Always mess up orders, often waiting in excess of 15 mins for a single coffee, rude staff shove items in your face as soon as you get to the window, debit machine down constantly…. I travel all over canada this is the worst store in the country

had to add a new photo update 2023: ordered a turkey bacon club i got 2 pieces of turkey and half a slice of lettuce its currently 6 pm or peak dinner time theres no excuse

Wort service I ever had in early mornings. Every time I came in morning the service is very slow. Morning people are too lazy they waste lot of time to take order. As we order something they give something.

Management you can fix this issue doing one single thing just make new managers and new team leader, one time step let new managers know that you make him new managers because previous managers didn't focus on washroom, if you do this next 5 years this problem will never rise trust me

I went around noon (aware it's the lunch rush), but it took them 20 minutes to get my sandwich, and then forgot my sides.
They also ignored the customers at the register until someone spoke up, after standing there for 10 minutes.
This location needs to figure out their responsibilities/time management

I was so disgusted by observing the lack of hygiene by the drive thru window server, that I never want to go back there.
The front counter crew seemed clueless while serving those in front of me, that I started to watch the window server.
He kept rubbing his nose with both hands, and then started to place his finger tips in his nostrils. Disgusting at the least, but a real potential Covid/Common Cod/Flu spreader.
He came over to help the order taker and I suggested that he wash his hands before touching the cash register. He ignored me and I left. I think Halton Region Public Health needs to inspect and teach basic hygiene while food handling

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I ordered on the kiosks thinking it would make the process faster and smoother. The opposite happened. I waited twenty minutes for the first half of my order, and another fifteen for the second half. By the time I got my coffee and Timbits my breakfast was cold. The other customers in line could see how long we were waiting but the staff couldn’t care less. The food was assembled so poorly as well. The only good thing I can say was the washroom was very clean. I used it multiple times in the time it took to wait for my order

The point of carrying my own reusable mug (bought from Tim Hortons) is to cut down waste. Making a drink in a regular cup then pouring it into the reusable mug is really stupid and defeats the entire purpose!

I don't know if its the actual person that makes the breakfast sandwiches or if it's the person that hands it off in the drive thru but every time I order a breakfast sandwich from this place, the sandwich is falling apart and all the sauce and cheese is drenched onto the wrapper. How about you make the sandwich properly or use a lighter grip/handle with some care when handing it out the window?

Came here a little while back Service was slow I order a soup but I end up getting 2 of them since three was one waiting on the counter I told the lady in the back saying excuse me do you know who soup is that? I only order one I was confused she said no like I paid for only 1 meal she said just keep it it's a extra one then I accepted it and grab it.

I love this Tim’s! They’re always kind and helpful. I have gotten my order made wrong before but they’ve always been happy to fix it for me and apologetic. The workers seem to care! Thank you guys?

Normally l take double double coffee, every time l got different taste, worst and worst every day, just like a boiled water

Coffee is fresh and hot. Waits can be long I'd you go inside as they prioritize drive through first it seems. Make sure to ask for extra napkins as you can't just get them yourself.

Nice place, great if you have time for a sit down lunch.

Staff is friendly and polite.

I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio.

No point doing mobile order ahead of time at this location.you ll get faster service if u order in store.

We got there after checking online at 10: 45 pm for dine in or drive thru, and once we got there the entrance door was closed with print on the door said dine in close drive thru open, but even the drive thru was closed with stop cones.these people should update online status as that's misleading, false advertising.

Early June, 2022. Staff have been busy with drive-thru while diners are few. A spot has easy access to 401 and downtown Milton. The WiFi is working.

My preferred Timmie's in a town that has about a dozen locations to choose from. Service is friendly, there's a Wendy's attached if you feel like a burger before your coffee & donut and the outdoor patio tables are a big draw in this age of "don't socialize inside".

Drive through staff get IRRITATED at you if you're paying by credit/debit. This behavior is consistent.

Drive thru service is extremely slow. The slowest drive thru I have ever been to and they weren't even that busy

The worst way to start my morning. I had a day off today so I decided to go to another timmies, not my usual one. I ordered my pretty basic order, medium caramel iced coffee and a bacon grilled cheese. The iced coffee was disgusting. Super strong and there was no caramel. The grilled cheese had MAYO in it. I personally hate mayo so even worse for me. It was gross and super disappointing.

Staffs are very slow and not kind. When I say "Hello" at order, she didn't say anything. Ignoring: (.
All staffs are no smiling. One of avoid place.

My simple order was made incorrectly every time. I have a hectic schedule in the AM with work (as many do) and simply don't have the time to keep returning to have my order re-made. Most of the drive thru employees that work in the early morning (between 5: 30am-6: 30am) are very rude and often do not turn off their headset/intercom in between orders. Very frustrating to pull up to the speaker and have to hear an entire conversation between employees before you are acknowledged. Avoid this location at all costs.

Go to this place everyday for coffee and it's always wrong, when you ask for a ice coffee with MILK! AND YOU GET IT WITH CREAM! AND THE MANGER AND WORKERS GIVE YOU ATTITUDE ABOUT IT, THEY GO POUR HALF THE ICE COFFEE OUT AND ADD MILK TO THE REST! NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS NOO VANILLA SHOT. ANY TIME I GO THERE NOTHING IS RIGHT! THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT DRIVE THREW TIMES WHEN THEY SHOULD REALLY BE WORRIED ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY I WILL NOT BE BACK BUT WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER!

Everytime I go there, I have to repeat my order like 3-4 times and still they mix with some other ppl order and am tired of them

Love my timmie's coffee but the staff have been pre-programmed to never say thank you all are Canadian values down the tube

Of all the Tim Horton's in Milton, this has the fastest, most efficient drive through team. There is virtually never a line up because they are super quick. I get my coffee here most weekday mornings. If my route brings me to another Tim's, I am usually frustrated by the wait, as this location has spoiled me to expect low wait times. Super job. They should send all the other Tim staffs over to see how it's done. I'm talking to you, Derry Heights Plaza Tim Hortons, the slowest Tim's in town.

Errors in order most of time.oops forgot the hash browns. Oops no cheese in the breakfast sandwich. Oops missed the muffin.

Order food twice had to re tell the order multiple times. Paid for the food and waited was then told that they didn't have the drinks we ordered and of we could substitute, which was fine then waited some more then was told they were out of chicken for the food I ordered.

I've been to this Tim Hortons many times through drive thru and everytime they got the order wrong, so I figured why not go inside so they can't screw it up but lo and behold. It all got screwed up.

Never answer the second drive-thru talk box.

Happens more often then not, lost my business.
