7pm on a sunday night and the workers said that they are closed for the night and they have nothing to serve? Doesnt it close at 8?

All the staff always has a positive attitude.all very kind, and always very fast service! Highly recommend this tim hortons!

After getting gas, I went in to get a slush puppy. There was a sign in the window advertising it. I didn't see the machine inside so I asked the fellow behind the cash. He simply nodded no. I asked what that meant. Then he said we don't have it. I told him about the sign in the window. Then he said the machine was broken. I wasn't sure what to believe. Very frustrating. Just give me a straight answer the first time. I left with out buying anything.

Great quick stop shop. Bought a quick bite for the ride home. Great facility, very friendly local people and friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

Honestly I give this location the benefit of the doubt each time and somehow every time we order from the drive thru something is either completely wrong or missing. So if you’re ordering a croissant with cream cheese I advise you save your time and go to another Tim’s LOL

They don’t have tables but the crew is awesome, especially Said and Brendon. Very clean and organized facility.

Went here this afternoon.walk in. The staff were awesome. The guy at the counter had my co worker and I laughing, and the other staff were also very friendly. Kudos to them for being awesome!

This location is the best. The women work force is amazing. Hands down. Keep it up ladys. From the b.r. C.crew.

Looooong wait in drive thru. For fun I started timing people in front of me. From the time the car ahead of me pulled up to the speaker to order til the time he left that speaker it was 4 minutes and 9 seconds. Once you're in line you can't escape. There were 4 cars ahead of me.
I see.machines are down, cash only. But why so long to wait for service?

Limited selection of baked goods, but they do have a constant change out so everything is fresh. Drive thru is usually busy, but quick. No inside dining. Washrooms are part of the convenience store attached to the timmies. Staff are friendly, especially Matthew. He's new, but definitely someone who will do well in any position working with people.

One of the worst customers service ever!
I order a bacon breakfast sandwich on a croissant and I get home to eat it and they grilled the croissant which I didn’t ask them to do and it was burnt Black! Waste of money and gas! This is not the first time this has happened to me and I’m sure it won’t be the last either.

Currently short staffed, so no open store front and very long wait time in the drive thru. Was a 17 min wait for 9 cars. You cannot exit the drive thru once in it.

To put this Tim Hortons into perspective for everyone… I spent 36 minutes of my 30 minute lunch in this drive through line… There was only 4 cars ahead of me…

Waited in line for almost fifteen minutes to get a tea. They couldn't offer me a sleeve or a double cup.boiling water is extremely hot when tea is ordered black. Very disappointed how Tim Hortons just cares less and less about custumer service.

Slow speed is what this restaurant has always been in. Slow is not the main problem, once I asked for a large cup of coffee and I was given a medium cup. I asked if this is a large cup? They answered yes. It's not my first time drinking coffee at here, and I still know the size of the coffee cup. The second time was yesterday, I asked for a super big cup of coffee and I got a big cup. This kind of shopping let me feel uncomfortable

Worst Tim Hortons in Niagara. Literally can have 1 car in front of you and you’ll still wait 15 mins to order. 1 out of 5 times they’ll get my order correct double double with milk. Funny thing is I decided to come again and here I am with time on my hands writing a review and still haven’t placed my order yet ‍️‍️

This Tim Hortons is a hit and a miss. Sometimes you’re in and out no problem, sometimes your in line for 20+ minutes. Also, they are very often out of typical items such as cold brew coffee and select bakery goods.

Have been waiting in line now for over ten minutes with only 3 people in front of me I have now been waiting at the window for my order and it's just 4 drinks no food for over 5mins this is not acceptable.after 4 minutes of waiting at the window I had to knock for service. The woman seemed scattered and when I said I didn't need a tray proceeded to aggressively hand me my drinks while spilling both hot beverages.

The staff need better training but I know that's a lot for a cheap chain store to do. I usually go to Starbucks for the amazing customer service but was near timmies and wow. Reminds me why it's so hard to get a coffee that isn't just a "double double" confuses some of these staff.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons EVER. Every single time I wait at least 5 minutes, and that's with no one in front of me. 5 cars in front of me now amd I've already been waiting over 10 minutes.

Not a great place to buy food not one person with a hair net on place should be shut down unreal

Just gonna add to the many complaints that this Tim's is the slowest service of any I have ever seen.

This is the slowest Tim hortons and they constantly mess up my simple order.
It's worth driving further to avoid this place.

The staff here is constantly beyond incompetent. Half the time the order is wrong. They show all day breakfast and stop serving it at 5. They run out of food on a regular basis. Who has no eggs at 8 am? Given the 12 minutes I've sat in like behind four vehicles I'm convinced they're growing the chickens and waiting on the eggs to hatch.

This is the slowest timmies I've ever been to. The service is terrible and the staff if rude almost every time I've been in there.

I waited like 15 minutes for 1 coffee and only 2 people in line ahead of me. Absolutely laziest most sluggish employees I've ever seen

One of the fastest Tim's in the area! Friendly staff as well! They really make you feel like you are eating at home

Always very slow don't matter the day or time. Don't bother of you are running a few mins late for work because this place will definitely make sure you don't make it to work on time. Have not had an issue with order mistakes but usually don't order anything but coffee.

I love going to Tim Hortons they always friendly and courteous and professional and of course I love their food and drinks

This is by far the worst location. Very unreasonable wait times. When we got to window it took forever for 2 beverages. Wife passed her a 5 and 2 loonies. Staff let loonies drop with a stupid look on her face. Made my wife get out and look for change. Ended up paying with debit and didn't find change. I really suggest to not use this location

You have about a 50% chance they get your order right. Not sure why but this location just seems to struggle. Check your bag!

This is by far the worst tim Hortons in the region. The staff is constantly miserable, half the time they're out of certain food, I've been denied being sold a warm sandwich at 6pm because they close early. This morning at 820 am they weren't sure they had enough eggs left to make the six sandwiches I ordered for my family. It's a constant issue with this place.

Convenient place for gas and coffee. Service is efficient and friendly. Reasonable gas price too!

Only come here because my daughters like Tim Bits, wouldn't drink their coffee if it were free.

They need their machines serviced. The coffee tasted off, the iced caps are almost always wore liquid than slush, and they always burn our bagels or sandwiches.
Also they need to check their milk regularly, I have had a coffee with rotten milk come out of their service window. The coffee tasted sour and had chunky milk in it. Cleanliness and Health standards should be the front line defense with or without a manager present.
I will change my review when I see consistent improvement as this is my local Tim Hortons.

HORRIBLE customer service here they are not polite to wards customers and they never have fresh food running and are always out and one of thems name I think is a older lady I think her name might be Tracy or something with a t but she has no manners

This is the slowest tim hortons, in the region, drivethru takes forever. Worth it to drive to another location.

It was first meal of my day.and it made my day worst.i literally had to throw my tea.and the bagel was burnt.looks like employees wanted to go home after a long shift.worst Tim hortons ever

They don't carry raisin bran muffins though. Unfortunate.

Today I went through the drive-through and had ordered four items one sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich, one sausage biscuit wrap, one large iced coffee and one large triple triple. When I got to the window I paid for my order and only than received three items the employee working Rose told me if i wanted my sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich I had to pay again. I had than asked for a manager and the manager had told Rose to just give me the sandwich (it was there fault) and she threw the sandwich into my hand freaking out as the window closed. I dont know what i had done to Rose to make her so upset i just wanted my coffee and meal in the morning. When i had opened the sandwich after fighting with her it didnt have any egg. I went back inside fustrated and asked for the egg. She told me i couldnt have the egg so i threw the sandwich at the ground and walked out. What a joke.

Very poor customer service. Got cream and sugar water instead of coffee. They were rude while placing my order. I will never stop there again i do NOT recommend this tim hortons very slow and incompetent employees.

Lately every time we go here they either don't have any food, or espresso. Last two times we have been here (Yesterday & 2 days before that), employee's were NOT wearing masks or face shields. I'm pretty sure it's mandatory in food industries! Will NOT be returning! Absolutely disgusting!

This is the place you go if you want to wait in line for 20+ minutes only to be told they are out of whatever you ordered.

If you want coffee that is hotter than ANY other location then this is the Tim Horton's for you! The machines or burners are so hot that the coffee is never drinkable and ALWAYS burnt. Enjoy

Semi friendly service, attendant dependant. Drive thru is pointless, you might as well make it at home - you’d think with their slow service they were roasting their own beans. This place is a last resort.

Ordered the new smoked sausage sandwich that's on promotion and they didn't have any as they only make couple orders in the morning and that's it. I waited 20 minutes and then they told me they didn't have it then waited another 10 minutes for a refund. I guess the promotion stuff is just for signage purposes only to get ppl to come in. This store is a joke.

Don't advertise your hours as 11PM if you guys are closed at 9PM. I wasted a ride to your store thinking I was getting a coffee only to be let down by your false hour advertisement.

Prepare to sit in the drive thru for 15 to 20 minutes even if there's a short line up.the people at the window say they're short staffed but they don't seem to be fixing the problem.this is the second time I've made the mistake of coming here.never again. My day is gone.

This Tim hortons is awful. Terrible, slow service. Coffee doesnt even constitute as coffee tastes like well water. Only 1 till going at 830am. Terrible experience. Will drive 5km in the other direction to go to a different one.

I sat in drive-thru 4 over 10 well the two cars in front of me made at least $20 orders through the drive-thru! The staff at the window was completely rude and they made my order wrong I would not recommend that location

Just disgusting, they can't keep their commitment to cleaness, as per notice written on their doors.
The family washroom is full of germs, hair all over the toilet and sink, dirt stains all over.
Not a huge variety od donuts or danish, no handicap table for elderly people, only high chairs.

Useless. I ask for a sausage breakfast sandwich, so they ring in a farmers sandwich, when i corrected them they claimed I said farmers. The word farmer never left my mouth, I asked for a SAUSAGE BREAKFAST SANDWICH ON AN ENGLISH MUFFIN. So they corrected the order and what do they do? Put their nasty sauce and nasty hashbrowns on my sandwich anyway. They need to learn to actually listen to people and make what they order.

My only complaint is that they are understaffed.
I waited 10 mins in a lineup of about 10 people because they had 1 lady behind the counter working up front, I felt bad for her actually because everyone was helping drive thru and that was maybe 1 cashier and a manager maybe? Get it together. This location is always busy as it's super convenient but make sure you've staffed the place to handle how busy it is, especially in the morning.

Apparetly this location charges for hot water for a baby’s bottle! How atrocious! I, like I am sure many other mothers, have been to other locations that don’t charge for this. The funny thing is I was here not 3 days ago and was NOT charged.
