Tim Hortons

I have never had such bad service at a Tim Hortons than at this one. I was in line and approached a cash register with a lady that I thought would take my order but she walked away from me so I waited for another cashier to be ready but at that point someone else got in line. I was going to let him go first but the rude lady (with black hair) turned to me and said "whoever can go" in a nasty tone and rolled her eyes at me. This is not the first rude encounter that I had at this Tim Hortons. Another time my friend ordered a cookie from them and after ten minutes of waiting asked where it was and a lady responded saying "we've been calling your order for the last twenty minutes sweetie" in a tone that was condescending and not at all kind. I will not be retuning to this location and I advise anyone who goes to York to avoid going as well if you can because of the horrible service.

The fat white lady with black hair that works the cash is awful, she is so disgustingly rude and actually ruins my morning every time the only reason people go there is because it’s the only Tim Hortons with sándwiches at the school, she is an awful human being and I never heard her once be nice to anyone

The fact that I waited 50 to an hour minutes for a sandwich is concerning, they tasted ok tho

Maddy/maddie the cashier everyone in the comments is complaining about needs to be fired. She started mocking my english as I was placing my order mind you I am South Asian but I was born and raised in this country. If my english is the issue the Canadian education system needs to be re-evaluated. Anyways I just found it funny because she said I don’t know how to place an order. I’ve worked at timmies for 4 years in highschool Maddie I think you’re the one that simply does not know how to take an order. Ur customer service skills give me more crippling depression than exam season. Like seriously this girl’s miserable you can be nice try making small talk with her she’ll still hand you a double double without sugar and tell you “NEXT” “HURRY UP YOUR HOLDING UP THE LINE ”

That larger Caucasian worker with the pink lipstick needs to chill with the attitude never have I been there and she hasn’t had this disgusting attitude for no reason. It is summer right now and there is no one in the store, there is no rush. I work a retail job with 10 times the volume of this Tim Hortons on a busy hour. What is the point of making other people miserable when they’re being nice to you and know what their order is right when they get to the register? It’s serves no benefit. And on top of that, she Chuck’s the food into the bag so aggressively and ruins it then chokes it at me to the point where the food almost falls to the ground on the other side. Don’t waste your time going to this location. Just walk a little bit more and get some better service at another Tim’s.

If I could give zero I would, rude staff specifically 1 woman that's been there for years.

Decided to give this Tim Hortons another try but again same disappointment. This is honestly the worst customer service i have ever received. Went in with my friend and I ordered a Crispy Chicken, a strawberry-watermelon quencher, and an old fashion plain donut (due to meal plan making you buy three things) and my friend orders a Crispy Chicken wrap, a small ice capp, and a maple donut. When waiting for our order we get the drinks first, they gave me a strawberry frozen lemonade and after I told them thats not what I ordered they claimed they don't make quenchers here when it is on their menu. If you don't sell it here than don't have it as a picture on your menu. Second off I get my meal and instead of a crispy chicken sandwich they gave me the crispy chicken wrap. Not what I ordered. After telling the lady I wanted the sandwich one she made it but completely wrong. There was no lettuce and she added tomato, learn how to make the items on your food menu. Then another worker gave away the last maple donut to another customer for free without checking if someone else ordered the donut. Ended up having to get another food item that wasn't wanted. Honestly this Tim Hortons is tarnishing the name. I love Tim Hortons but after being to this one it makes me sad that they have terrible workers who don't listen to their customers (go get new jobs not in the customer service industry) and they never have any supplies at their locations. Honestly this Tim Hortons should be closed down.

Went there to buy loaded chipotle steak wrap for dinner. Turns out after waiting 30 minutes in line, they didn't have it. So I switched to a slow-cooked chicken bacon ranch wrap. The problem continues, as they didn't properly drain the liquid for the slow cooked chicken before adding it to the wrap. This resulted in sauce being extra liquidity when mixed in. Add in the packaging not even set up correctly (pushed to 3d shape), it was leaking sauce before I even started eating. Would not recommend!

The white lady with black hair who wears her hair up and has been there for years literally ruins my day from how awfully she talks to people. She sounds very unkind and serious. Will not go back to this location.

The biggest issue was the lack of eggs. Cashiers did their job, just sometimes with attitude to customers.

Didn't have my broccoli soup so I was super bummed out about it since it was meant to be my pick me up after my midterm exam. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and bacon which was still good but it's just not as comforting.

I'm so disappointed because I love tims so much: ') I come here a lot and they always get my order wrong somehow, even if I'm the only customer at that time. I stood 30 minutes in line. Never has cold beverages for ages, always no eggs for breakfasts, and no bottled water. I ordered a Slow-Cooked Cilantro Lime Wrap and they gave me Crispy Chicken in it despite the cashier telling them it's Slow-Cooked. I hate Crispy Chicken and realistically I would give this 2 Stars but I'm hungry and the Cashier who took my order was like the only friendly person working there even if I'm gagging so hard rn.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have visited all the timhortons on campus before and this is by far the worst. Waited in line for 20 minutes cause they couldn’t put another person on cash just to receive the worst service ever. The service is terrible, they don’t have any of the food items on the menu, and claimed that I couldn’t get a wrap because it was a breakfast item and they claim I need to buy three items for me to be eligible to use my meal plan. This tim Hortons is just a joke. If items are only during breakfast time change your menu during the day. Their cashier needs to lose the attitude because she was rude and very aggressive with me. I recommend visiting one of the other Tim Hortons which have nicer staff and don’t force you to buy three items to use meal plan. It’s honestly worth the extra walk to go somewhere else. Worst customer service ever.

I stood in line for 20 minutes, and at last, they told me that they don't have a latte.
Last week there was the same story.
They could easily write on a piece of paper so customers don't need to wait in line for 20 minutes.

I ordered a bagel with jam and they gave me the jam on the side. Couldn’t even be bothered to put it together for me as every other tim Hortons does.

There was no commotion in when I went and so, I got my coffee super fast.
I also ate bagel which was delicious.

Never pay in cash.the lady charges more when you pay cash (1.83$ bill with $3). Pay with cards, better avoid.

The staff are sooo rude and they have a poor costumer service. The lady with black hair was so rude to me even though they made a mistake and I was talking with them to solve it.
