Tim Hortons

For a Saturday morning at a Tim's that doesn't even serve hot food, the wait time yesterday was absolutely unacceptable. Wasn't aware you weren't serving hot food and had to stop again at the Wilton Grove location. How come the location at the other corner was removed if this one is not serving hot food?

The staff taking the order inside are always pleasant, but hearing the drive through staff as well as the ones preparing orders consistently are mocking customers off mic for their order, today I noticed the toaster was jammed and pointed it out as they didn't notice, the staff was mocking me afterwards "the toaster is on fire the toaster is on fire blah blah" in a mocking tone really unprofessional that kind of attitude should be checked at the door.

Rushed, employee didnt listen, barked the price at me while i was trying to customize my order. My request was ignored and i paid for coffee I didnt really care for.

Like mentioned before the only ever give you 3/4 of coffee and same with the ice caps as well. Don't understand why this is reoccurring thing.

Worst service ever, 5 min wait in drive through for 2 coffe and 2 bagels. Which they even gave it to us wrong with top up altitude!

The girl couldn't figure out how to use my reward points so I ended up paying. She started telling me a whole bunch of things that we're not even true just so she didn't have to do the transaction over again she was a young lady with glasses and a ponytail and she is very rude SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME A BAGEL FOR 70 POINTS WHEN I HAVE 300

Horrible. I have to go here every morning for my coffee before work because its the only one on the way. Everyday they get something wrong no matter how slow and clear I say the order they still can't get it right. Literally even something simple like a croissant warmed with butter. How do you get that wrong? Oh yea just throw a plain croissant in the bag and call it a day. Worst tims!

Honestly everything is pretty good at this location other then they can't seem to get an ice coffee correct. No matter how you ask for it they always seem to make it incorrect. I literally work at tim Hortons and I order it exactly how I know how to make it and they can't do it.its not rocket science guys, get it right.

You guys are best Tim Hortons employees in town, keep up the good work.
