Worst drive thru. Slow, no greetings, no thank you and get coffees and tea orders all wrong. Waited 20 mins in drive thru, was late for work 2 days in a row. While waiting, car in front of me left and car behind me left as well. Will never go back. I myself am in customer service, they need to be trained how to treat customers, not with attitude. Terrible.

Their prices are 1/3 that of Starbucks and their coffee is also good. I haven't tried the food products. It has so many branches that it can be said that there are almost every corner in Canada.

Worst service every time i go there they are so busy in talking they forget the order. Not only that every time there is always mistakes in order. Either the food is wrong or drink is wrong. But there talking can not stop even if customer is at cash.

Just waited 13 minutes for a Turkey Bacon Club in a Cheese Croissant and there was no-one in line. (& No time to eat now). I’m not impressed! But! …. Thanks guys.

Okay, this is not good. Chicken in my sandwich was cut from a rubber chicken. Steeptea tasts like its a day old. Two other customers and my self had to pick the least dirty table, an wipe it off ourselves. Soon soon bad 0 stars total disaster

A lot of customers are waiting to order and for there order. They need to put more experience and fast staff. Wait time is more than 30 minutes today. Very poor customer service! So disappointed because I was in a rush today and they wasted my time!

It has a very bad customer service. I had ordered a Tea Latte from the store and they didn’t even put the sweeteners when I told them they just took another order and refused to change it or add sweeteners. Very bad experience.

They don't know how to make anything, and they're the ones complaining stating that customers are lying. I won't be coming back to this location, 9am indian drive-through employees have no respect.

Yesterday Jan4 2023 my family and I went to Tim Horton’s drive through and made an order for coffee and some snack those employees were very nice, helpful, kind and fast to serve customers very well with full of respect.
I am very happy for their business and I will recommend all my friends to go to this branch if they looking for a good Time Horton’s.

Had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons today. Came in at 1: 00 pm for a drive through mobile order and I explained that I accidentally pressed the pickup in front button and if they could kindly give the order in to the drive through because we have a small baby in the car and we don’t want to get out. The woman and man working refused to walk the two steps to pick up the order from the front counter and forced us to get out to pick up the order in front. We had to wait in the line in the drive through and then again in the front counter. This is not acceptable behaviour when it could’ve been easily understood as human error on the mobile app.

When ordering coffee from drive thru, Taste your coffee first. They try to get away with serving burnt coffee. Come on. Put some compassion in customer service. It’s a shame how Tim Horton service has gone down the drain.

Why they always close lobby at 7pm?

Shouldn't be atleast till 10.

I have been looking for strawberry filled timbits for over two weeks in Toronto driving into each location I drove by during the day nobody had them I started calling around to see who had them and at this location when I called they offered to make a batch for me.in less than half an hour I had my strawberry field tin bits the customer service here was excellent beyond my expectations this Tim's will be my go-to from now on clean location and excellent service thank you to all the staff and I recommend the boss give everybody a double lunch and let them go home early

Took a long time. I had to keep asking them for items on my order. Same Tim's understaffed underpaid and overworked staff who looked lost and confused or just "checked out". Employees not to blame. You get what you pay for. It is a shame the Employees and the customer suffers while they continue to profit. This used to be a good place to get some food and beverages. Not the Employees fault.

Food was good but place is filled with flies. At least 15 flies just flying around the place. Doesn’t look pleasing to the customer.

Ordered over 15 minutes in advance for a French Vanilla. Arrived and they didn't even start my order. Had to repeat my order number and order content 4 times to the staff. Finally got it. I guess I had to wait for those qued before me (look at photo, multiple flies).

One old lady is in front it is not good at all

Horrible service at the storefront. There is one employee who messes up my orders all the time. She seriously needs to be trained in how to enter the orders in their system and how to make sure that the customer received everything they paid for. Drive thru service is better even though line is usually long.

Customer service is bad. My experience with one of the cashier was very disappointing. She was very rude and didn’t even say sorry.

I generally like this location. Their calibration on the sugar and cream machines are typically on point. They recently changed from open 24hrs to open 6: 00am-11: 00pm daily.
Oddly enough though, the location is busy at all times, so I'm not sure why they stopped the 24hrs open?

Horrible service
Wanted a fruit explosion muffin, they told me they had carrot. Got down the street looked at muffin; had walnuts on it (nut allergy) so I went back to exchange or get my $ back. They said carrot muffin is the same as carrot walnut muffin, told them no it wasn’t. Biggest argument ever, asked for manager, they didn’t want to get manager saying that there wasn’t any: I asked for managers name; they refused. Someone said in the background that they had a supervisor in the back on lunch which I yelled for them to go get. Supervisor came I explained what happened, she asked if I wanted a refund, told her yes I paid cash then was issued refund that employees refused to give me

Horrible service all around

It says open 24 hours and it is closed, I walked 30 minutes because I felt like drinking some coffee from Tim Hortons

They rarely have what you need, the manager is never there, they couldn’t issue a refund for something they sold but didn’t have in stock because nobody was there to authorize it. They’ve overcharged me and I went back for the refund and they instead charged my card again. The food is stale. It’s mismanaged. This is not on the employee but rather on the management.

Supposedly open 24/7, however they do not serve any lunch sandwiches during morning hours unlike the other 24/7 Tim Hortons restaurants in the nearby area.

I am a huge Tim's customer and purchase like 3 times a day and this location is the worst I've ever been too. The Service is too slow and rude, majority of times your order will have something wrong with it.

I order veggie wrap and they give me the wrong order this is not first time its 3rd time they give wrong order also they charge extra i had an offer that 2 veggie wraps for $6 but they charge me $18 wrost service of the tim i have seen in my entire life staff is not properly trained even they dont know what is vegie wrap and what stuffing they use in it i suggest you guys if you waana try tim on on other locations.

One of the worst Tim's I've ever been too. Service is consistently horrible, 9/10 times your order will have something wrong with it.

I had French Vanilla Latte! It was great for someone who isn't into coffee/tea. This is a tiny outlet, with friendly workers.

Night shift workers are absolutely the worst. The morning workers are amazing. Always have a bad experience with night workers. Just recently i got a bad spill in my car because of them and now i have to deal with cleaning it.

Elie was a very pleasant gentleman! I ordered uber eats and asked kindly to make my croissants untoasted and a few other changes and he was super kind and patient with us, love great customer service! Thank you, you make this location the best out there always. Appreciate you.

People working at timmis can be funny at times, I ordered a large iced coffe 'light ice' and what I got was a third of my cup, I asked to get a full cup and I was told that the coffe was like that cuz I asked for less ice and that was the room left inside the cup. I was just LOL; it is already a cheap coffe place and they're picky servers

Lets just say this is the worst Tim Horton's location. Staff are constantly rushed, orders are always wrong, and most importantly the customer service lacks big time! Do not understand why people take customer service jobs when they cannot provide customers with proper service.

Staff aren't very courteous in the drive through. Barely welcoming and don't repeat the order. I actually had ask if they were done taking my order because she didn't say anything after I gave my order! They need to do something about their ordering system - its too close to the fan at the back and i can never hear the person taking my order.
