Drive through was ridiculous. Was hard to order through the drive thruI repeated my order 3 times and it was still wrong

Too bad there’s not a zero star.chaos, unorganized, and the so called mobile counter causes delays and upset customers.i realize this is a busy location, so why doesn’t the franchise owner realize the same and staff accordingly.coffee time it is!

Waited 40 minutes for a single sandwich to which I never received but PAID for, also way more people in the store then the max occupancy sign states (a constant problem always encounter at this location) apparently not one of the employees seems to care about public health or government regulations (people standing shoulder to shoulder)

Just ok Tim Hortons. Have had some order mixups, and just average food (eg toasted bagel that is barely toasted). Slow service if you go inside, but reasonable service at drive through.

The location was very busy maybe because it was a thanksgiving Long weekend. As basic as chicken noodle soup and Timbits were sold out. Lineups were long both in store and drive through. The line to the washroom was also long.

Over capacity, slow, mix orders up, rude to customers and washrooms men’s toilet out of order for 2 months.
They need to shut down for a week and retrain everyone.

They are VERY slow, doesn’t seem to matter how many staff they have on. The only saving grace is two of the staff on drive through are kind/funny.

The location needs help bad. Everytime I come here I wait at least 25 mins for my order, even when it's just a couple drinks.

Today I walked in and ordered two potato wedges, 2 pumpkin spice muffins (which were in the case labeled as pumpkin spice) and two drinks.

After a 20 min wait I was asked what I ordered and if I have received any of it. I told them I had none of what I ordered. Then was asked what I ordered. I told them my order and was told that they had no pumpkin spice muffins.

I said they were in the case labeled as that. I was told they were not labeled correctly sorry. I already paid for them so yeah.

They made my drinks large for the mistake and never adjusted the cream and sugar for the coffee so it was thrown away down the road.

This location is always consistently this bad.save yourself from frustration and go elsewhere. Just a heads up McDonald's is down the street.

Its a Tim Hortons, the food is as always. The drinks were made properly. It was very busy every time I went here, to the point that waiting for service meant waiting upwards of 20 minutes. Drive thru was much longer.

Yeah there short staffed, but this Timmy's will always hold a special place in my heart for being the place we stopped at when heading in or out of Toronto. Be it a donut, a cup of joe, or just a bathroom break they'll always be ready to serve you on you cross GTA treck.

Staff was not friendly. And place busy. Not enough staff on. Or did not see more than two people on front counter. Taking orders, making orders, and doing cash. Not know if more in the back and no communication between the two

When I got to the drive thru there was 4 cars in line. Waited 8 minutes before someone took my order at the speaker. Not one big order came out the window infront of me while waiting. Got to the window 27 minutes from the time I got to the speaker and paid for my coffee. Then had to wait for the employee to go make it which was almost 5 minutes. Finally left with a far from fresh cup of burnt coffee. The employee told me the wait was so long due to fresh coffee being made

I rated 4 star only due to inordinate wait time. It took me over 15-20 min to get the order through drive-thru. Such wait time kills the very purpose of drive-thru. Drive thru's are meant to exist so that people can quickly grab something to eat/drink while on the go. The order was perfect, items were fresh and just made to order. Staff was friendly. But such delay in service is not acceptable. Tims need to do better.

Says open 24 hours with a max of 20 people allowed inside on the door but they locked the doors before 10 o’clock and wouldn’t let us in to use the bathrooms. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

It was very busy and the drive thru took 25 mins to get through. They shoved 3 donuts together in a bag and not even the donuts I asked for. That amount of donuts should go in a small box not squished into a bag.

Been in drive thru for 30 minutes. They cannot fulfill food orders in any reasonable time, let alone when busy

Service is always slow.
Drive through gets faster attention than those who choose to turn off their vehicles and walk in!

It was super busy but we were able to get in and out quickly with exactly what we ordered. Great service.

Well, not much to tell about this experience. The front doors were locked. Not sure if the drive thru was open or not. It seems to be rare these days that there isn't a 24 hr Tim Hortons around.

I just waited in a line up of 20 cars for all most an hour and a half.not to happy with the service

This is the only place in town that's open all night so you gotta love 'em, and the food is always top quality. The lineups have been way too long lately, and of course we're blaming it on the pandemic restrictions, but I believe this could be managed better. The drive-thru line up shouldn't be out to the road three or four times a day. There are frequent problems with the Wi-Fi. I didn't mention it to anyone, but doesn't any of the staff use it? Do they not have the same problems I do? Certain models of phones and tablets won't even connect, and when you do connect everything is really slow. It takes a long time even to download the app. Also, t h e staff here have some communications problems, in my opinion, and this won't fix itself, so I applied for a job. Maybe I can help teach some of the younger ones some people skills. But but I have some concern that they may not hire me, because I don't want to work 9 hour shifts, and stay on my feet that long at a time. Also, there are a lot of other young people who could benefit from my years of experience, and it is a full-time job searching for some who are willing to listen. That's okay, that's just the way it is. When I was 21 nobody could tell me anything cuz I knew it all. Based on my experience, I highly recommend maturity.

On point with service, never had to wait to long with long lines, I wish every Tim Hortons was like this

They can't even fold a wrap properly! Half of it was empty and all the filling was at the bottom. It was also not the wrap I ordered.

Good experience today people at the window seem happier guy there yesterday should keep his problems at home if not he should find another job

LIterally 5 minutes per car to get coffee. Sitting here in the drive through over 10 minutes now, and barely ordered! Get your staff together!

Typically insanely busy with cottage traffic and jammed so badly that you just can't be bothered, lately this restaurant is clearly feeling the pandemic.

Drive through was quick and efficient. Staff is a bit checked out, guessing because they're used to running ragged but now they're just quickly getting out a light but steady stream of orders.

I've been when it's crazy busy with cottage traffic and recently when it's been pretty relaxed.

Can't complain amor anything other than the wait when it's really busy.

Not the best Tim location you can find. But when you are in dire need of coffee you will find yourself returning here from time to time

If you have the choice to go to a different tim Hortons through out the day, don't stop at this location. The day shift staff at this location are always making numerous mistakes, and management ignores actual complaints so the problem doesn't get resolved with workers who may be struggling to perform their jobs correctly

Waited 30 mins to find out that the under trained employee gave my order to the wrong person. Very disappointing. At least train your employees well.

The staff was actually the highlight of my visit - very friendly and COVID-19 respectful. The only downside was the parking lot.had a tough time leaving because of the drive thru line-up blocking up the access lanes.
