we in fact came out of Botanical Gardens and went in for coffee. Friendly staff and good service.

Best staff I've ever dealt with very clean environment always laughing and having a good time when I go there. Very quick service as well. The ladies here are great

One of those days when you are served by someone not supposed to be in the service industry.

On our way to Toronto we decided to grab drinks and landed upon this Tim Hortons with the worst customer service ever experienced at the drive thru. 5: 30pm 10 Oct 2021. We were served by a lady who was very cold and curt. Would not return.

Got the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. It’s consistently poor quality. Avoid this location.
