2023: 2/5 - All I needed was 2 coffees and an iced capp via the drive thru, place was empty so figured would try it.waited for 6 MINUTES, lolrofl.anticipated that maybe it might be slow after the last visit but seriously, 6 minutes for 2 coffees and an iced capp SMH.why so SLOW? ! Lol smh.

2020: 1/5 - Massive lineup at their drive thru (on a Sunday), massive lineup inside waiting for items to be made. All I wanted was the beyond meat burger, they microwaved it for me and it tasted gross and was cold (I had to go quick so would have said something otherwise). The lady also was touching things with the plastic gloves on her hands and then touching my burger (not sure if she was using her fingers or knuckles so will give her the benefit of the doubt). What horrible service!

The hours say 11pm but after sitting at the order kiosk in the drive thru to nobody serving me I left. Very very poor service. The manager should be ashamed. If you have nobody to tend the drive thru then put pylons in front of it like the rest of the Tim Hortons.

Just picked up a steeped tea with milk, by the time I got to my car it was little more than ROOM TEMPERATURE,! GUESS ITS ALL ABOUT THE 20 MINUTE COFFEE BREWS!

This is a great Tim Hortons. The people there are pretty quick with making your order. They have great food and drinks. I would definitely recommend if you are doing on a drive or just trying to get out of the house.

Was served by Angelica today! She deserves a raise. Pleasant girl, super nice and great customer service.

Horrible experience. There are two new guys probably 14 or 15 years old.they have no clue what happening neither they want to work.it was not even crowded.but they 20 min to track my mobile order for simple coffee.horrible and they made it completely wrong.just worst tim hortons outlet ever. Visited.tim hortons please evaluate the franchise u give to people who employ youngsters with no understanding of work

Fast service inside. Table available. Breakfast sandwich, coffee and timbits at 12: 30ish. Drive-thru line was long. We enjoyed it 100%

This tim hortons turns there grill off around dinner time. We ordered some sandwiches through the app before we got there and when we arrived we were told sorry the grills were off.that was around 5pm.even tho we already payed.they told us to get our money back through the app.so we got ripped off by tim hortons we called after leaving it rang the first time and second time they turned the ringer off they turn the grill off whenever they just dont feel like working anymore pretty much around dinner time every day.rediculous tim hortons never thought a tim hortons would take my money and then rip me off and snub me like that jeez

The supervisor as well as the team of the weekday morning shifts are absolutely amazing! Orders are processed quickly and employees are always SO cheerful… even during rushes.

Oh sorry, we don't have any egg. I have heard this now at least dozen times in the morning going through the drive through. Sometimes I just want a breakfast sandwich when I'm pressed for time, and sooo many times at this location, they for some reason don't have any egg ready at around 5: 30am.
It's breakfast time! You might want to get on top of that. 3 times in a row it's happened only at this location. And another 7 or 8 times previously. The last time It happened, I just drove straight past the window and had to drive to another location, where they gladly served me some eggs.
But they do have sausage ready if you want that thrown in an english muffin. Just get your eggs prepped!

I go there every morning and usually all is good. This morning I.placed my mobile order.large coffee, one milk, one sugar and a bacon breakfast sandwich. They put cream in my coffee which (to me) is gross. I enjoy getting bagels etc toasted. Lately everything I get toasted comes with a bonus black flecks which I assume are someone not cleaning off their knife from one order to another.

Espresso double shot coffee was good. Just the caffeine and none of the water. Saves the couple of trips to the washroom after a medium cup of joe.

Drive thru moved quickly on our visit and the staff was very friendly. The food/beverage is the same as any other Timm Hortons. Knocked off one star because of how busy the place is, not for quality of food and service.

Excited to try Timbiebs' three flavours today — Chocolate White Fudge, Sour Cream Chocolate Chip and Birthday Cake Waffle  (my favorite). Older location but always poppin with odd characters.

There is always a ridiculous drive thru line. No such thing as stopping in for a quick coffee at this location.
They like to hand you a leaking coffee and never anticipate that you might want a napkin.

Staff do not have enough help serving walk ins. This morning my coffee and food was taken off the counter by another customer, and instead of replacing it for me, I was told that the order had been made already and to rejoin the rediculous 10+ min line that they let form in the lobby.

The owner also parks his truck in the way of customers, and makes coffee for himself while customers wait in line!

Time to drink anything else in the morning. Horribly run establishment.

Drive through was slow but packed. Im guessing there is always that one guy who orders for the entire crew.

I go to this Tim Hortons every week and the service is always friendly. Both of my recent times there I've been served by Tara at front counter and she is always super nice and provides efficient service.

I went through front today around 2pm. Erica and another employee (I didn't catch their name but I'm pretty sure they were baking) made my day. Keep up the great work - it's very much appreciated:)

What a fantastic place to enjoy a nice meal with a coffee.so fresh and clean and let's not forget the awesome staff at timmies on water street cambridge

Roughly half of the time my order is gotten wrong in some way. I can understand an order being mixed up or something forgotten every once in a while but half of the time is pushing it.

Got a tea which was not fresh and it was extra hot probably microwaved. Never had issues at this Tims before

Coffee is always a hit and miss on weekends -but I can't get enough of their bacon farmers breakfast wrap

This is the best Tims hands down. Probably the last one to do it properly. When you ask them to double toast anything they literally show you before they make it all the girls there are great. Really know customer service.

Terrible service 20 mins for a coffee no manager in sight bunch of kids standing around. No egg no meat no hashbrowns. Worse tim hortons in Cambridge by far

Says dine in and drive thru are open. Went there at 6pm today, and the doors were locked, and your drive thru was a mile long. Either open up, or make it a quicker wait for my 20 minute coffee.

Never had an ice cap before, just had an ice cap, I love Ice caps. I drink ice caps everyday now

I enjoy my experiences with visiting a well known establishment. Just for the polite professional greetings I get when placings my order. It is fast and convenient for travelers as well as local residents wanting to pick up something fast and in one spot.

The employee working the front counter got my order wrong. When i came back to get my order fixed he would not fix my order gave me attitude and then still got my coffee wrong. A good example of why you dont like seeing young people giving you food!

I go here to get Timbits for my kids. It will be either 30 or 40. And every single time I go here, I'll get, "oh it only comes in 10,20 or 50.well.guess what, 10+20=30. Or 20+20=40. Today was the worst. Ordered 40 Timbits only to go up the the window and this happened again. So I looked at the girl and was Like, uhm, 20 and 20 equals 40? I ended up having to wait longer after I waited in line yo for 10 mins.

Not happy. 10 cars including me 24 minutes to get through line up. Grabbing a quick coffee made me late for work. Dont understand why.

The customer service here is pretty bad. No manners at the drive through and staff seemed like they really didn't care about the service provided.

As a person on the road for work during these times it would be nice to have the washrooms open.
They have a sign saying it’s closed for cleaning meanwhile they have it blocked off by tables

Location of restaurant is unique as other Tim Horton are at quite distance. Staff is always nice and humble. Never disappointed with the orders, exactly what you order, especially the coffee. Staff is usually young people which is nice to see them working hard everytime.

So editing my review, lately something is wrong going in there, ordered dark roast, came as cold as normal water. I thought maybe a mistake, happens sometimes. But its been 4-5 times now. Had to throw coffee, it was just so cold. Sorry guys but need to improve.

2 tt coffees. 3 dream donuts. All 5 items made wrong. Coffees are with milk. Strawberry dream donuts are crushed and chocolate dream donut doesn't have chocolate in the middle. Incompetent people.

Beautiful surroundings and good service. I enjoyed the young teens at one table maybe 6 or 7 youngsters reminded me of the after school sock hops and rollerskating waitresses of my youth. These were good well behaved kids enjoying each other's company after school. Great to see things haven't changed that much. We enjoyed a coffee, donuts and a nice conversation in a nice atmosphere.

Two stars is generous. I'll give them the extra because the order was mostly right. As soon as I walked in there was clearly some chaos. I stood waiting at the register for over 10 minutes. Finally the lady mopping was asked to help take orders. After sluggishly dragging the mop and bucket to the back and strolling out to tell her coworker the coffee maker was broken, she stands staring into space until someone told her to go to the other register. Now my order was taken with decent speed. After bringing my donut to one side, I was told to go to the other which I did. After a long time my bagel was made, with a lump of butter on the outside of the package.thankfully I wasn't oblivious or my clothes would've enjoyed a nice stain. Then after even longer I had my drink (though the worker forgot she told me to go to the other side and had to recalibrate.). The people behind me hadn't been served before I left if that gives you an idea of the speed of the operation. Thankfully I'm not local, will avoid like the plague if I ever pass through again.

People that work there don't ask you for your points card and use there that is stealing and she u ask them they said ohhh it's already done sir it to late now

Not sure how I order double doubles and get practically black dark roast coffee 3 out of 5 times. Some serious garbage.

Coffee tastes water down food is over prized they should stick to the original donuts and coffee I rather buy my coffee at McDonald's better tasting brew

I go to Tim Hortons drive thru because its familiar and generally consistent, but this location on Myers Rd is the best I've experienced. While the lineup may sometimes be long the staff is ALWAYS extra polite and often cheerful and it's those little things that make a difference especially when I'm having a rough day

Other than occasionally forgetting to put sugar in my drinks. This is probably the slowest Tim Hortons around. Don't get me wrong, I will keep shopping here. The staff is friendly for the most part. They just move to the beat of their own drum. A slow drum.

There were 3 cars ahead of me only getting coffee and somehow took 15 minutes and than got my coffee and they charged me for espresso shots and didn't put it in my coffees.
Went back just now (next day) ordered 2 coffees and asked them to make sure there are espresso in the coffee and again no espresso and they half filled the coffee and didn't stir it all the sugar is at the bottom. I will never go back to this location even if it's a last resort totally rediculous.

This place is wonderful location.beautiful view has. Very nice staff and stuff but (a man who has grey hair walks in the kitchen with no hair net and uniform) I guess he's the owner. Pls Wear a hair net, grey hair man.

The visit at Cedar Street Tim Horton's was not a positive experience and sad to say it seems to be the 'norm' for this location these days. 'No star' given at all. Since their renovation they have instituted a new order system which clearly doesn't work for them yet they persist with it. Order at one end of the counter and then WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT AN INTERMINABLE AMOUNT OF TIME at the other end of the counter. Lasr weekend I had 16 people in front of me at the pick-up end. Today I went in the door, saw it full of people waiting to pick their orders up & turned right around and left. Not waiting at this location any more. Even at 5AM on weekdays you still have to wait.

Drove up St. Andrews Street to TIM HORTON at GLEN'S PETRO-CANADA & even though they had a steady stream of cars at the drive-through plus people inside the store picking up, was out with coffees within 2 minutes. TIM'S AT GLEN'S PETRO-CAN ROCKS! Well-organized and always pleasant staff there. "5 stars for this crew. "

Terrible service.
Disrespectful unexeperienced teenagers running the show who take 15 minutes to make a sandwich and that's when there is nobody in line.
Any other Tim Hortons could do this in 3 minutes, be polite and offer service with a smile.

I love Tim Hortons. Drive thru is fast and friendly. When you go inside service is very good. I love to give a customer smile and always try to remember it can be stressful behind that counter. So patience and good attitude will bring better service.

Went through the drive through. The employee, despite me talking much louder than anywhere else couldn't hear me and made me repeat my order after every item. My simply sausage was on a muffin which I'm allergic to instead of a biscuit, which they did not ask about. They had no eggs for the SO's wrap, and no apple fritter.

I fortunately noticed that I didn't get my biscuit before I got very far and was able to turn around and go in to fix my order. By then they had biscuits and eggs, but they ran out of hash browns so she still couldn't get the wrap she wanted.

Overall the service was terrible, they'd be out of something and I'd change my order which they'd then come back a while later to inform me they didn't have that either. Not to mention it was painfully slow. I'm a patient person, but having to repeat myself so many times to only wait longer for my order is not an experienced I'd repeat.

Management has to fix their terrible organization before I go back.

Staff and extremely rude and lazy.would give 0 stars if I could every time I go they mess up my order somehow if it’s forgetting a muffin or recently I got a breakfast sandwich and it had no sausage on it just egg and bagel. You wait forever in lineup and staff aren’t even friendly no eye contact just lean on the edge and hold the coffee out the window and wait.as if it’s difficult to wait 10 seconds for me to put my change away. Never go to this location if you are in a hurry you will not be in and out it will take at least 10 minutes each time.

Worst Tim Hortons of all time. Coffee is never fresh. My wife even watched them putting water in the mug and mixed 3 mugs to make a coffee. Dont waste your money at this place.
