Tim Hortons

Hash brown taste like smoke. Taste like it was fried in a week's old oil. Coffee is terrible. Bagel is doughy. Not recommended

This is the only tim hortons which serves the hottest food of all the tims I have ever visited so far in five years. Quality food and excellent customer service

Most of the time I have a great experience at this location. The at staff are fast and very polite. The one thing that bothers me is when you go around 11 at night the staff seem to scan their own points card before they open the drive through window.

An Excellent Tim Horton's branch; relatively clean, good coffee and has a nice, but small, seating area for dine-in.

It's a smaller Tim's, service was slow when I was there, had the cashier making food so one order before us took 5-10 mins before we were served. Got home coffee had no sugar. I'd go back again if it was the only Tim's within distance but not if I had a choice

I had breakfast this morning. The customer service is okay. But the washroom was very dirty. Could scheduled cleanup? From my experience I never ever seen Tim Hortons like this

Honestly. I went here for 3 weeks. After the first week was terrible, I decided to see exactly how often my order was made wrong. The following 2 weeks of Monday to Friday visits, and I had gotten 9/10 days with an incorrect order.inexcusably bad.

I changed my entire morning schedule so I could reroute my drive and go to a different tim hortons. Never go here.

I don't understand why you have to wait 10 minutes between using your own banked points. I earned them. Why can't I just use them how and when I want. Once again my cashier didn't know how to use the app and had to ask her Supervisor.

Worst customer service of this Tim Hortons. I live closely and it was my go to spot, not anymore. I ignored at-least 5-6 times my wrong order, sometimes no hash brown's, I asked for caperse sandwich you gave me bacon sandwich, I ordered coffee you gave me French vanilla, ordered egg and cheese and there was meat in it.

Tuesday Morning, I ordered egg and cheese and politely asked the guy to make sure there's no meat in it. Guy yelled at me " I know what I am doing". I told him not to yell at me and I received wrong order previously so many times that's why I am confirming. I took it to Store Manager in drive through and she said she can watch the video and confirm when did you receive wrong order previously. Instead of apologizing and training their employees. She hid his employee on other side and came to me telling she can check camera's. When I told to her to check camera's now because I came back to you guys so many times within a month she said she'll do it later.

Lucky you, I am a guy with a lot of patience and talked to you nicely, because I didn't want to ruin my day because of someone else's stupidity.but I'll make sure everybody knows about it as if I received 5-6 wrong orders in a month, you are doing same to everyone else too.

Consistently great service and food. I cannot imagine how many customers they serve in a day, but they keep the drive thru moving. Bravo to all

I was there today a small pit stop before heading to my doctor on Sherway Drive. The lady there was helping an elderly woman who wasn't really sure how to use the Tim's cards. She was very nice to that elderly lady very nice and polite with me as well good service overall and what I ordered was delicious!

Horrible experience. Ordered 2 small chilli bowls at $5.50 plus tax extra and chilli was so watered down all you tasted was watered down tomato sauce. Bowl had maybe 5 kidney beans and 1 tblspn of ground beef. Worth maybe $2.
Went I and complained and thete was no more chilli so they replaced with cream of broccoli which was equally horrible. Thin soup with no broccoli taste more like dishwater. I know Timmy is a franchise and I have had good experience at other places so please avoid this one. Maybe they are just adding extra water while reheTing their frozen soup because they don't make it fresh. They just reheat frozen soup. I know bec I worked for Timmy's for 3 years.

Honestly like almost all Canadians I've been to alot of different Tim Hortons. This on has one of the best staff I've ever seen. I go at about 530 in the morning and they are so friendly and quick. There is on right by my work and I drive to this one knowing they are going to be faster and more friendly. Thank you for making my morning so much easier.

First of all I tried calling but no one seems to answer their phone and second of all, there is no use in using the app if they are not going to apply it. I bought 2 combos using the app for $8.99 but got charge for $14.44 and when asked no one seem to have an answer

Countless times these people still don't know their own me. This location is a joke. They have over charged me countless times. When going through the drive thru had soup spilt in my car because they don't know how to put the lid on.

Half of my order magically is missing it didn't make it to the screen from the order Bord in the drive thru to the pickup window and after that I get my order and it's wrong really?

Since when tim hortons operates as Ikea? I ordered peanut butter jelly bagel using drive thru, as i planed to eat breakfast in my car, but got plain bagel and small containers of peanut butter and jelly! Do they now give you cream cheese in a container as well, and how do you spread it on a bagel while driving

Great selection and efficient service at this location, fast drive through service - this location is highly recommended!

Beware you will get charged more than the advertised prices. When you complain they will call a supervisor who says no you are wrong and walk away.
Seriously? Here's a pic of the 99 cent donut were i was forced to pay $1.19. That's 20% extra!

Also when on drive thru 50% of the times I get the wrong bagel. 90% no ketchup or straws. Come on its not that hard is it?

Nice people, smiling faces. Mostly Filipinos. If you've come here solely to respond to nature's call you might be disappointed. Male & female washrooms are single person use kind of arrangement. One person in, you must wait until he/she comes out. My suggestion: go to Mcdonalds at North Queens and Queensway. It is not far. Just head towards Acura and then turn right. It's on the left hand side

Used to be good but as of late the service has been terrible, orders have been wrong and getting mixed up and got charged twice this morning.

Well today I thought I ordered breakfast combo but ended up without the hash brown. I've had issues here below but usually found the error at home ie too late. Will go to other outket of A&W in future as thus one just makes mistakes time to time.

Good amount of seats inside, includes bench seats and two comfy chairs by artificial fireplace. Convenient location near Gardiner expwy.

Everything is rush rush rush. Slow down and make proper coffee and when they customer asks for double toasted bagel, double toast it. Done with this location and tims overall.
Read about folks getting ticketed. It's TRUE. Be very careful. Seen this happen.

Ordered in drive thru and they shorted 2 hash browns and I requested tomato and lettuce on my English muffin bacon egg sandwich I was charged but did not receive

On Sunday, December 8,2019, it was my first time at this restaurant. The male associate greeted and asked for my order in a pleasant tone. Furthermore, he displayed good customer service by being patient and scanning my tim points card. Being curious, I ordered a sausage and bacon wrap.

After he was finished with the transaction, he turned around and did my order. Man, it really tasted good!

This restaurant is convenient by walking distance to the health centre. Also, it was across from the mall.

I'm giving three stars because my order is correct and the staff was mostly friendly, but there are peices of lettuce in my cream cheese bagel, not a pleasant surprise.

Person on the drive thru speaker doesn’t let you finish your order before interrupting you. Bagels are never toasted when asked. Barely even warm.

No blueberry bagels here either. Not worth going to if they don't have what you want. Aug 7 2019 @ 930 am

Friendly staff, quick service especially in the morning rush.

Only thing is they never seem to get my food toasted thru was I ask.

Went around 9: 30pm and ordered tea, the tea I got had soured milk in it, I returned it and asked for milk on the side as the whole milk bag would be sour and they gave me coffee which I can't drink so I had to go back again for then to remake it and they finally got it right, I asked for if I could get the tea free as they had messed up twice and they gave me free tickets, though I qont ever go back to this Tim Hortons.

Always double ask your order is correct

Honestly It was funny, when I told them about my order the kid at the cash register laughed and said I hope your not vegan and diabetic

I would personally give them zero stars but the kid made me laugh so 5 star for them lol

This is one of the unsafest Tim's I've come across. Pedestrian access on the drive through. Distinctive signs to watch for pedestrians. Fortunately there is a health center and hospital in the area. Glad they owned up two in the area.

I've always been asked what assortment of Timbits or donuts I would like when ordering at Tim Hortons. I'm a frequent customer, and this is the first time I was not asked. Instead I was told it's "Automated" unless I tell them directly. On top of this they gave me an iced coffee with milk even though I asked for an iced black coffee. Easy fix, but when I explained the mix up they said nothing at all and just turned around to make my iced coffee again. I'm disappointed with the service provided today.

I went last night to try the new Beyond Meat sausage and they served me REAL sausage!
I haven’t eaten meat in years and have never had sausage from Tim Horton’s so I wasn’t sure if it was just my imagination.
The order on the screen was correct so I didn’t want to sound crazy by going in and saying they served me meat. I decided to go back and order again (now paying twice) to confirm that the first sandwich was real meat and the second was the thicker Beyond Meat Sausage.
I was so sick last night and don’t think I’ll ever be going back to Tim Hortons.
A&W never messes up their vegetarian orders! I’ll give them my business instead.

I love this location, the staff are delightful, efficient and the store is clean and comfortable. Awesome chicken noodle soup and strawberry banana smoothie.
