They were very helpful at this location, and at Tim's you know what you are getting. Consistency is a helpful thing when out and about.

They always serve me in a timely manner, and I have found every time I've been in there they have been friendly!

My new go-to place for an espresso. I would have never thought I would be saying this, but espresso here is rich, creamy, and delicious.

After ordering in drive-true the worker at the window had no clue how the tims app worked, after receiving the drinks the order was not correct. I asked for a TT with milk but I was given cream instead. After returning to the tims to have my coffee fixed I faced the same issue as before and there were coffee grounds in my coffee that I was ingesting. I then had to return to the location for a refund. I will not return to this location.

Very polite and unlike lots of other locations, these guys never get our order wrong.

Fast service. They mestup o my order about 12 times now. Servers normally polite. Except from one person that serves the window. The team is very polite. Place is normally clean. The fire place chairs need to be replace badly.

CONSTANTLY SCREWING UP MY ORDER. SOMETIMES PUT LESS SUGAR AND SOMETIMES DONT EVEN MIX IT UP. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE JUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE FUN OF CUSTOMERS. ANYWAYS THATS MY LAST TIME ORDERING THERE. DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT THEY DONT EVEN LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS ANYMORE AND THE FOOD QUALITY IS GETTING WORST.
