Tim Hortons

Drive thru- The day staff is amazing, I get my coffee from them every morning but the ever changing night staff is horrible and can’t make coffee right, they fill my cup to the top and it spills every time. Tonight, it seems he did it on purpose.it was beyond full.

First, they can’t hear order on speaker/mic then on window they can’t see order from screen as how many and what we ordered, don’t even know, how to serve serving 4 teas without tray, don’t even made the how i take. No sugar no creams.

No doughnuts! Honestly, went their mid afternoon and they didn't have any doughnuts! No explanation given either. Pathetic.

Place was busy due to lunchtime at the high school. Even with the multitude of kids, service was good and efficient.

Yawn. Tim Hortons is past its expiry date. Same old same old.everything tastes the same.time to move on Canada. Coffee is sub par, donuts covered in liquid sugar.way too sweet. Just hang up the skates Tims.your done.

3 days in a row now I have received the worst service I have yet to experience from a Tim Hortons. I don’t understand how a group of adults can operate a fast food chain so consistently poor. I’ve lost money and the first meal of my day more than once from this specific Tim Hortons on 563 Essa road.
I’ve seen pre schoolers operate with more care.
Seriously pathetic.

We ordered a ten pack Tim bits box. Upon coming home, we noticed it was missing a few bits! Are we even suppose to count bits now before leaving? Can't even trust the employees anymore. Not returning as God knows what else they might have and will keep missing in the future.

I frequent this location as it’s close to my house, I thought I would stop here today on my way at my boyfriends house in the afternoon. My wrap smelt weird and not fresh, it was hard to explain the smell but I looked after having a bite and my eggs were green. I opened the second lower egg and it again was green as well. I immediately threw out my wrap as I am now grossed out. I have pictures of the green molding looking eggs attached. Hopefully I don’t get sick as I did take a few bites before I realized. There is no excuse or reason to be serving eggs that look like this as the taste and smell were off but I couldn’t figure out why until I found the eggs.

The only one star is for the polite staff who served me, the only reason I did not return is I was in an Uber on my way to another location and just was making a quick stop. My order was a cold brew, pumpkin spice muffin and a wrap at 2: 09pm 10/05/2022.

We went to this location & waited quite a bit in the line inside. The staff were all over the place & didn’t know what they were doing. The kid at the front counter was not listening and completely out of it. We ordered 2 coffees. & a couple cookies and he couldn’t remember the order, as we waited another 5 minutes. Just terrible service, terrible food, terrible coffee. Hopefully it gets better.

Where do i start.hmm some staff are great but one staff member i don't need you asking me how many times a day i visit a tim hortons.or my points will expire.i can visit 10000000 times a day

They don’t mix the ice Capps or chills fully. My drinks are always half mixed and all liquid at the bottom it is gross. Any other location mixes them fully takes about 30 seconds lol.

Worst experience, right of the bat when I started ordering there was a male, who was extremely rude while taking the order. I asked simple question he would refuse to respond after repeating it multiple times and he just pointed at the screen, and when I asked for Iced cap he came and tossed the straw, when I asked why he started saying he didn't and that he gently placed it. Soon after that a female from the back came and looked at me was not even there for the entire thing and accused me for being rude. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS. I'm not the one to ever write reviews or complain, I work with customers and know how it is and what I experienced was utterly disgusting.

Chris the cashier today at 563 essa road tim Horton was very unclean, unprofessional and rude. Wasn't expecting excellence customer service from Tim Horton but the level of care for customers at this particular location is beyond disappointing. So many employees working on shifts and no one acknowledged any customers walking in nor offer to make combo.i had to asked for it and he was bothered as I was interrupting his tasks at hands more than the customers that are in the store. Chris left my sandwiches on the counter and not say a word although I was standing infront of the counter. Customers had to touch every bags to determine which one of ours. All employees seemed to be depressed to be working in that location. NOT CLEAN NOR ORGANIZED AND UNFRIENDLY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Pls go to another tim Horton where employees are practicing safe/clean/friendly.

Totally ripped off. Ordered a steeped tea and got home with it and it was only 3/4 full. This is NOT the first time this has happened at this location. VERY FRUSTRATING

Don't ever buy anything from this location.they take ur order without checking the supply and later on refuse without any apology.useless store

It's a normal Tim Hortons experience. Coffee is kind of gross now and they will mess up your bagel lol

Shout out to the morning crew at the drive trought on feburary 28 th. Very fast and super friendly.

I find half the time I come here the staff are amazing and they provide quick service and the drive thru is super fast. However a lot of other times I come here its the complete opposite and my order is always wrong.

Frustrated! I love Tim Hortons. I have joked for years that I must have shares in the company with the amount of times I visit. Lately, however, it seems that quality service has gone out the door (and I think I may follow)
Do employees not read the screen? I order a bagel double toasted. I have had stomach surgery and need to have bread products toasted more so it doesn't swell up and cause problems. Lately, my bagel is barely warm and the butter doesn't even melt! Tim's has been my "go to" for decades, however, I work too hard for my money to throw away every day because the staff appear to be more concerned about rushing ppl through the drive thru rather than making the orders to what the customer orders.this location is close to my home and it happens daily. Maybe today is a bad day for me because I just have to voice my disappointment. Come on Timmies.last chance for this customer. I would appreciate if managers would convey the importance of paying attention to detail when it comes to good customer service.

Today was a great experience. The staff were very happy and even helped me carry my dine in items over to the table. Even my smile cookie made me laugh:)

This place has no proper service and rude I'm verry upset with the service and most of all the new girl that hired dont know what she is doin and has no bizzness working there and I'm going to speak my mind to the manager there and let them know what thay hired and how thay treated customers dont go there you will regret it Endre

This Tim Hortons has been a regular stop for me for the last 9 years. Its a Nice, small location. Doesn't get backed up with people as much as the ones closer to the 400 during peak hours and has a Friendly staff.
I do however miss that its no longer open 24 hours now.

Quite often when i go to this location they are out of things they have on their menu. Today i went through the drive thru to get a choc chunk cookie and yet again they were out of them. Had to wait for 4 cars in front of me before i could get out. One time it was no english muffin for the breakfast sandwich which is a basic too.

Its an okay place and experience. The service is good, the food okay, and a good local hangout spot.

Was loving the rewards card till I found out you have to wait 30 mins to scan it again. I thought it said EVERY 7th purchase.it should be able to buy and use the rewards card whenever I make a purchase!

It's good good service. Me and the fellas, 26 strong, come here often too suck back some Don's (what me and the boys call donuts) we love it and will never stop coming till we drop dead inside the restaurant. See you next Tuesday buckaroos (another name for the men).

Every employee & management has attitude. Disgusting customer service over all.
(Lived in the area for YEARS) never solves issues just makes you spend more of YOUR time and gas to have problems not solved just right in the first place.
I’m finally through with this location.

Just your average Tim Hortons with all its ups and downs. Nothing remarkable about this location and no longer open 24 hours.
