Merci pour mon bagel fromage en crème.très apprécié. Pour dire qu'il y avait à peine du fromage dedans.

I place mobile orders here usually, when I am working in the office building. By the time I walk my way to the counter, my order is ready for me. They have their mobile orders neatly lined up on the counter with clear names on the receipt stickers, making it easy to spot yours. The employees are always polite and friendly, and the coffee and food is exactly what I expect from any Tim Hortons. 5 stars overall.:)

If there was an option to put zero star. Customer service is the worse here! They don’t smile, they don’t greet or even say thank you. They hate when you use your Tim hortons app for points and to order. Not sure if this is how Tim Hortons train their staff.

Racists! Very rude with Zero customer service. Probably the worst Tim's in Canada. They need to clean house here and hire some new Managers and staff.

This location does not take pride in their customer service or food. After today I wont be back. This a picture of my boston creme donut. They thought that putting a napkin on top of the donut in the bag would be good idea. They are also very rude to english speaking people.

Horrible. Asked for extra sauce on both wraps. Basically had NONE. Dryest sandwich I have ever eaten. Will definitely not be coming back here.

I truly believe if they hire or schedule 2-3 more employees to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, the lines would go way faster, more customers would be served and time is saved. Think about it: one of the many Tim Hortons in a Government central, where thousands of employees work and function on coffee daily. Bottom line: this place needs more staff. Waiting 15 minutes in line for a bagel and a coffee is too long and the line wasn't even long at all. At least Starbucks next door has 5-10 people behind the Barista bar during rush hours. This is just basic business.

The red-haired manager is constantly yelling at her employees. Many employees just decide to quit after getting yelled at by her. I've heard that 5 employees since only February of 2019 have quit this job after they got yelled at by her.

Apart from this, the employees are polite and courteous for most of them. The Phase 3 is extremelly unorganized while the PDC has an extra line that serves zero purpose. The Phase 4 often has no supplies but at least it seems like the best place to go get your coffee.

I wished at least they would just fire that obese red-haired manager woman because she is obviously scaring all of her best employees away from this job. If I would have to say that there was a rotten apple among these 3 places.it would definitely be that woman, she clearly doesn't know how to respect her employees and it obviously has a large impact on all the employees of all 3 stores.

Great fast food place. Now they have breakfast all day, which is awesome. Food is cheap and reasonably tasty. Other perks are periodic contests such as Roll Up the Rim.

In the morning, the wait can be long. If you just want to get a coffee and get back to your work quickly, it might be sometimes frustrating. And this is in spite of the quick line dedicated to coffee and other drinks.

Didn't have any chicken available for lunch menu and the turkey club didn't have any mayo or anything else. Very disappointed

This is not coffee, teenagers cannot pour a cup without making a mistake. On top of everything, quality has went down the drain since the takeover. Change your practices, I'm not going anymore until real changes are in place. SHOP LOCAL
