Tim Hortons

I liked going here because it was convenient, but honestly, at this point I'd recommend any of the other restaurants around here. One of the workers was openly judging and laughing at me for adding sugar to an already sweet drink, and it really embarrassed me. Not to mention the wasps on the food. Just go somewhere else.

They are selling expired products when i order vanilla ice coffee and espresso on top that espresso was expired i went inside to tell then the lady accepted that it was expired and they were still using that espresso jug which I ask them to throw into dustbin as it was expired.

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever encountered. Since I live so close to this location this is the only Tims that I can go to whenever I want which is unfortunate given how terrible it is. Staff there is always changing and they often look so confused. I use the mobile app to order hoping that I get faster service but it actually works in my disadvantage because they 1. Don't ever have the order ready 2. Most often say that they have not received my order and then try to tell me that it's my fault. I hope the manager/owner of this restaurant gets on top of these things and ensure all mobile orders are at a receiving capacity before staff accuse customers of not actually placing the order at the right location. Also some customer service training would be nice as well. Just saying.

I received the most repulsive service ever deemed possible at this location. I was yelled at by an employee. I don’t understand how most of them were even hired.

The lady working the window at 6: 16pm today is very rude. She gave me the wrong donut and when I let her know she told me I was wrong grabbed the bag out of my hand and aggressive threw it in the garage. How hard it it to have front facing people with customers service skills.

This is a great location for service and coffee. The ladies working are always so welcoming, kind and speedy.

Wish Tim Hortons had more lower carb breakfast options. I know it's a donut shop, but they even put corn starch in the egg bites! (The whole point of an egg bite is to avoid eating extra carbs.) There are also numerous lower carb bread options that could be used for breakfast and/or lunch sandwiches. People trying to be healthy like your coffee and convenience too, but you have no food options for us!

No seating and stuffy its drive-thru is main option but you can go in and order. No seats however

Really upd there prices but still giving low quality orders They don't even have half the menu items and then are rude when you ask them To repeat back the order.

Thanks for allowing me to learn the easy way not to go to Tim hortons ever again. Terrible service, terrible coffee.

Sorry to say but this Tim Horton's is terrible. They get orders wrong about 9/10 times

Definitely the worst Tim's in Canada. Never gets the order right, to a laughable bad. Like ask for a baggle belt and get a sub bad. Have to repeat the simplest orders, like just a regular coffee many times and they still get it wrong. You will be better off going to any other nearby Tim's.

As a regular customer I think what they just did to me whoever is in the drive-thru it's a very rude person and poor customer service. As people say the customer it's always right, instead she gave me attitude and says " I'll give you a refund " and took the two ice cups. As a business owner I would never offer a customer a refund unless you can't fix the problem. Address customer better. I will probably no go back to get my usual anymore.

I get coffee or tea from here atleast once every day n most of the time the forget to either add sugar or mix it. And they are always in a hurry that you drive off as quickly as possible.most of the staff working their seriously lack basic courtesy but some staff members are really nice

This location is worst. I went many time around 7: 00 pm to 8: 30 pm. Every time I ask either they didn’t have it or they have already clean their grills or they can’t make it even thought they close at 11: 00 pm.

The woman at the drive thru rushed us repeatedly saying " come on come on" as my girlfriend reached for her wallet and after handing us the coffee motioned for us to leave immediately saying "let's go let's go"

Negative 5 stars! Worst of all Tims I've ever been to. I usually don't write negative reviews because I don't want to ruin people's day. But this keeps happening again and again and it's not just me that's facing the problem.

Everytime I order something from here either it has something missing or I get a different item altogether! The staff isn't aware of half of the menu items, I had to tell more than three times to make them understand what I want. This wasn't my first time. But I'm alright repeating my order. What I cannot stand is the attitude of some of the staff even though they don't know how to make the order properly. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Always out of OAT milk, that’s fine! Stupid people offering regular milk, there’s a reason I ask for oat milk…. I CAN’T have any lactose! STUPID

Excellent service, I have never seen a cleaner facility office and work area. The took time to explain everything to me.
Which allowed me fully understand what I needed to. Good bye to the best vehicle I ever had.

I am absolutely upset by this place and not only their poor customer service, but also the food! I just ordered a crispy chicken wrap and the wrap only had lettuce in the top half, two tiny tiny TINY pieces of chicken, and the entire wrap was in the bottom of the container. These employees need to be trained that customer service should be done properly, and that quick isn't always better.

I went to this location and bought food multiple times and always received poor quality food. Today i ordered soup and there was a hair floating in my soup.

Extremely poor customer service in recent years. Barely understand what they are being told and then keep arguing over it. I am sure the staff can be trained better on basic customer service skills. Every time I have gone there recently, the person on the drive thru sounds tired and annoyed. Maybe they shouldn't be working in service industry if basic manners on how to greet a customer escapes them. One time I ordered something and after waiting a long time (slowest drive thru around) I was told at the window "sorry we don't have the item right now". Complete incompetence.

If I could id give negative stars! Been here a few times everytime I'm rushed through and if I order food its throne at me! Got charged an extra drink and they couldn't give me a full refund they had to give me barly any change for the item!

This is the worst Tim's in KW. I've given them lots of chances because they're located conveniently for me twice a week. But it's too the point where I'll use up more of my break to go farther away to avoid this location. Such a disappointment for such a well-located store. They never have enough inventory and the service is terrible! I feel like an inconvenience to them.

Poor and rude customer service, you have to speak twice for what you want to order even loudly because I guess girls working there are having some hearing problem! I tell her to order creamy chill and she added strawberry quencher instead. They also don't have anything else instead of coffee or 1 flavor creamy chill even if they've they'll probably say, 'we don't have it right now'
Deserve zero rating!

Well I have to be honest the people that work there I'm not that nice we were there and bought a couple of donuts couple of drinks. We thought it was kind of inappropriate of them when they threw out all the donuts into the garbage bin right after we had purchased our Donuts. We even offered to take them off their hands cuz if they're just going to throw them away might as well give them to people who want them. I thought that I had left my wallet there and it still could be there but they told us to call for the morning shift so we looked up the number and it's out of order so there's no phone number for us to call and we don't drive and it's quite a long walk to get there to ask a question so I think they need to get their phone numbers sorted out and maybe be a bit more professional when they have customers standing there.

Literally worst customer service ever at this location. Had a coupon for buy one get one free, and the lady kept telling me the coupon wouldn't scan up.she wouldn't do anything about it and kept telling me it doesn't work. Like thats not what I would have done if i was a Tim Hortans' employee.she was rushing me basically. No other employee helped with the situation as well, after that she threw the coupon back at me to take it back.so rude. She could have done it a different way. Honestly she needs better training.

Never coming to that location again.so disappointed.

Yet again going through the drive thru means we didn't get our whole order. Which means I just threw away money. What we did get was fine. But a 1/4 of the order was missing GRRRR
