Tim Hortons

Absolute bad management. This branch is always short staff despite the fact that it is always crowded. I am going to file a complaint at timhortons hq.

The staff is very friendly but overwhelmed. This place is very busy, and I truly think that the store manager should seriously consider hiring more people. There's always a lineup every time I stop over for breakfast or a coffee.

Their coffee is consistently good, and I enjoy their classic donuts. However, the service speed can be hit or miss, and some locations could use a bit more cleanliness and organization. It's an okay choice for a quick coffee stop, but there's room for improvement.

Untrained crew work here. No concept of client service. Even the manager attitude is strange

There was a guy naming rouj or roju its written has shift supervisor on his name tag. This is on Oct 2nd 8: 00-8: 30pm around, I was asking him about to take my order, he is saying I’m busy and he don’t want to take the order.and their is a new training girl and she don’t know how to take the order.how can an employee denies a order? I was aww struck by seeing his behaviour. I don’t know what is this attitude towards a customer? If no customer to the Tim’s he is not having a job right? Why is he having an intention to deny? Just because he is a supervisor and can do anything?

Yo this place is absolutely trash how long does it's take to make a coffee the line got bigger and bigger and service got slower and slower I walked out with even getting the coffee if you're trying to get a coffee avoid this place unless you wanna spend 17 minutes waiting and still not get served

No soup No bagel No Sandwiches at 9 pm? Seriously Guys you are running a reputated franchise not a local store

Very convenient gas bar with Timmies inside busy coffee shop serving food ample space to park with clean spacious washrooms. This place can be accessed from three different streets.

When did you guys change recipe of chicken bacon wrap? I got a CHICKEN bacon wrap with No Chicken! How dumb is that!? !?

Store is supposed to open at 5: 00 a.m. Twice now the store is not open before 6. You can see the workers inside and one of their kids are running around, but the doors are locked and the lights are out. Off to McDonald's.

Bad customer service, wrong order and just inefficient overall. This is the only Tim's on my route before I hit the hwy every Saturday and almost every week they manage to botch my order or have some issues. Today was the trifecta - the machine was down so it was only cash on o ly 1 station; there were 6 employees but only 4 were working; and a few items were missing from the breakfast menu. Younge and 401 is a busy location so I guess there will always be people coming in. But its definitely not for the service. A big fat F for thr staff and service. Very dissapointed

This location has a lineup every morning, however they always work through quickly and with excellent accuracy.

Been stopping in at this tims every day for a month now, and have yet to get a bad cup of coffee or the wrong breakfast order!

Meh! It’s a Timmy’s. Neither great or terrible. They’ve been trained. All staff has been trained. I got a coffee there. I wish I could give you more info. Thanks for reading.
