Pro tip is that wifi reaches on to driveway if u want to enjoy coffee and music outdoors!

Busy but they were almost perfect.
But for few weeks I am getting a server, who is doing multiple mistakes with delivering 1 coffee even. Same lady. That's

Worst experience ever!
I came to buy an app promo of 7 dollars for a wrap and a tea, they charge me for the combo instead, I’ve asked for my refund and the lady on the counter was very rude, he treat me as I was stupid and she was rising her voice so all the customers listen, she makes me feel very bad, and after I move of the counter she started to speak about me, I told her to don’t speak bad about customers because I never had been disrespectful with her so I don’t deserve that kind of attitude. Was very awful experience, sadly I live near to this location but I don’t want to come back anymore

This place is good some but in my opinion the place is dirty in the mornings and a lunch time they should have someone to clean and disinfecting tables snd and all the place management should be aware of this.

The worst Tim Hortons I be ever been! They still your money, I ask crossaiant I payed it they forgot give it to me, they pretended make me payment again for it, this Tim Hortos keep away from this thief-hortons.

Only few places open in night and they don't allow us to use the washroom. No point in going there and spending money.

The washrooms are dirty and broken down. (No running water at all no soap. Looks like ghetto)
Is mostly locked because of frequent homeless visitors that probably broke it in the first place

Horrible service and bread is super dry and hard. It’s been my second experience with this place they place mobile orders last on their list. No one in line and I’m still standing waiting for my mobile order. I live 10 minute (walking distance) from this location so I place mobile order to arrive and for it to be ready right away. Only item ready was my coffee. No one was in sandwich station and all I get in response is “one second” from an impatient worker named Jaspreet. Rather spend my money On Starbucks at this moment their service is worth waking up for. Keep in mind I placed my order in advance and still waited 15 mins for a breakfast at 7AM when I need to go work. Didn’t even get a sorry for the wait just got the bag almost thrown to me.

Pretty busy location. Pickings are pretty swim in the evening for à place that is supposed to be open 24 hours. It's not fun when there is not much food to choose from. The bathroom is also difficult to access.

Lines are long, slow service. This morning a elderly man came and politely asked for some water. He was told he had to pay. He said " I have no money". They refused the man the water. He wasn't asking for bottled water. That was very sad to witness.

I wanted to order an iced capp, so when I did, I was told the words “no” and then asked for clarification. They said to pull up. There was one car in front of us. As soon as they left, we got up to the window and they looked confused and didn’t know I had an order. When they realized I ordered an iced capp, three of them proceeded to make it. It was soupy when handed to me. While this is just one experience, I’ve had many here that have been disappointing. I would also like to specify that this is just the night staff.

Every single time I go there it takes an hour for what ever staff is working their to get my order they usually forget an item and need reminding they move at a snails pace and do a terrible job every single time without fail

Horrible customer service. The cashier in training made a mistake and when I asked for someone to make an adjustment they just shrugged and did not even try to make it right, it was a simple fix and they didn’t even care to do anything.

Thank god there was a small parking available here but 2H limit which is more than enough.

The lady in the night shifts are pathetic they don't how to speak and address customers. Placed an mobile order and the way they responded for that was highly unethical and not at all acceptable. Refrain from visiting the store and if you visit refrain from such tims respresentative.

Coffee.donuts and muffins. Timbits and Timbiebs breakfast sandwich.delicious!

Food is cheap and gone down hill. Coffee is alright but the egg breakfast options taste awful now. I would stick to a coffee and bagel or go elsewhere to support local business with fresh food.

Coffee always tastes bad (maybe burnt, not sure). Bagels are not toasted at all. Also very slow.

This is how Tim Hortons sells their product. I was given the boxes sideways instead of flat. I called them and was told that I would get the next time 2 free dozen. I went and was told no.
The service here is horrible!

Convenient location across from the Vaughn Road streetcar stop with a good variety of baked goods. Even though it can get quite busy (especially in the mornings) don’t get intimidated by the line up as service is fast! Staff are great as well:)

Fast and friendly service. The only eye sore is there is quite a few homeless people lingering outside the premises.

Staff here are extremely rude to their customers. I only asked for a medium French Vanilla and the cashier girl yelled at me by telling me their machine is broken and I have to wait. I understood but the way she said it felt like she was taking her anger out on me for no reason.

I don’t know how the service is in store but every time i order on uber eats my order is always wrong and half of what i ordered is missing! I order an iced coffee black, which means no cream and sugar, i get an iced coffee with cream and sugar.i placed an order for my husband and i and we didn’t even receive one whole meal.sandwich, hash brown and a coffee! A refund was placed but i’m not going to reorder my whole meal again and pay for another service fee and delivery fee…. Figure your stuff out!

Worst service imaginable. Service is slow and manager has a condescending attitude when not doing her job. 1 star.

I went on Saturday and asked for 2 large ice coffees. The girl who made it only filled them 3/4 and handed them to me. I asked her can you fill them up. She said that I asked for no ice. I told her that doesn't mean she had to leave space on-top. After she took them back and filled them up she gave them back with the lids all covered in coffee. I also asked for a tray and she questioned why I needed a tray. I had also bought half a dozen donuts and I gave to the store alone. Like hello how was I going to carry all that out without a tray or a bag. Was not happy at all.

Dirtiest Tim Hortons in Toronto. No soap in the bathroom, no paper towels, no sanitizer anywhere. Only 1 employee was working-supposedly all were on their break. Yikes. Stay away.

Really good coffee for reasonable prices.
If you are looking to take some sun while enjoying your coffee this is a place to go.

Sometimes they are on their toes and do everything right, but sometimes they are just in the middle, they lack management.

Nice staff, spacious. Just not 5 stars because in rare occasions beggars come inside to ask you money while you eat

Food was ok service was horrible. Complained about it to head office the restaurant franchisee. Called me back and told me that he doesn't have time to listen to everyone complaining about service all the time.

Service okay but food tastes stale and after about reading about your app for the phone I dont think I could ever trust you tim hortons. Not only that your play to win I couldnt even use my coupon to get my freebie. Also your coupons you send in the mail dont last long to use. Your expiration date for them is too short for me. I remember it used to always be fresh at other locations but this one is the worst.

Ordered Coffee 2 milk and a muffin.np ordered Soy Latte, 19 minute wait, after asking several times, nobody knew, turns out to was just sitting on a counter half way across the restaurant

Okay, in the first place, every time I visit TO, I try to make it a habit to eat at Timmy's because their doughnuts and coffee are superb. For my visit to this location, the doughnuts and coffee were indeed superb. Likewise, for a downtown high-traffic location, the restrooms were clean. There was also plenty of seating.

The one downside is that the automatic kiosks were malfunctioning - not the fault of the workers - and the line moved a bit too slow for a high-traffic location. Definitely not a deal-breaker, but if you're in a hurry and need to grab a quick double double, this is probably not the best location for that.

This particular Tim Hortons has become almost a daily go to for me since moving to the area 10 years ago. And the friendly staff just smile at my habit of drinking coffee with a straw.

I like timhortons coffees. I drink everyday afternoon from 4: 00 p.m. Upto 6: 40 I use. But Saturday and Sunday l use after breakfast.

Horrible inside, always messy. Tables never clean, sometimes the tables are like a pigsty. When I went I wanted a sausge and egg breakfast sandwich. And they ran out of sausage at 10am! Tried to offer me a beyond meat substitute and we all see what happened with that trial. I would avoid this with a ten foot pole, unless you're doing take out. One star since the staff are friendly. Otherwise negative stars for everything else.

Okay clean, people working there nice. But some people go there. Ummmmm creepy. Was siting for 15 mins and someone shady people coming in.

Just wow. I’ve been here many, many times: Homeless people constantly disturb customers who are minding their own business. There are two female cashiers in particular (fat Filipina and a short Hindu woman - i don’t know their names). Those two are unpleasant, rude, very slow and almost always have a habit of mixing-up my order. The venue is filthy and smells awful. Table tops are sticky. Toilet “odor” occasionally overwhelms the whole store.

The doughnuts I used to buy here are often stale and the regular coffee is sometimes served cold. Soup and other speciality food is frozen and poorly microwaved. WiFi is also super slow and unreliable. I cannot believe this place is still in business.

There are MUCH better independent, inexpensive cafes in the immediate vicinity.

Unless you crave indigestible garbage, lousy employees and disheveled strangers violently begging you for money while you’re trying to eat/drink (happened to me twice at this location) : AVOID.

Service is slow, the food just doesn't appeal to me anymore and it is too overpriced for what you get. I do not feel comfortable in this store anymore.

Tried the new meatless hamburger. It didn't taste anything remotely like meat! I thought the impossible burger was supposed to be good. I'll try it elsewhere

This location u could use the washrooms which I was surprised was clean at the time. Nice friendly staff.

Had good service. Everything was very fresh. The coffee and tea were both piping hot. Staff were nice. Bathroom was clean.

At times packed, but there is usually enough seats to catch a break, love the introduction of kids menu and specially the grilled cheese, they love it. Small parking lot on site, but can also find parking on the street.
