Tim Hortons

Today the service was excellent. The young lady at the counter greeted me with a smile and a hello. We also exchanged "how are you" before I placed the order. A good start to the day - all due to this young lady.

It's really a great experience having Walnut crunch started before the start date. Thanks to the management.

They served me a stale veg cilantro bowl. They heated it up and served me. Veg food is often not tested and stays frozen for weeks.

Hi today I visit this Tim Hortons in morning the staff is so irritating and rude I’m giving the order but they didn’t understand but we didn’t mind but the another lady named Pooja came and speak u want this this and this she is so rude and aggressive and we order three bagels and we specially said please cut it but she didn’t every time this happened please take action on this people coming from work and going for work and when people see this type of behaviour form staff it’s not acceptable.

Service was very very slow, waited over 10 minutes & close to 15 minutes, it was unacceptable!

Way to slow in the mornings I go to coffee time with one person working in the morning she still moves faster then two working at Tim's in the morning

The lady made my bagel without gloves. I asked her “you guys dont wear gloves in this location” she said “ my hands are clean” even though she was walking around touching random stuff. She didn’t even bother making me another one. She gave me the bagel and i threw it out. HR or DM please train staff to wear gloves, you guys have the seats blocked off for covid reasons? But allowing staff make bagels without gloves. Disgusting. I was in there at 8: 30 am on march 17.

I ordered a watermelon quencher, an ice capp and a box of 10 timbits. First of all, they had little to no selection of timbits. Then, after i paid, i was told the ice capp machine was broken. So, i asked for another fruit quencher instead. Finally, i asked for a cup of water, and they said they have to charge me? For water? ! I honestly dont understand. I guess I would be paying for the cup rather than the water, but still. The atmosphere was also really awkward cuz the lighting is really dim and its quiet, which some people like i guess.

No dine in. They taped the entire place so you can't sit. Only take out. Didn't go in.

Best coffee i ever had, thats at-least i could write is from this tim Hortons i love this tim Hortons.
Staff is very welcoming, jasmeen kaur made my coffee the day i went there and i was so tired but the hospitality I received was overwhelming i hope she would be appreciated by a nice reward by tim Hortons.

One of the worst around.mornings are a nightmare. You wait and wait for service, then wait and wait for your food and drinks. Very disorderly.

My experience was terrible the place was had a whole group of young black high school kids in it they were using bad language being very loud yellen's and screaming at each other I don't know why the restaurant has to put up with individuals like this causing such a disturbance in the restaurant I'll make a point never to go back to that Tim Hortons

Place is dirty and staff are beyond slow. I ordered a BLT sandwich and they put 2 or 3 half pieces of bacon with an incredible amount of lettuce that I had to pick most off of anyways as the lettuce was browning. I reluctantly attempted to eat this $6+ sandwich to not waste my money and the tomatoes even tasted funky. At least the coffee was half decent. Complete waste of money, will not return.

Nice and clean location. Ordered and received it promptly. It feels like the intersection has been under construction for a long time so getting in and out of the parking lot can be an issue.

I have a friend who specifically said they were allergic to sesame seeds and the worker gave him a sesame bagel. This is horrible customer service especially since my friend missed out on lunch. Although this may have been a trivial matter because it only affected one person, this is a huge reflection on this business as a whole and you should be highly ashamed on yourself. AND they spent their ttc money (the only transportation they have to go home).

I got a B. E. L. T and they didn’t add my bacon. I go back to inform them and get told it doesn’t come with bacon and made me pay extra. You work there yet you don’t even know what a BLT is? She had the nerve to give me attitude when all that was needed was an apology and just add the bacon. But no, gets all mad and charged me extra.

As usual tim horton quality service. Only thing is, most of the afternoon time big gathering of school student noise. Some of them even not respect other customer's presence.

Ordered timbits 50 assorted and only received 2 kinds. Very misleading pkg. From Tims questioned with mngr.and he says they only make 3 kinds. Why does the box show half a dozen varieties?

There is no drive through. Plenty of space to sit. Ample amount of parking space. The place is neat and clean.

Location is convenient. Notheless recheck yiur order before you leave as mistakes intended to be made. Overall small but cool

I had had a really bad day that day and the way she greeted me and was so kind, made it all better.
