I thought this Timmy’s was supposedly to be open 24 hrs i just wanted a tea but they were closed at drive thru again for the 3rd time another disappointment

The woman at the drive through was rude and stupid. No greeting, no thank you. Mostly grunts from her. I had to repeat my order three times. She did not know what a serviette is. Hopeless.
(And her manager is a rude condescending pr**k, who took the time to scold me, for no apparent reason.he needs psychiatric care.)
The coffee is better at McD anyway.this place should be shut down.

Drive thru. Ordered coffee and sandwich. Was told they were out of bread! Out of bread at a business that sells sandwiches! Laughable! If course not returning. Even the coffee was not hot.

Worst drive thru ever. Don't listen to your orders, rush you through. First day of roll up they won't scan your card. To much of a rush. Honestly go to another location. Food sucked too. Bet they rush that also

I just had the sausage farmer's wrap. It was disgusting. Tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way through. I hope my tummy will be okay. It also came in a bag instead of the box which I thought was odd. This use to be my favourite. Secondly, my mum found a short hair in her coffee.

Terrible food, Terrible service, mediocre coffee that always seems to give me gas. They have 9 people working in the store and it takes me 20 minutes to get a coffee in a nearly empty store. How did Canada get stuck with this US owned corporate franchise as it's national symbol? !

We bought coffee and donuts were taste old and bad and the garbage bin is in my way of the wheelchair to use the washroom even though my friend helped me the washroom is dirty and the water running on the slippery floor was very dangerous even though the tables were very dirty

It’s a Tim’s…. Nothing special but their drive through speakers work poorly, the service is slow, and new items on the menu are not available. The manager is standing there arms crossed behind the drive through window, not helping his staff.

Either they're lacking in training or just don't care. The only tim hortons that has a huge lineup for mobile orders. Lots of employees here and no one seems to know what they're doing.

I was in line alone and got ignored for 10 minutes. So i just went out. This is the worst branch.

I went to drive thru at around 9: 30p.m & the lady was charging me for both drinks I ordered even though she scanned my Tim’s rewards card & I had 1 drink free. I had to tell her that I had 1 free drink. When I got my drinks, I had to pull over to park my car & go inside because she gave me the wrong drink. When I went in, I told the cashier that my order was wrong & the girl at the drive thru had the nerve to ask her co worker “who drinks tea at this time? ” No apology from anyone, not impressed at all. Will not be going back there again.

It would be helpful if they hired staff that knew their menu and could speak English. I was told to wait in waiting PARKING Space. I waited 3/4 of an hour. I called informed them I was waiting for my order they replied "no order waiting" and hung up. I waited 5 minutes and asked for management. She was shocked and said that my order was forgotten and apologized profusely and said they would do it immediately. They had new staff and it was a very busy evening and offered me free coffee or tea or donut. I thanked her and said no thank you as She sounded so sincere. I did receive my order pretty quickly and she included a donut.

My coffee is never made right it's always and one day I went to Tim Hortons all I wanted was a poutine they didn't have poutine I already paid for it so they offered me any sandwich of my choice and gave me the wrong sandwich

Order 2 coffees and they always screw it up. I waited 20 minutes the last time I was there (July 31/2019) It has got to be the absolute worst Tim Hortons location in the GTA.

We were on a road trip and we stopped here to feed our tummies. Excellent we especially enjoyed the burgers they were fresh and not greasy. We will probably stop there on our next road trip

Slow service often in the busiest hours. I feel like sometimes the manager is there and doesnt know how to handle it better.

I had really bad experience at this Tim Horton’s, the way I was treated this night was really horrible, it was 11: 50 PM no one was in the drive throu I waited bit to be sarved even though no was ahead of me; I order Medium cup of coffee with two milk and three sugar.when I come to the window I asked the lady to scan my Tim’s Reward card she refused with no reason at that moment I told my self it’s not the end of the world pay the coffee and move on so i did that; when I take one sip I found out that the coffee have no sugar at all even one sugar so I came back and I gently asked to give me a SUGAR; surprisingly she refused to give sugar I was so shocked that I was refused to get sugar then, I decided to record this chaos when I pull up my phone she run away to the kitchen I waited like 5 min for her to come out. While I was waiting her to come out other customer where waiting to be served she refused too and requested that I should stop recording or other wise the will not come out. Customer got frustrated on her act and started yealing which I have on my video so, at that point I felt bad for the poor customers and I stopped recording even though she threatened me that she would call the police on me which I was okay with that but apparently she didn’t. In conclusion I was horrified the way I was treated and I believe it’s an acceptable and I believe I deserve an apology from Tim Horton’s because I there customer for very long and I hope they will discipline there employes if they don’t I don’t know how they would sustain there busines.

The management of this location appear to not pay attention to cleanliness or safety. I visited the location after a thunderstorm and the entrance way through to the order area was very wet and slippery. There was a sign advising caution, but why not simply use a mop to soak up the water instead?

Other than the slippery floor, servers are polite yet slow.my order took 15 minutes to complete and I only ordered coffee and donuts!

My experience at the drive thru is similar.very slow.

My daughter is a college student nearby and she loves this Timmies. I often visit when I am in the area too. The staff is wonderful and the students feel welcome there and often meet there.

Cozy environment: they have fire places with home like atmosphere couches for a friend's randezvouz. I love it!
Quick and efficient service.
I was passing by in a day trip but would like to return.

We get coffee every morning from this location. 3 of 5 is wrong. Doble dobll with milk. I don't know what is worse, the mistake or they still put on top Ddm. When 10 min later you open it and is cream. The drive thru is so slow.

PSA! The place is not 24 hours in General. It is just 24 because of Drive thru but you are not able to go in and sit after a certain time because they close the inside.

Another Timmy’s but more spacious, however try to avoid from 12 to 3 pm, this time your will find tons of students and seniors, making it hard to find a spot to have a peaceful meal

Service is always bad. Workers always rude to all customers. Never a thank you, always snappy. Yes I've worked day food. No there is no excuse.
Tim Hortons, customers don't HAVE to spend their money at your place. It might do good to remember this.
Also when people order large orders at the drive thru, which take a long time for you to prepare, ask them to move forward and wait while you take care of others in the drive thru. Having to wait 15 minutes while you thaw out and toast 7 bagels isn't fair to the remainder of customers in drive thru who used the drive thru for speed.
But seriously, a thank you would be so nice. Customer service is what matters to me. I only buy from Tim Hortons for my elderly mother who remembers the old Tims.
I'd drink a lesser, more expensive coffee from a friendly place over giving my money to entitled workers at Tims.
