I personally witnessed a young lady preparing my tea orders. She dropped the cup full of tea on the floor and quickly grabbed several coffee filters to clean the messy floor with her hands. Surprisingly, without washing her hands, she refilled another cup and put the lid on. I spoke with her and asked why. She changed, of course, my tea after sanitizing her hands. Long story short. Seriously, your team needs an in-depth session of training for a healthy and clean restaurant. Please consider!

Fast service so they get a two but very rude person at the window. Did not offer total and no tray offered for 3 drinks. Snapped at me because i waited for a total.

Unless you enjoy doughnuts sprinkled with fruit flies I do not recommend ordering from this location. Although I was given a full refund from a very polite stuff it was extremely unpleasant experience picking a dozen of doughnuts and seeing all those flies hovering over every tray of doughnuts they have on display.

Staff is very friendly. Everything is always good but many attempts at different times to get pulled pork sandwich. Better planning needs to be in place. To not have a new item at the beginning of lunch is very poor planning.

They never have large chocolate milk, and the last time I tried to order they forgot to give me my Timbits!

Usually when I go here the staff are pretty kind (like 2 of them) the others are pretty miserable. The actual products aren’t really the best anyways.
Every time I get a donut, they use the bags rather than the small donut boxes and it ends up getting destroyed because the top sticks to the bag. To go back inside is a hassle esp during covid when there’s only the drive thru available.

Unless you go in the morning, any TimBit or donut is usually stale because they don’t change them. Even the food is made sloppy (the cheese is half off the breakfast sandwich, the bread is burnt)

The wifi is good and there’s a lot of seating and parking but the seating area 8/10x is pretty dirty and no one comes to clean it. Even during covid I haven’t seen people clean it (when they were open to seating still)

I always enjoy a Timmy's coffee and a time to sit down before my walk home from shopping. There were only a few tables open for the public and as soon as it was noticed that my table wasn't cleaned off, a lovely young lady came and took care of that for me so I could sit down. I always appreciate a watchful eye from those I deal with. It shows me they are paying attention to details that are important and I feel important. Especially in the times we are living right now where cleanliness and details are key and customer service is appreciated. I don't get out much but when I do, I enjoy the simple things in life.

Pretty disappointed in the lack of Timbit options. No honey crueler nor powder covered with fillng.

She is by far the best manager you could ask for
She went above and beyond for me on 2 occasions and I could not be more happy with her service
I come to this location 2-3 times a day and will continue to support this location just because of how much I appreciate her

Great location, this store is my first choice in Newmarket. Great selection which is usually full, cheerful and polite staff, clean interior, overall great location.

I like this location which I have used many times, Mostly inside, Good amount of seating which is shared with Wendy's. Staff are pleasant. Enjoy the free Wi-FI. Good Drive thru and loads of parking.

Store is to be opened 24 hours the doors are looked they don't like people getting warm in side when waiting for a ride for work or with the homeless very sad

Wow. I generally avoid posting 1* reviews but hot dayummmmmm. The service and food are HORRENDOUS. Miserable staff. Everything about the food is miserable. So annoying too, because this is so close to home. AVOID.

Worst location. Can't find same 6 donuts or 6 same kind od muffins. If ask why the answer is "we have in the morning". Not nice people.

My timbits were shipped funny but it ended up being a larger surface area for the sweet frosting so I am not mad. Apple Juice was so refreshing.

You know that Tim Horton's used to be really busy. If yesterday's employee experience is any indication, no wonder it's not, anymore?

Good friendly cashiers. The location is good to chat with your friends and east some potato wedges.

Was not impressed with language at the window. Cursive language and when I mentioned that kind of language should not be accepted the young woman just smiled and laughed.

Very slow service and we waited a long time to be served eventhough we were the only people in the line. A group of cashiers were standing in the kitchen talking about drama it seemed. Coffee was good as usual.

The employees of the Green line store near Upper Canada mall especially the manager a tough woman to attend the public

Maybe if they didnt focus so much on lowering their times in drive thru they would get most orders correct, build a connection with their customers by greeting them and give correct change back to customers.
Rushing a customer out of line is rude whether it's in drive thru or in store service. Which always happens especially this location. I'd rather receive a correct order than a rushed and incorrect one. Over priced food that always turns out wrong.
One might say make your meals at home but, on occasion, people just want to buy themselves a breakfast sandwich, coffee or an ice capp. So please focus more on getting orders correct and greeting your customers with a smile ; it goes a long way!

Drive thru: They can’t count or want to make more money! This is the second time she gave me back less money than she should! Horrible!

Worst location I've been to - terrible customer service & they ALWAYS get things wrong. Avoid at all costs.

Not a fan of Tim Hortons there new points card is a joke if you buy 10 coffee you get one credit not 10 and you cannot do them individually cause the card is locked for 30 minutes after you use it to stop you from getting more points. Go to McDonalds at least you get a point for every coffee you purchase and the coffee is better too.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've been to yet & that's saying a lot because they're all terrible in their own way now! They ALWAYS get my order wrong even if it's a single coffee. I will be avoiding all Tim Hortons from now on because I'm tired of sub par service/food/feedback response. Starbucks here I come!

Another company that dosent bother to call people to let them know if they got the job or not. Totally unprofessional and so I'm boycotting this one.

What a joke. This has to be the absolute WORST Tim Horton's there is. Run by children who don't have 2 cares for what they do or the customers they serve.

Went this morning for chicken noodle soup and coffee- which is what I paid for- but what I got is a big container of broth. Just the bottom of the soup- no noodles, no chicken- just broth with little bits of vegetables floating around the top.

Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back.

It is a typical Tim Hortons, there is nothing special about it, they serve coffee and premade did products like all of them do.

Could've had a better review but I'm sick and tired of having any food i order from them being hit or miss. Today's bacon farmers wrapped was all ripped and unable to hold it. Also all the ingredients were all stuffed at the bottom. I resisted making a review until this happened a few to many times for me to handle.

Honestly the slowest tims every time I go and that’s usually around 9 10 PM I got in the drive threw and ordered at 9: 50pm it’s now 10: 03 skip it and get my coffee from now in Bradford on my way home

Great location, staff are really nice and have never messed up my order. The morning staff are the best (I normally come around 6am). They are fast and efficient and always put in the extra effort to make sure your day is started off amazing.

Guys I am big fan of Tim horton But today I experiences very bad experience of buying chicken nuggets from Tim horton for $5.69 and look what I got three shrinked pieces of chicken with one sauce. I know they are fighting with other food chains but they should not take wrong steps of introducing such items in their menu someone has to inform their management to stop doing it.

I love tim hortons. I thought they were all good but this one definitely did not. We went to buy coffee and bread the coffee was good but the bread was stale and hard. I can not believe they sell bread that no longer works. Drive thru bad!

You would think a cafe like Tim Hortons would serve freshly brewed coffee. This place is constantly serving stale coffee at the drive thru and when I call them out on my stale burnt tasting coffee.they lie and swear that it's fresh. Customers shouldn't have to beg them for a fresh brew from a coffee shop.
Epic Fail, won't be back.

I love their dark roast coffee, and buy it from multiple locations, throughout the day, every day.
