I ordered a steeped tea with two milk and two sugar; first I was told I had to wait 5 minutes for the tea because none was made. The drive-thru was taking one order at a time, having the person come to the window and then taking the next order at drive-thru when the person before drove away. Clearly there was no training on how to run a drive-thru.when I got home and looked at the colour I noticed it was off. When I took a sip of it, it was not steeped tea. It was part coffee with tea and had cream with milk. This was far off from a steeped tea with two milk/ two sugar.

There was 3 staff members working and clearly one person was doing all the work while two others just walked around doing nothing. There was at least 3 additional cars in drive-thru when I left.
The staff were not trained. They all seemed new.
It was very disappointing. Plus the taste of my tea was horrible since it was also part coffee.

They should focus on their customer service and all the employees need to get training on how to talk to customers specially their store supervisors.

Worst service, I always find some sort of issues.
Their staff sometimes see customer and laugh internally. That’s very rude. Would not even rate 1 star to this store.

Like most tim Hortons you are gonna wait, this particular location has a lot of construction trailers and trucks that park out front wherever they can understandably. Parking spots are limited.

We come here every week for years before and after the Pandemic. Lately I started to notice the place is getting dirtier and dirtier by week. Today the floor has sticky spots that you have to pull your shoes off! I really hope the management team will do something about it. It is a place that people eat and drink in after all.

During a power outage, I called to inquiry about purchasing a cardboard box container (which is typically used for large coffee orders) but for boiling water. The purpose was to formula feed a newborn who required a bottle throughout the nights. I was quickly told "no we don't do that" despite insisting I would pay. I even offers to purchase the full price of the canister as if it were filled with coffee instead of FREE WATER - this was also denied. I was told I could bring my own mug to fill up instead. Talk about poor customer service in a bit of a unique set of circumstances. This place is the worst.

This Tim Hortons used to be my favourite but it has gone downhill. The customer service has gotten really bad to the point where the workers don’t even say “Hi” or “Have a nice day” once they give you your food. Recently, my orders have been wrong even after repeating more than once at the speaker. Super frustrating as someone who used to work in the industry as a manager. Management needs to work on this. To visitors, make sure you check your order before driving off.

Not a fan. I go to Tim's only out of convenience. McDonald's coffee is better. Tim's sandwiches are mediocre. Donuts are great when they're fresh.

Slowest drive through of any I ever go through. They messed up the drive through line order the last two times as well. Edit after over a year: They still can’t manage to understand how to work their drive through. There are two lines and they let multiple cars through one line without addressing the other. Demoting one star.

Display was almost empty. Staff were neither friendly nor ignorant. Just served you and moved on. Chocolate chip Muffin was okay. Carrot muffin was apparently "premium" but was clearly not.

I Have been visiting this Tim Hortons for years now.

It is sad to so, how terribly mismanaged it has gotten from last few years. Staff doesn't clearly listen to orders properly, I am left repeating myself over again.

When you finally get the order, items are either missing or all over the place.

The worst part is they don't know how to say Hi or even a Thank you.

I hope the management can train their newly hired staff on how to properly serve their clients. Sadly this is the only Tim Hortons in the area. So please work on this.

I've always loved the chili. I used to buy it regularly when I was working (not at this location). It's been over a year. This chili was very soupy, very disappointed. And I only got 1/2 bun.won't be ordering from here anymore.

The service is so slow even though there are always many people working. It’s like they don’t know what their job is. Really terrible but it’s not really the fault of the employees. They need to be trained better.
Also the obviously fake reviews don’t help the situation. Maybe you could put your focus into training and keeping your staff.

Hit and miss! Today it was a niss. Front door locked and no sign on door. They seem to work harder for drive thru business. Donuts are definitely smaller now. Disappointing!

Honestly the owners need to figure it out. There is ZERO consistency in the food they make. Used to be good months ago now it’s actually disrespectful the way they serve some of the food. Wraps are a mess don’t even include what’s advertised there’s 10 people behind the counter but the slowest service imaginable.

I had to leave without a cup as I didn't have 20 minutes to wait for a coffee. I try to get caffeine at this location but sometimes the parking lot does not allow it. Crazy wait. I went at the wrong time!

The place is full of flies.could not even sit in the lounge with my kids for a drink and donut. Counter and sandwich area just bizzing. Get a professional in at night.

Friendly staff. Their donuts are ready early in the morning (before 6am), unlike some other locations.

Update: Please be careful when using Tim's Cards at this location, as we used one at around 11: 10am on Saturday, August 31,2019 and spent about $15, leaving a balance of about $3 on the card. We were on our way out of town and did not attempt to use the Tim's Card again until September 3rd at a different location and were told there was a zero balance on the card. After calling the customer service number, they confirmed that a second purchase was made at the River Rd (Manotick) location on the Tim's Card on August 31st. Even though this was a small amount of money, it has put us off using Tim's Cards and we advise everyone to be careful as well.

Despite being the only customer I had to wait for 10 minutes to get a drink, although there was 3 or 4 people working on that time.

The most unprofessional and disorganized Tim Hortons in history. Rude employees get orders wrong about 7/10 times. When you call to make a comment to a manager (Bonnie) you are met with the same attitude. Highly recommend you DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

This Tim Hortons has the best selection of donuts and timbits of the 4 in the area, but the staff are slow. I ordered with this one girl and she acted put open when telling my how much I needed to pay. I ordered sausage and they put bacon (I think their bacon is uber gross amd my receipt showed it was input correctly) and they just removed the bacon and put sausage on it. Yuck.
Tim Hortons, this is ridiculous!

My daughter wanted birthday cake timbits for her birthday instead of a cake. I called and ordered 50 of them. They were fantastic and when I arrived they were ready to go. I made her a "cake" with them that she loved. Thanks all.:)
