On July 18th, I placed my order with Sharmili. She was very polite and friendly. When she tried to scan my points, it didn't work. Her co-worker Parwinder came over and reset the scanner. She was extremely rude with the tone she used and dirty looks she gave me. She told me that it won't work. I told her that I need to scan and accrue my points and I cant lose out. Furthermore, my order was over $25! Parwinder told me with a huge attitude that it will work for the customer behind me but not for me. I was shocked and confused and asked her what sense does that make? !? Why cant she just cancel my order, take it over and scan again and what's the big attitude about. Sharmili asked Parwinder why is she making a big deal about it and giving me a hard time. Sharmili apologized to me. At this point, not only was I livid but embarrassed. I told the guy behind me to go. After he placed his order, I placed my order again with Sharmili and my points scanned successfully. Throughout this experience, Sharmili continued to display outstanding customer service by smiling and apologizing for her co-workers rude behavior. After I placed my order, Parwinder was talking in Hindi to her co-workers complaining about me. I told her that she has some nerve to keep this going and I announced to everyone that I don't want her handling my food. I asked Parwinder for her name and she refused to provide it. I told her that it's my right as a customer to get her name. One of her co-workers told me her name and I noted it down and Shamili's as well. After I got my order, Parwinder came over to me by the counter and told me that all she was trying to do was tell me that it won't work. I told her that's not true and because I got her name and will file a complaint, she is trying to be nice and justify herself! I told her that she needs to learn some manners and not treat customers this way. She yelled at me and said "no you need to learn manners. " I told her how dare you treat customers like this! I thanked Sharmili for making my day and told her that she deserves to be the Manager there. I walked out and I was extremely upset and displeased with this total disrespect. I called and spoke to Jasmine the Manager. She said both co-workers informed her about the incident. She told me that when the scanner goes down and reboots, the system will only work when they take a customer that doesn't collect points and then it will function to scan points for the other customers. She said that she doesn't understand why it works that way. She also said that Sharmili wasn't aware of this. I told her that the same way she broke it down and explained the details in a polite way, Parwinder could've done the same instead of being down right nasty/rude for no reason! This manager didn't apologize for the disrespect I endured with Parminder. She just thanked me for reaching out! I told her that she can watch the video footage from that day and time and she'll see exactly what I am talking about. I reported this incident on the app, via this review and on the phone. It's one of the worse customer service experience I've had. I was starting my day off wanting breakfast and coffee with polite behavior and in turn got bashed by an employee for no reason. Furthermore, the Manager Jasmine tried to justify this unacceptable behavior. This is unbelievable. We live in a civilized society but some people like Parwinder and this Manager Jasmine have not progressed. You failed to display simple etiquette and customer service skills. Shame on you for misrepresenting what Tim Horton's stands for. To Sharmili, I truly appreciate you standing up for what's right even though it meant going against your co-worker. You will succeed in life for your honesty and integrity. Thank you for making my day.

Not much to say. Compared to other locations i find the service at this one to be slow whether it's busy or not. Couple of times i've had to remind staff of my order. Receive my beverage but not my food or vice versa.

Ok place get coffee and snacks to pickup and go. Not like other tims where one can sit and enjoy food. This tims did not have a normal table/chair setup.

This Timmies is quite small, but they deliver the same standard service as any other Timmies. If you plan to go through the drive thru, expect the line up to be quite long given the popularity of this location.

Slowest tims around! They basically ignore you if you walk in instead of waiting in the huge drive through line, just wait in the drive through line it feels less rude.

Worst tim Hortons. Coffee is consistently bad and this time they gave me a spoilt bagel. I wish I had noticed it while leaving the drive-through. Never going to this place again.

Usually pretty good for coffee, but without fail, i ask for extra sauce on my farmers wrap and they (for some reason) give me no sauce. If it wasnt in the perfect position most time’s i’d rather go to any other nearby tims

Hats off to their service! Probably the best tim hortons i have ever been to all over Canada in terms of consistency and quality.

Excellent team! I see some really hard working men and women at the store, wish i knew their names!

Great place. Very fast and competent. My whole order was correct and I had a large order. Usually some places get 1 thing wrong but not here.

Worst Tim Hortons, unprofessional staff, I waited in front to order but none of the staff acknowledged me at cash counter n no one came to take order, finally left for another closest Tim’s.
Tim Corporate should ban such poor customer care!

I came here because I ordered from Skip the Dishes and the driver missed a take 12 coffee. Upon arrival, I found out I went to the wrong Timmies. I spoke to a manager who prepared the take 12 coffee and did not charge me. Just incredible customer service. I just wished I took down the manager name to acknowledge her.

Worst resturant out of ontario, service is brutal, never going back to this one, In 7 different visits in the past month I waited 5 to 9 minutes to get served when there are least 6 people working and waited least 5 to 10 minutes for a black coffee

Went to this location in March, had an Apple fritter. Bit into it and there was a piece of glass in the fritter. Went back and told them about what happened. 3 months later I get a call from the owner, he was very defensive and proceeded to hang up on me before finishing the call. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION AND ORGANIZATION AS A WHOLE. I will be getting my lawyer involved.

Good but!

Order takers need to add in to system customer requests properly. For example Buttering and toasting Bun.
Who eats bread at home without butter or margarine? I always request it on my sandwich. Had to watch sandwich maker and holler out instructions to her.
Instead of me slowing down the person, just enter info we provide and they can read the screen.
Don't rush taking customer order, listen and key in.
Otherwise coffee and sandwich was good

Pretty fast for a timmies. No seating in this restaurant and not a lot parking, but it is very convenient. This place can be crazy busy though.

Went to this tim hortons today and there was over 30 catholic students inside this small little place there was no social distancing and alot of them did not wear a mask and no employee said a word to any of these students

Your average tims quality. No dine in, takeout only and drive thru. Small parking lot- you could get blocked in by the drive thru line up

It's a small and busy place. I try to avoid during their morning rush, around 8am. I get it, I'm not the only one who need coffee in the morning to function. But I don't want to wait in a drive through line that wraps around the whole parking lot. When I do go inside to order, I usually see a wasp or two hang out in the display where all the baked goods are. No thank you

The manager of this location is rude and confrontational. There were flies and wasps all over the donuts in the display. Employees touch their face and then the food. This location is a biohazard.
