*Edit in response to said store owner, I've already reached out to your customer service team, who told me you and your staff are in the wrong. You, and you alone had the ability to refund me, and refused.
So, I still don't have a refund, you stole my money. Liars and thieves. I ordered on the mobile app, so I could get my order ready for when I arrived. Got there well after the expected ready time, only to be told one item was out of stock. No problem, they offered an alternative which I declined. Requested a refund, only to be told that they don't give refunds on mobile orders. What? !? ! So, I paid via card on the app for an item that showed available, but when not available you can't refund. So, I reached out to customer support, only to be told, the store and the store alone is responsible for refunds. So I had multiple "managers" lie to me. A week later, still no refund. Stay away from these crooks

FOO THIS PLACE! I come in and get a Boston cream donut and they give me a chocolate dip donut. Come here all the time will not be returning due to the fact you gave me the wrong donut! Foo tim hortons on hover park FOO!

I rarely review, but I had to point out my drink is always burnt (so far 6 times). Have to drive to different locations and ask for new one. All 6 times was a burnt latte.

Even as far as chain restaurants go, this location is uniquely mediocre. Not only did they mess up our order, but they wanted to charge us extra for having a pastry warmed up.

The doughnut I was served was stale.

I don't know if this is a new policy instituted by Tim Hortons, but between wanting to charge for a pastry being served warmed and the excessively long drive-thru line up I think corporate needs to take a serious look into how this location is run especially concerning the amount of staff standing around and chatting.

As a customer I would rather drive 10-15 minutes to another location than spend money here again.

The best part of this location is that they have the new store design.

This review is solely for the amazing customer service by the best employee Tim Hortons has ever had. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she is the kindest, efficient, enthusiastic, older woman at the drive through. She is consistent as she is always on the ball. If she isn’t a store manager you should be increasing her wage by a good $10min. The only way to keep good employees is to acknowledge their efforts and pay them well. So! Please do this… she is an amazing.

There are 2 locations in stouffville An both are horrible at drive thru
Minimum 20 minutes other locations are so much faster with less employees

The SLOWEST service I've experienced. The workers cannot keep up with the line of customers. The workers are way too disorganized.

Ordered a big breakfast meal deal and only recieved one breakfast wrap and a bagel, missing the hash browns and doughnuts.

I ordered the Maple Bacon BELT, got it with no tomato or lettuce. Went to get it added, the employee who took my sandwich was nice, but the one making them said "well they didn't order that". Did the definition of BLT change?

Couple weeks ago they had no rice for my rice bowl but decided to tell me after I paid. Following week I asked for a latte and it had chunks of God knows what at the bottom of my cup. Last week I asked for a chicken soup and they had none. Drive thru is minimum 20 minutes wait and you'll probably end up with the wrong order.
Management please get it together.

This location has run out of chicken, rice and useful employees. Nearby A&W is very good though. Also out of donuts. 50/50 if they will have coffee in the future.

I ordered four bowls and each only 1/2 bowl with rice and chicken. It seems I ate nothing. Very disappointed place.

Not a horrible location. I have heard bad things about the new egg patties which are not fresh, but frozen. (I asked staff). I am also recently Dairy and Gluten free due to health issue (as directed by physician) and I am more than disappointed that both locations in Stouffville and the Uxbridge Location do NOT offer Soy as a “dairy alternative” to my coffee. I hate wasting the money at Starbucks and would much prefer to spend it at a Canadian store, however, not offering something that so many people consume now a days, is ridiculous!

I was very disappointed when I learned that the egg patties they use I'm all breakfast items (like all locations) are from FROZEN, even though their motto is ALWAYS FRESH. If you don't believe me just ask them.
(McDonald's eggs are really freshly cracked and cooked well on both sides on the grill just minutes or less before they reach you.)

Extremely dissatisfied. Two times in a short span of time where I have gone and they have no chili available (both at lunch/ dinner time when they SHOULD have food cooked). I said I would drive thru and go to the other one and the worker made a gruntled sound through the drive thru speaker. When passing the window there are 5 employees standing around talking at the window. Will not waste time at this location anymore.

Staff are very slow at acknowledging that customers are waiting to order. Long line ups, long wait times.
