Lady at the register kicked me out because my card wasnt working and "youre holding the line" even when there was another cash open.i asked to step out of the line to figure out whats wrong with my card and she got mad at me saying "oh my goodness" under her breath.also the day before me and a friend went to the same Tim Hortons and was giving my friend a really hard time with her order being mean and super unprofessional.

Oddest Tim Hortons ever. They stop cars from driving to the window for the “timer” so head office thinks they are more efficient then they really are.

Extremely rude employees. I was here on November 1st around 10: 15am when I ordered a breakfast combo with a hashbrown. The cashier was very dismissive, and would barely say a word. When I went to get my food, they just gave me the sandwich and not the hashbrown. I politely told the lady working the food "I ordered a combo with a hashbrown" and she turned to me and made a face and rudely said "what? " I repeated myself and then she made another face and said "she didn't charge you for it", and walked away. At that point, I was confused and didn't know what to do if i apparently didn't pay for it, so I just stood with my boyfriend while he waited for his food. The lady came back and slammed a bag with a hashbrown in it on the counter, not even saying a word. The lady then turned to my boyfriend who was also waiting for his food and said "did you order a combo? " to which he replied no, and then she said "ya because you didn't ask for it", in a way that implied I did not ask for a combo. Just completely disrespectful, my boyfriend and I were honestly in shock. There is no need for such rude behaviour and sarcastic comments for someone who is just trying to order breakfast and a coffee.

Rude staff I asked her to redo my iced capp to this indian Tamil lady (as it tasted more watery) she denied / apparently it comes straight from the machine so nothing possibly can go wrong to an iced capp -her

Horrible! I ordered everything bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese. I saw the order as I asked on the board, but received butter and cream cheese. This is an ongoing issue especially at this location.

I’m a regular at this Location … There is a lady named Muna that is there most on day shift. Many times they have screwed up my coffee and end up going back and returning it. Employees get mad and angry and say I always return it. You think I like to drive back, waste my gas and time? Unexceptional behaviour to your customers.
Anyways there is one sweet lady named Muna and prepares the coffee’s.
Never have I once returned my coffee with her. Tim Hortons this lady should get a reward…. Employee of the month!
Your employees should stop talking and concentrate more on not screwing up orders.

This has to be the worst and slowest drive-through I've ever been to. 4 cars in line and took 15 min to serve them. I've been at this location before and it was super now but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately it was the exact same if not worse this time. Save yourself time and go to the McDonald's across the street

I ordered a large double double coffee and cashier pressed wrong button on screen and went to $2.42 for the large drink. I asked what’s up with the price and she started to yell at me. After she acknowledged she made a mistake she corrected herself and she still proceeded to yell at me. Unprofessional staff.

I had online order of 2 Ice-caps and they served me 2 cups with broken lids & old melted icecaps that i think were sitting in the fridge for hours. The Ice-cap tasted disgusting and was so liquidly.
THIS LOCATION needs to have their employees trained and/or replaced for the sake of its customers and business.

Very disappointing service. Cleanliness was totally not there. Had to ask for 2 tables to be cleaned. We were so turned off of the dirtiest of the place that I couldn't eat my sandwich so we left. Definitely not going there again. "Shoppers World Plaza Tim Hortins"

The slowest Tims I have ever been to. Unfortunately I live close so this location is convenient, but they are unreasonably slow. If the lineup is long, I don’t bother. With 5-6 cars in the drive through, you can wait 20 mins. They don’t react to mobile orders until you are there waiting for 5+mins, then say “oh what’s your order”? The whole point is to have it ready. Recently, the drive through scanner wasn’t working (they discovered during my order) so they couldn’t scan my points or my Tim’s card for payment. They offered no solution, no apology, no sympathy, just told me I “had to pay with cash” and had “no choice”. They are never apologetic and often rude. I wrote this entire review while waiting in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered a tea and there was no large order ahead of me.

When I go to this Tim’s I ask for double cream cheese on my bagel because they never put enough to cover the bagel without me eating just bread. This time I asked for triple and they gave me less than the regular amount. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT CREAM CHEESE ON A BAGEL!

They better change the staff or re train them asap. Worst attitude for no reason. Serving leaky coffees and refusing to admit. The list goes on

Very disappointed with this location. Stuffvery rude and not trained at all. No customer service at all. All speaking in thier own language which is very disrespectful when they talking about my order. A server name Rana very rude and very disrespectful.
Washrooms very dirty.

Drove through around 6pm Friday May 20 and ordered a chicken craveable sandwich and coffee. The lettuce in the sandwich was brown. Cut down my appetite instantly

I wouldn't recommend this location. Ordered a turkey bacon club. It was thrown in the bag, falling apart, mayonnaise everywhere, and the bacon was raw. Threw it away, what a waste of money!

They always get my order wrong and their staff can’t understand anything on drive thru speaker. Today they made my chai tea latte wrong which I ordered in house. It tastes nothing like chai tea latte. I feel as if I am drinking boiled water with some sugar in it. No flavours at all from tea bag.

Young man behind the counter was good, especially since he seemed to be handling the long line by himself. But the lady, who said she was a baker was rude when I asked her a question on my visit Sun Feb 6 around 330pm

This store NEVER opens when they are suppose to and the rare time they do they only open the drive thru and ignore unlocking the front doors to those that don't drive. They will even direct pedestrian customers to walk through the drive thru. Pathetic.

Good place but bit longer line ups. Small place and employee turn over is high. But overall great staff.

Worst service! Too slow. They don't close your coffee lid properly. The only location that never ask if you have points card or app.

Checked me for a shot so I could sit down, but refused to check groups of people that came after me even when i told them to. Teenagers didn't purchase anything but sat down at most tables without masks putting me and everyone at risk. Not coming back here. NOT SAFE.

The service at this location has deteriorated to BAD in 2021. I had a very bad experience 2 weeks ago and I called customer service to complain and ask that the District manager or owner call me back. Well I guess the problem exists at this level as no one has called me.
The female manager named Lina, Pina or Tina was yelling at me because my mobile order was ready for pickup at the opposite end of the store and NOT where the mobile pickup sign was. When I asked if it was mine she yelled at me again saying "if that's what you ordered! ". Imagine that this was the MANAGER!
How would I know what she packed in the bag? How would I know if it was the other gentleman's order or mine? Is it up to customers to open each bag now and unwrap things to see if it's what I ordered? Also, why are they not following their own signage? If mobile orders have one pickup area then put the mobile orders there!

Never double toasts their bagels for whatever reason. And apparently two everything bagels double toasted with herb and garlic is two muffins. Never have issued with other Tim's. Always seems to be this location.

Paid extra for extra sausage. They forgot to give it in drive thru make sure to check your food.

Ordered a BLT on a toasted everything begal and Dark Roast coffee with milk Only.as driving away from the screen the order of a BELT with the total cost came up.cars behind me so could not back up to correct. Got to the window and corrected the order.still charged me the same price even without egg.drove away and took a sip of the coffee. Sugar in it!
Why can't Tim's get orders correctly! Not the first time either and still give chances. I think that's over now.

Picking up coffee for the boys this morning and I was surprised at how fast this location is! With over 15 people in the drive-through I was still in and out in less than five minutes. LFG

One Of the worst location I've been older medium coffee in a large tea when I went to the window I said I asked for the large tea she was giving me a medium A lady start yelling and said you have to apologise you ask for a medium and I had kid the car and I keep telling her stop screaming I have kid in the car but she was so rude and yelling Hope someone read the review and do some action

Worst customer service from this tim hortons, steep tea tastes like water, They need to do something to make their coffee and tea taste better

This Tim Horton’s is the worst location ever! Given the location at a busy intersection at Major Mack and Weston, you would think they would have a better trained staff and management. It’s brutal! When you ask for a toasted bagel, it’s cold or burnt, they never cut their bagels in half, the staff are always miserable. Upper management should be monitoring the expectations and training of this team.

Great place has good breakfast and really good drinks.they also have roll up to win and you always win

Absolutely horrible service never gets my order right the girls are absolutely rude at the window don’t make eye contact just hands your coffee through a window, they look at you soo rudely it’s unreal

Really bad customer service. They kept telling me to switch cashier's. I wouldn't suggest coming here. It took them 10 mins to get my order. And it was just a water.

I been there many times, the girls cant understand the order properly
and make it wrong every time.my most recent visit they made my Bagel wrong, when I questioned about my bagel, the girl answered " we all have long day and tired", just like that. I wish i remember the name but a short chubby arabic spoken girl. I feel like not going to the location anymore.

Terrible service at the drive thru yelled at the speaker 4 times waited for about 5 minutes and left when she finally decided to answer it, when I was a car ahead and the car didn't let me back up because of the line. I would have let it off the hook but the lady started blaming me and asked me about my order about 5 times. I hate when things like that happen

Poor customer service! Employee didn’t hear me say I have my Tim’s card when handing her money and then blames me for not giving her the card first.so in the end she didn’t scan card, order was wrong and to sum up never going there again!

Now happy with Tim’s.cheap with the cream cheese and no garbage cans in the drive through.don’t you realize it’s “your” garbage that’s collecting in our cars we need to throw out when using the drive through? !

This is the prime example as to why tim hortons is going down quality wise. This place is beyond slow, more attitude than there needs to be, obvious no one here cares, and the quality is low. There's plenty of other places to go for coffee.

Choose a different location. If still choose to go lower your expectations on accuracy, speed, friendly, knowledge on products and services and most things people expect in decent service. Try peak hours, wait times are longer but you might get close to fresh food

Be careful of the city view Tim’s. Had a biscuit and bit a price of glass. Broke my tooth and now blood in my stool. Fadi the manager never called head office. I have suffered now for a year. Not ever a call from head office. Thanks Tim’s.

First off, I’m from Philadelphia and I am highly disappointed in the service. I had two separate orders, the first order had a wrap with just chicken, missing the lettuce. When asked to add lettuce she handed a handful of lettuce and to do it ourself. With the second order I had complain about having bacon, I was given a new wrap but the other wrap was missing sauce, when my cousin spoke about it the rude lady working yelled she was not making any new wraps. No one was speaking to her. I am highly disappointed, will not be coming here again and neither will my cousins that lives 5 mins away. The people that work here are extremely rude, don’t know what they are doinggg.

Have come to this location multiple time just due to the distance convenience. Disappointed each and every time. Today I ordered an iced coffee. The beverage wasn’t cold. Not even the slightest (there was like 5 ice cubes). And the attitude of the workers is horrible no matter who it is. I would say “thank you have a great day” and they just close the drive thru window.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons.its almost as if they screw up the order on purpose every single time.
I always order half coffee with 2 cream half sugar but they always way too sweet, but location is convenient so I stop ordering with sugar and both times they only put 1 cream instead of 2.

Very friendly staff but orders nit correct. Nice view. Soft comfortable seats. Food excellent very well prepared donuts.
