Wow, we were literally standing in line for over five minutes without a single person on duty at the 2 front counters!

This is almost unbelievable, so I started recording several minutes into this fiasco. Then my video went on for another two minutes.

This is unbelievable considering my coffee break is only 10 minutes!

I will make sure this review gets to corporate as I asked to see a manager, but no one came.

Shame on you Tim Hortons!

One of the worst Tim Hortons. Terrible service. Everyone is at the drive thru but not helping people waiting in line. Washrooms are gross. Everything is dirty

Okay, So how you feel when you needy for a drink & you don’t get it? Feel bad right! Exactly. I visited to this Tim hortons in the morning time & i asked for Iced Cap with extra cream, sounds normal right! But one of employee working in morning refused to give me a drink & giving me stupid reason regarding my health concern related to that drink. Are you serious? Im very disappointed with this Tim hortons as it’s first time happened that a tim hortons employee literally refused to make drink. Not even 1 star recommended.

This was my second time at Tim Hortons (I don’t have any around me) and it was AMAZING! I got the Turkey Bacon Club and it was FANTASTIC. The iced vanilla latte I got was so yummy and although my friend was the one who got the chocolate chip muffin, I could not stay away! I also got a chocolate donut that was good as well! The workers were so kind and the place was so clean! This is a great location!

So usually we go this location everyday bt today there is girl named Harjot and we had very bad experience with her.she is so rude with us and with her coworkers as well like there is lady almost her mother’s age and she is talking so angerly with her.she gave us bagels without wrap in hands and after i asked for bag she left bag there like wht learn ur work responsibilities. Bro pls have some sense try to be nice with everyone u r working there for urself not for us so plz i respected u and don’t want to create anything and jzt left so next time be respectful with everyone no one is like me

Customer service is always terrible. Wrong orders over 75% of the time and then attitude when asked to fix. I will not be coming to this location again. Terribly rude staff and very ignorant.

This location gets a HUGE thumbs down for me and manyyyyy people I know. At best, you get the coffee the way you ask maybeeee 2 times out of 10. The only reason why we keep putting up with going there is out of convenience. Bums always by the drivethru asking for change and let's not mention the mile line up 9 out of 10 visits. Do not recommend this location at any time of the day unless you are willing to wait a minimum of 15mins

Very bad service, have to wait for about 15 minutes at drive through, they should increase the night staff too.

My main go to Tim Hortons in Brampton. The morning crew is just phenomenal. Keep up the good work team!

Worst customer service experience ever. Tim Hortons needs to pay attention to the customer service and also the food quality. Everytime i purchase a coffee, the sugar is at the bottom of the cup & how hard is it to stir my coffee.

I was the only one in line at 5 am this morning nobody infront of me, took few minutes too order. Maybe they are busy but to pull up at the window and have to watch him make everyone's order which now have a few cars behind me. Over 4 minutes go by still nothing I went elsewhere this place is the worst

I can't really recommend anything from here. Over the past decade, the quality of food here has plummeted. I used to call ahead to see what days they were going to serve the cream of broccoli soup. It was a delight. Now, it's just runny tasteless goop. Same for the chili. There's nothing good/good for you there anymore

I ordered grilled cheese sandwiche inside hashbrown and chipotle but they gave me veg sandwich. This is very shameful thing that they don't know what to give to customers. Service is very poor and there are flies around the eatable things.

Very bad service at night. Took alot of time.waited for almost 5 minuts at window for a single coffee. Missed my bus coz of that. A lady there was rude as well and said even that there is no order for you.

What's all this.am i mad that m standing in a line for long.

We always try different drinks with different cream-sugar combination. Experience is always great.

The only reason why this tim hortons is not closed is because people around this place dont know what real Tim Hortons is like!

Food and drink is typical of Tim's. Drive Thru can be ridiculously slow, but order is correct 95% of the time. Staff seems to be very catty with each other but have been decent enough to me, as a customer.
It's not my favourite Tim's, but there's no reason not to go there, either.

Also, these guys are doing surveys themseves by taking customer's cellphone. WOW.

Big line up, but went through fast. Lady at the drive thru couldn't hear/understand properly. The food was just ok.

Never buy any coffee from here. Such a bad tim. They give tea or coffee like water. Everyday Not hot. Totally disappointed.

The girl on the drive through named jaspreet is very rude. When you are trying to tell her that plz mix the extra Carmel in caramel Ice coffee which they never mix it and than thay don't even brother to listen to you. Very bad customer service

Had the worst customer service in my life and probably the worst experience of racism in all my years living in Canada.

The staff name is "MARY". Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. If you have experienced similar stories share yours! So they'll know how trash this place is.

On Saturday, i went to this location to get my drink at storefront. I heard the manager shouting on one of the crew she was having very rude behaviour with her. That’s not what a team leader do. I heard her name from one staff member. Her name is bhargvii if i am right. I would suggest she should maintain positive environment at workplace rather than yelling on team members.

Tonight, I had my coffee at this location, girls at the window did a great job, I usually have my coffee every day at this location and is impressed by their service. Great job girls

Very bad we booked online and we were told at window that half of order is not available.come on tim pl align your app with store inventory

Mary has treated my family poorly and unprofessionally in an incident on May 21st. This is rude and unacceptable behaviour with its anti-Asian sentiments and we refuse to return to this location or recommend it to anyone until this situation is rectified.

Friday around 4: 20 am ordered a dark roast and was given a regular. How did I know, the man did not pour it from the canister. When I asked why did he give me regular coffee he said he I would have to wait for dark roast to be brewed. Told him don't tell lies to customers. Then asked for my receipt, and behold, he gave me the customer's receipt that drove thru just before us.
This morning around 6 am same thing ordered a dark roast and was given a regular brew without being told there was none available.
Growing weary and tired of liars.

I ordered a mocha latte small with sugar and one medium mocha latte without sugar. The staff assisting me was MARY. She mistakenly mixed the 2 coffees and when I showed up to her she denied and her words were “ I did not do any mistake, and I know why are you doing this. ” She was extremely rude. I asked her if I could see her manager and she denied. Such an unethical staff. This place was my go to but now I will prefer to go inside the mall instead. She was working at 7: 15 on 11th September.
At least I hope they try to get better staff who at least knows how to communicate. Apart from that when I visited the washroom she did not even wrote my name on the register which I guess is very unprofessional. Again her name was MARY.

The staff was not customer centric. Staff was talking to each other and they were not conscious to their duties. I got a cold steap tea and the hasbrown was overcooked.

Terrific visit at this timmy's. Polite, friendly, efficient and friendly. I'll be back again soon. Cheers

The lady on drive-thru in the morning is hands down best service. We always order large drdd & a large db

Worst staff i seen placed mobile for pickup inside first i was waiting in mobile pickup aisle nothing can came then i went to lineup when i went there she was not reponsive that old lady placed the cup in mobile pickup didn’t say anything went back to bakers area.how i know you put there or i need to tell you im here for mobile order.

February 18th 2020 - Tim Hortons Shoppers World Brampton. Very poor service. Drive through service. Ordered and purchased items including 2 bagels with cheddar cheese and butter. I received instead 2 very burnt bagels with no cheese and no butter.

Everything is good. Just the amount of coffee you fill the cups with is an issue. Coffee is always spilling out of cups. Please make it so that cups can be carried without spoiling our clothes.

I'm really in love with this place. Not only the food makes you fall for this place, but also the amazingly helpful and polite staff does that. Amazing food and drinks. Love the place.

Unprofessional staff.there were 5 employees working for drive through and only one employee working for in store lineup where drive through was not busy and drive through employees were chatting each other and laughing after looking long line up. Very very unprofessional.

Staffs on the counter or drive thru doesn't say Hello, Good morning and Thank you. They even dont smile.

This is your usual run-of-the-mill Tim Hortons location. This branch has a drive-thru that is usually busy, there's typically a lineup especially around the common busy times plus another three hours after rush hour. It is located outside of the mall as its own branch. The size of the location is not too bad. It could be slightly bigger but most of the time I always get a seat. I think that it could be a little cleaner but it's fine. One good thing about here is that there's ample parking. I think that the handicap signs could be more visible.

Hit and miss regarding timing at this location. When their main drive through lady is in it is quick and great. Whenever she is not there drive through can be PAINFULLY slow.

Often a long line and long wait. Sometimes doesn't have what you're looking to order. But staff are usually great and make great food and beverage items.

I normally love Tim Hortons so I won't give it one star however this location the lady behind the counter was very rude with me.

Always a line-up to door despite all the staff they always have on hand. The person serving at either of the 3 cash registers are also the one making the drinks and food. Beside the one person making bagels etc.
Drive-thru, not much through traffic there line up back to the mall, hoping you're not blocking someone trying to get out of a mall parking spot. Terrible service and management.

They had told me that they are not accepting debit/visa, and it was a very stressful and inconvenient experience for me because I felt as though I was rushed. What if i did not have cash? I would be starving, please fix this issue and let it not happen again. Thank you.

In the morning they say that the Tim's rewards don't work and so your morning purchases don't get rewarded that's not right

One of the chicken strips was not cooked well. Otherwise I never did have any bad experience at Tims

Staff does not clean tables for next customers in timely manner. Dirty tables all over and window sill was full of toasted bread crumbs that looked like been there for a month or more. NASTY!
