Don’t even bother coming, the employees are so slow you’ll never get anything.

A very rude, loud and manner less staff. Very very very poor customer service. Need to change staff. Omg, their behaviour with students is shameful. I suggest not to visit this tim Hortons but instead visit the one which is outside the GBC college.

Unhygienic location, with ants and cockroaches roaming everywhere. Highly recommend everyone stay cautious.

Not your usual Tim Hortons. They don't accept the rewards card and employees are usually rude. I complained before, manager called me 4 months ago apologizing, saying they will improve. Nothing has changed so far.

There used to be tons of other reviews here. How did all the reviews disappear? Yes, this Tim Hortons branch deserve a 0/5. No Tim rewards accepted, long lines, under supported staff, and Chartwells operated.
