So slow, got tea waiting after 20 minutes unfortunately its cold. Staff is so rude, looks like they are serving us for free. So disappointed by the service. 2 stars only because of the name of Tim Hortons

Hi It serves cold or sufficient food that is cold or expired, bread or soup. They did it to me 5 times. The services are not good. The Government of Canada does not have the Ministry of Health to monitor what they do in restaurants or cafes. Food is not good in cafes or restaurants.and Canada

The night staff is so hopeless and the worst. They don't know how to treat their customers and they don't know how to respect them. They speak so rudely and badly. Such bad people and I didn't expect this from a company who is running because of customers

Girls named prabjeet Kaur was really to rude when I came here last time. No customer service at all busy at gossips even not interested to take order as well. Worst Tim ever came to for breakfast.

I come here every evening around 6 to 8PM and never ever got disappointed. Hats off to all the crew working in the evening. Customer service, way they meet and greet, well prepared drinks and food, way they deal with unfortunate wrong orders, everything 10 outta 10.
You guys are doing great and definitely one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen.

Got embarrassed the second time. First incident I got one item less and the second time the balance I received was less.the guy who got the order in drive through was sarcastically laughing and didn’t bother to listen during both incidents… not sure what they are up to… I would recommend everyone to be careful of what they order vs what they get and the balance if it’s a cash payment.

I placed a mobile and waited almost for 10 minutes for just one iced coffee. They were just busy taking orders from other customers instead of making them even I informed the manager she told me just 2 minutes and still after 5 minutes I didn’t get my coffee and I got late for my work. I had a bad experience here before as well.

Started to come to this location because EVERY TIMS HORTONS IN MALTON! Cant seen to make an order CORRECT!
I have been coming to this tims every other day for the last 3 weeks and i have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM!

I am a regular customer here and ordering specialty teas and everyday they are not giving it as it needs to be….

Not a good service always have to ask them for extra milk in coffee but nothing improve. Not good as compare to brampton tims.

This is the worst tim hortons, staff is so rude they don't have any idea how to deal with customers and how to treat them. They still think they are living in their home country. They don't know this attitude will not be accepted here.

Loved the vibe - Loved the food! I got my Egg & Cheese promptly and was very fresh. Very friendly staff and, A big store - The cleanliness adds to the overall appeal. Has my full recommendation.

Tim Horton's is slipping a little regarding the class and conduct of their products and people. They were much better a few years ago.

The location is good for meets and services are below normal I give 3 for it.
Cleaning and sanitary are good

Vanilla iced coffee is good and muffins are always fresh but I think they are overpriced at $1.79 for some varieties.

Used to be good every time, now I have had two bad days in a row. Yesterday I had a pump of hand sanitizer instead of caramel (probably just expired almond milk but oh maaaaan it was sour), and today was cream instead of almond milk. Got it remade no issue.

Best coffee shop, I mostly prefer to all, as it serves best quality, standard, reasonable pricing for every coffee and dish, I visit there daily once in my routine and my day cant start without Tim Horton's Coffee? ️️️

Got a soup today, there was a black short hair in it! Terrible, btw my hair is light, noticed it when already came home. The workers need to wear a hairnets, disappointed

It was alright, but there always room for improvement. Start putting bagel etc in a bag, don't just wrap it and hand it too the customers. Not proper.

This place overcharges you.and can't even get a black coffee order correctly.scummy place.watch out.

Can’t be more disappointed. This place was my everyday place because i work nearby overnights. But the service m getting from last couple weeks is really displeased. The guy at night time was talking on phone and making my drinks which was unprofessional.
Giving out Expired ST which taste burnt from sitting there on the burner for long hours. Anybody can taste it and tells who is a regular drinker and this is not the first time. Service is diminishing day by day

Took the drive tru, was busy with a business phone call and forgot to order. Got to the window and said that I forgot to order all I wanted was a regular coffee. The answer for the 3 staff all with less than 1 feet apart from each other was that I would have to drive all the way around again and order via the intercom and then I would be able to get it. Ridiculous!
Fail in keeping social distancing between employees and fail in customer service.
I rather never again drink coffee than to have to return to this location!

Hello today i ordered steep tea on drive thru it was awsome. It makes my evening veryy good. Dipanshu treat me very nicely. And service was very fast.

I usually visit here one guy in night Balbir i went yesterday i ordered medium double 2 with cream but i got with Milk after 2mnt i went back there i told order isn’t correct he replaced it on the spot and also pardon for that he gave one donut free helping behaviour

You will meet her, a fine Indian lady who shows what genuine customer service is. She remembers your face and your order and is never too busy too ask how you are and wish you a great day with a genuine smile no boss can pay for. You will tell me I am right. As usual Tim Horton's is a great meeting space over coffee!

The washrooms are really clean and that is very important. Also the place is peaceful and the workers are polite.

I was asked to move my car out of the drive thru line in order to wait for our 2 sandwiches to be delivered. It took a long time and I ended up leaving the car and walking into the restaurant to get the food.

The service is great. The lady at the counter gave me this survey to fill in after which my order got upgraded from to extra large french vanilla in just 1$. And I love their donuts

Good products but sometimes you would feel its not fresh enough. Service is pathetic as evening shift ladies are only focusing on drive through.

I went there yesterday. The girl working at Cash gave me free rewarded coffe and served politely.
The manager who is girl, what a nice and helpful natured person yar. I liked and fell in love with her. I appreciate whole staff.thnks

They give you bitten stuff and incomplete orders.

I called the office to get some explanation about the timbit because who wants someone else’s saliva/spit in their box of timbit.the lady was rude and arguing with me that its not true and that it didn’t happened and denied it completely.
I mean she saw that it was an unpresentable timbit why give it to me?

Not the first time, they are just trying to reach some unattainable speed of getting people out of the queue that they mix up orders on multiple occasions. Make you wait at least 5-7 minutes on the side for a small order.

They are not opening for 24 hours. Never.
Everytime I come by around 12AM they were closed. You guys need to fix it.

Need more employees at the store, only one employee named “Abhirup” was serving the drive through clients as well as in store clients. Great guy tho!

Not only was the customer service horrible, but the person I spoke with was rude and had us wait for 20 mins in a drive through with no other cars just to find out they had no food ready at all! One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I've visited. Overall terrible service and horribly managed. A complete dissatisfaction and an overall terrible service and experience. Avoid this location if you can.

I ordered crispy chicken meal with potato wedges and there was only one small piece of chicken in wrap and it was all filled with lettuce and mayonnaise.potato wedges, only two big fresh pieces on top to make you fool and inside it was all small dried wedges

This is the Best Tim Horton i have been visited. Employers are very friendly. Angira is one of my favorite employer. She always take order with a smile. She is very friendly. On a scale from 1 to 10 she is 11.

Each and every employee at this Tim's location is incredibly sweet, polite, and accommodating. Customer service is beyond a 10/10. I will definitely be making this my #1 Tim's stop

Stood in line, only people in line. One gentlemen behind us. People working looked extremely flustered, we weren't acknowledge, or told "hey. We are just busy, we shall be with your shortly" nothing, no acknowledgement. Their friends kept coming up asking for things, or a new coffee, new food, etc and they kept serving them while the line was growing. Finally got acknowledged for our order, after 10 minutes. In the middle of ordering she just walked away and took care of another customer and we were so confused.

I don't understand why they were so confused as it wasn't busy at all.

Just not very good service, to be honest.

The renovations look nice, so that's something, I guess

My favorite tim hortons in this area.fast.understands orders.and service with a smile! Each and every staff member here are excellent! I always tell my family members to come to this one!

Service was slow and horrible we had a server drop our drinks on the counter and then run off. Lids weren't on the drinks properly. I ended up wearing one of the drinks

Understaffed, very understaffed. Managment if you do read this, waiting 17 minutes for a cup of coffee in the evening is not acceptable. Please put more stuffs.

Very affordable café with good range of coffee and snacks. I really wish they brought back the red velvet muffin. I like ice coffee with vanilla, orange pekoe tea, chilli and cheese. The customer service is good as usual. They now offer rewards card for free and you get discount for every 7th order using that.

This is a very good location overall. This including its drive-thru service in that no drive-thru is ever perfect or near it.
