At night, the service is so bad…. I have gotten tea many times through the DT and they have messed it up ALMOST everytime. I asked for 2 MILK AND 1 SUGAR ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA … it’s not hard guys. One time they put cream, one time they gave early grey, one time, they gave it as black. Get your orders right. It seems like they are just hanging out and chit chatting.
The worst place and the worst customer service This is a few times I visited this place around 10: 50 pm but they are closed but if you check the website it shows they are open till 11pm Tonight I walked there it was 10: 50 pm I called them why they are closed the supervisor answered me she called her name Ann whom was really rude told me they are closed I told her why the website shows you are open till 11pm she rudely told me we are cleaning and I told her I will complain to your head office she rudely said go a head. And she doesn’t care I already complained to their head office I hope they should take care of it
Even if you mobile order ahead of time, they do not prepare the drinks until you are physically there and verbally check in with them. Even if you arrive with time ahead, they prioritize walk-in customers until they ask you why you are there. There is no point to offering mobile ordering if you don't prepare items in advance.
We often go to this place and it’s generally good service.but when we went today a few mins back the lady (who seemed to be the manager) was very rude to me when I simply asked her if the sandwiches she was making for us is with biscuits or not (just to confirm it as the messed up our order last time) she shouted at me in front of everyone in the store saying- this is sausage n biscuits! It was very awkward for me and I left quietly, but whoever Is the owner should look into this kind of behaviour. I understand it was a rush hour and they were probably very busy, but when someone asks them nicely something they should try their best to be a little more polite. You don’t know what someone is going through that day.
This Tim Hortons has no customer service. Very rude and doesn't understand what you order. I went through drive through asking for 2 whole grain bagels, half a dozen donuts, and a drink. However, when I went to pick up my order, only one bagel was given. She spoke very rudely when taking the order. This is not the first time they mess up my order. I don't have a good experience with this location at all.
I had work at 10 am & decided that I would try mobile ordering for the first time. I placed my order around 9: 10 am & it was supposed to be ready by 9: 28. I get there at 9: 45 with the intentions to walk in, pick up my order and leave. My wrap was ready but not my two coffees. I wait until 9: 52 am and then I asked where my drinks are and what the point of mobile ordering is if my order will not be ready even if I come 20 mins late to pick it up. The manager who was working the morning of December 20th 2022 Saïd VERY RUDELY I should have come earlier to get my order. This defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I know Tim Hortons is very busy in the mornings but if I have given them 45 mins to get my mobile order ready then it should be ready waiting to get picked up. Do not come to this Tim’s as the management is TERRIBLE and RUDE.
Lately, everything got much better than usual but the unusual is there is no free WIFI and I almost everyday order by mobile and then take it up, they don't start preparing my order until I come and ask about it. That's getting me to prefer any other restaurant. Hopefully, you'll take this review seriously and solve it.
Every time that I wanna order half french vanilla and half chocolate, im picking up wrong one. It's just french vanilla or just hot chocolate, not mix of both. It's the fifth time that they did mistake. How often should I pay for what I don't wanna have it.
Your morning crew during the week are awful. The lady in the drive through yells “ORDER” without anything else to each and every person. For being first thing in the morning you would think manners would be essential for people that are getting their morning coffee.
I went to this location around 5: 10 pm I bought 2 coffees and 3 teas after payment I asked for a few packets of salt. The crew was so rude and then told me there is a 30 cents charge for the salt packet. I was so shocked I paid for salt packets later I left all my coffees and tea and salt packets in the which I paid for. I buy all my coffee and teas from McDonald's again and specially asked the crew if there is any charge the for salt and paper they said no after conformation I buy my coffee and team from Mcdonald.
Ordered potato wedges this morning from drive through. The wedges were not at all done. They were way off from wedges that we've had at other Tim's. I would recommend trying first before driving away as that's what I will do next time.
This tim location has one of the worst customer service the workers are very rude and disrespectful they always talk with customers in an aggressive way, they give ur order wrong they make very bad coffee these day it taste disgusting even if u wanna talk with the manager fist of all it is almost impossible to talk to her even if u have a chance to talk she acts like she owns the place she responds with a very rude attitude we can't even complain.so I stopped going here starbucks is alot better with friendly customers service the owner has to do something about it nobody is lying here we all had a very bad experience here I hope they look into it we love tim horton.
All the staff here are so lovely! I think this is the cleanest Tims I have ever been to - one staff member was non-stop cleaning the tables after each use and garbage wasn't overflowing like other stores. Their Smores donut was amazing along with the croissants, bagels, and cinnamon rolls - everything was so fresh!
The workers literally ghosted me while I was at their drive thru. It says on their website that you can order from your bike with drive thru, but I guess they don’t know. It would have been nice if someone had said that they weren’t allowed to do so, they literally stared at my face without saying a single word, didn’t even open the window to speak to me: What an absolute shame.
Today I had the worst experience in this location. I ordered a coffee with oat milk as i always do, however the drink i got today tasted horrible. I told them that it didn't taste good and that it was sour, the guy would not even change it. He started arguing with me that it is fresh coffee. To make it worst the coworkers all came to me and started saying that it is fresh and that I don't know what a coffee tastes like.then they were talking behind my back in their language as if i did not hear them. They have the worst customer service. This incident was not the only time, i always see that they don't have proper customer service. Even after they made the 2nd drink it still tasted bad i had to throw it away. Never going to this location.
One of the worst Tim Hortons. Very lazy employees, messing up orders, rude. Takes a life time to order. Other places when drive thru is busy, a person goes in and order as it is much faster than drive thru. Here, inside is worst then drive thru with 10 cars. Management team, do you job properly.
Painfully slow service! Drive thru and store Only 1 of 2 tills open in store during morning leads me to believe owner is beimg cheap tryimg to save money
I have placed an order via skip the dishes over three times now. And they have never delivered the entire order, one or the other thing is always missing.
And today when I personally went to pickup the order the lady at the front wasn’t very polite and took the order as if she was doing some sort of favour on me
Also the bagel that I received in that order was also burnt.
I have visited other Tim Hortons around but have never have l received such bad customer service from any other Tims until now.
Unfortunately this location has gotten orders wrong on multiple occasions. The drinks are either missing milk/cream/sugar or they have added milk/cream/sugar to an order that's just black tea.
I can understand if this happens once or twice but given its been multiple times the staff must review their order taking process because something is clearly not working.
Hoping something changes because this is the only closest drivethrough in the area.
Service is fine but the manager is extremely rude and condescending. They have NEVER gotten my order right, always forgetting either a muffin, the bread with soup, and even an entire sandwich, and I was fed up and brought it to her attention, and instead of listening to my concern she started yelling at the staff if they remember me, who obviously said no (how would they?), then accused me of being a liar trying to get free food. Poor staff are overworked
The service was quick here until recently. The front doors were locked and we could only order from the app. It took a while for my orders to be completed and they are running out of food all the time. I had to replace things in my orders many times now. I feel like the staff here is overworked and it's already showing. I hope they hire more people here.
Clean. My breakfast sandwich wasn't greasy on the inside or outside, coffee was stirred and they gave me a napkin. One of the better Tim Hortons in the city.
Quite possibly the slowest Tim Hortons on planet earth. If you have any plans for the day, I recommend putting 3.5 hours aside if you are looking to get your morning coffee at this location.
Someone named as Anna took my order. While she was not able to hear my voice or were not able to communicate she started to teach me how to order and then start to laugh! I think due to Covid they should not respect customers lol
I have beautiful memories at this Tim's. The place is ideally located on the main road. You get beautiful sunshine on a cold winter afternoon and quickly get 25 No. TTC bus just at 10 steps away from it.
I go for my morning walk with my service pup Mara. I always stop at Tim Horton's for my steeped tea. Due to Covid & my health I can't go in. I phone in say "hello" & they promptly bring me my tea with a friendly smile & a cheerful greeting. They go out of their way to help in a difficult time. Best way to start my day.
Tom Hortons is great for their donuts and coffee but they should just stick to that. I don’t find their sandwiches or breakfast foods to be that great in my opinion. I prefer McDonald’s Egg BLT or wraps instead.
It was my first visit. -and i just asked sleeve to hold my hot drink.the guy who served me literally asked me the reason why i asked the sleeve? Horrible.will never come again even i would be dying for a coffee.if these review are monitored by someone then pls check the schedule of ur staff on feb1,2020 between 7.30 PM-8PM
Probably the worst branch of Tim Hortons that I have ever been to. The staff is generally either indifferent or outright rude. Oftentimes the employees can be condescending too. Yet they're scared of misbehaving customers. Speaking of customers, almost all of them linger at the counter after ordering despite the staff trying to serve the next customer. I have seen women rearrange contents of their purses after ordering food instead of moving over which is the norm in other branches. Many such customers get offended if next customer tries to order after being signalled by the staff. Most people in the neighbourhood don't have AC's so they tend to stay here long periods of time in summer. In order to counter that the staff keeps AC's off or at very low setting with doors open. The restaurant becomes humid, stuffy and smelly in summer. Dine-in customers keep coming back for knick-knacks and more food and keep cutting in the line without a second thought. So many instances of customer misbehaviour goes completely unnoticed by the staff. The only good thing about this branch is that their iced cappuccino is better than most other Tim Hortons restaurants.
Sometimes it can be busy (especially when the high school students are on lunch break), but everyone working there are good at keeping the line moving. It all depends on the people in front of you in line really that makes the wait bearable or annoyingly long.
Again very good and fast service. There was at least 8 people in line and I didnt wait more then 5 minutes before I was next now that's what I call extremely fast service. And the fact theres one employee who works there who always knows what coffee I want before I even get to the cash register to order.
Good sandwiches but wrong order through drive thru. Even when she asked to repeat the order it was still wrong. Bacon BELT intotally different then a bacon and egg biscuit.
Location will get order wrong more often then not. Does not like business or visitors. They do not order any extras in order to not offer customizations. Steer clear of this location until management changes in my opinion.
They purposefully wait to serve guests even when not busy, be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes for even small orders!
Line up and store setup is horrible and you have to repeat every order just so they get it right and when u walk out try not to be run over by the drive through
I know I ordered a plant based burger but I didn't expect to literally find cardboard stuck to my burger! Ended up having an allergic reaction. Be careful when ordering food from Tim Hortons, they seem to have poor food and safety standards - cardboard on food should not have been hard to miss.
I was just there tonight and waited in the drive thru for about 10minutes. I then get to the window and I asked politely Why it took so long. He indicated he was the only one working. I then presented my rewards card and told him I will be paying for my coffee. He indicated that it automatically took one of my rewards. Which I believe isn't the case. I been going to this location for a very long time. The night shift staff are very rude and the management and owners should do something about this. Better trained staff and potentially more staff members.
Dirty tables and floors, garbage over flowing, terrible customer service. Staff yelling and talking loud, I stood waiting and no one acknowledged me for quite some time. In negative degree weather, absolutely no heat in store.like sitting in a freezer! Will never go back there. Would rate zero stars if I could. Staff need to be trained big time on how to speak with customers. Terrible experience.
This is a decent Tim Horton's. The staff are efficient. Restaurant is generally clean. It's often busy at the tables because people stay way to long at peak hours. I've had trouble trying to find a spot to sit. There's no WiFi which is annoying but maybe a way to stop loitering. It's a convenient location (close to Overlea) and they have a very busy drive thru.
