The worst Tim Hortons I've ever gone from the others. My plain toasted bagel had way more butter than usual, and the taste didn't great because it was cold and hard to eat. The step tea was also cold and was not hot. I advise you to not go to this Tim Horton's, if you want your food fresh and hot.

First of all you hire staff that don’t know English
I recently went there to pick up my too good to go order
Staff gave me a box with literally solid biscuits, not edible at all and the stuff was 11$ in value
I asked that it should be three times the velue client pay to too good to go
The staff literally said the word CHEAP 10 times
She said I don’t care what it says, go to customer service
I showed her this should be the value, she said I don’t care what it says I am not following that, I am the manager here

No I WAS DEFINITELY NOT EXPECTING SUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE IN CANADA

SHE did not even match the value and said I don’t care what the app says, you get cheap stuff only that you order

She harrassed and humiliated someone in front of the gas station and tim hortons

This definitely was a deal breaker for me and she never cared that we can go ahead and tell people, like not worrying about their employer’s business at all

At the end, she took the box we paid for and said go to customer service

I was an employee at tims and still remember how you are supposed to talk, so did they not do their video training?

Probably in my whole canada journey, this is the worst tim Horton I ever had. You can order 10 times but never get the original taste Even one single time.
Last tried a year ago, then today, literally not even a single change.

I hope i could give -star for this time hortons.the employees have no sense to talk.they are so disrespectful.always behave rude and speak rubbish to customer.whenever i go there they behave very very rude.today i went there one lady who is on front taking order speak soo much rubbish.so said get out f.and may words.i told her to speak politely but still she was shouting.my all friends (9) didn't get drink and our whole mood spoil just because for her.this time hortons manager should take strict action against there this location.beacuse everytimw we face same issue

They are honestly so rude and the workers don’t understand English! How am I supposed to communicate with them when they’re talking half tamil half english? And they don’t even fill the ice caps till the top and they make it watery.

I would have give if there is an option for zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely WORST Tim Horton's! They have ZERO customer service skills and are extremely rude for no apparent reason. Today October 08 2022 at 3.40 pm the staff who worked at drive through behaved so rude and refused to give the tea and walked away. If any authorities would see this review pls take appropriate measure for giving a good customer service

WORST Tim Hortons drive thru!
The people who work here all lack customer service skills, urgency, attentiveness, cleanliness and are just plain rude for no reason.

The moment you get to the intercom, you can already sense aggression and before you can finish your order you've already been asked 2-3 times "IS THAT IT? ". The order taker disappeared mid order so we went up to the window and she was already demanding payment. On top of that, the app is already annoying so it makes the whole experience a nightmare with an incompetent person serving you.

Go to starbucks, the extra $$ are worth it as their service is very inter-personal. These type of interactions can make or break your day.

Disgusting Service at this location. Very rude and yells at customer. They make mistakes on order and blame on the customer And when you talk back this is what they say screaming on your face we know how customer service works and this is how we deal with customer.
And I don’t care abt what you say and your thoughts are. I am going to try to reach the customer service to file a complaint about a specific person who works here and she behaves so bad with customers. And it seems she doesn’t care abt this Tim Hortons reputation.

I ordered 2 wraps (not meals, just wraps) and was parked to wait. After 15 MINUTES I had to go through the drive thru again and ask for them. Absolutely ridiculous.

The time before I ordered 2 meal deals and 2 sides weren't given, even though I was charged.

My recommendation is since this location clearly can't handle meal orders, just serve the basics at this location- donuts and coffee.

Avoid this location.

The staff barely speak english, they will always confuse the orden, they focus on the drive-thru so there's always a line of costumer inside the store waiting to be serve

Brutal customer service. Hands down worst Tim Horton’s I have been to. The same lady has taken the same order from me every day for two weeks and still struggles requiring an additional worker to help. You would think that she could figure it out by now, or maybe get a different job since she cannot do this one.

Quite packed during peak times lines come right to the door, service is slower than usual, they also favor drive thru drivers more than face-to-face customers.

Don't bother coming here for any of the new and advertised espresso drinks because they refuse to make it for you. Even for one. I know! Ridiculous. Why even have it on the menu and then be rude about it on top of it all. This tim hortons needs better customer service and obviously a new way to make these drinks. SMH

Terrible customer service. Went at 11pm and ordered 2 coffees and a pack of hockey cards. Got to the window and sat for 7 minutes waiting for the employee to come take my payment, she was dealing with customers that walked in. Finally she made the drinks and opened the window told me the drinks and I questioned what was in them because what she said was not what I ordered. She started getting rude and arguing with me and was holding my hockey cards and not giving them to me because she kept trying to argue with me. Very poor customer service, will be calling manager to follow up.

This location is really talented at being the worst location in existence.

Every time I visit this location, because of it’s convenience, they somehow manage to repel me with their great lack of customer service. I always get the feeling like I’m being rushed out of the drive thru

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Well to be honest, one of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in tim hortons.
Just look at the rating yourself and you see the employees are absolutely terrible at their jobs. They need retraining how to deal with a customer and not DIS-RESPECT anybody.
Also to note the person who works at the Esso is terrible as well and needs to learn quite a bit of customer service. And is extremely rude with customers. Please avoid this place!

Drive-thru woman is always rude. But she also always gets my order wrong. Went for a black coffee this morning, get home and its a tea. Twice last week, same thing but puts cream and sugar. Done with this place, don't waste your money

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Treated extremely badly at 1.30am by the guy who works in ESSO and he even asked the lady in tim hortons to not go serve to customer.the Tim Hortons employee is using her phone at this location always (specially at night) on the 28th of December, early morning at 1.00
worst place to visit, these guys need retraining, not sure if they know what they’re doing.

Not sanitary. The manager handled money and then hold my coffee by the mouth. When I spoke to her about it she was very rude. There many times I have bad experiences at this location. They need to be retrained. Very rude.

Morning staff take forever with simple orders, then get mad at people when a line forms and they dont have staff that know how to work the machines and get 'rushed' - women today yelled at a man when he didnt even say anything, he was simply waiting.

So rude with the customers, I just started placing an order and the cashier went so rough. It’s better to get nothing but I can’t tolerate the degree of harshness from the employees. If the employees are already frustrated that doesn’t mean to put your customers in the same row. A good business fairly goes with a high potential of politeness and great customer service. May I ask where was the smile, greetings, eye contact, listening and repeating of the order while I was placing an order? Better to train your employees with hearty and positive attitude. If you don’t mind I can help, at least my 5 years customer service experience will be absolutely worth to tell someone how to treat someone especially in the food business. Really tensed, how this business is surviving by just ending up losing customers. Good luck for your business with so called unmannered workers.

I was just in there and the person working behind the counter was very rude towards me. I simply ask for if they give out free coffee or tea to health care worker and they said the manager told them that just to hospital workers only and I said I work in a long term care home what is the difference we are all front line workers. They did give me my coffee after all but thrown the extra cup at me with an attitude. I am very disappointed with them. I spoke to my colleagues at work and they said they also got the same rotten customer service.
The staff there need to be retained in customer service.

The staff here is extremely unpleasant and rude. They have no manners and show unnecessary attitude. At many a times I’ve seen them being rude with the guests. They many times mix up my orders as well. The location is usually busy but that doesn’t mean they can be rude with their guests and decrease the tim hortons quality service.

The food is good but the staff is worst. They should be fired rightbaway. They are extremely rude and have no manners how to treat their guests. Abysmal Service.
I just waited for more than 7 minutes to order a coffee behind a pair of customers who ordered 6 drinks in total and I wasn't even acknowledged for my presence in the store with a mere eye contact.
Not sure if this is their standard in the store. In the end, I left the store befoe adding more wasted seconds to the clock without ordering anything.

Worst customer dealing. I have seen today they harrased a girl infront of me. I was just standing behind her in line.all three employees ganged up on her while she just politely asked to change her order, they were literally shouting on her. I've never seen such kind of behaviour at any tim hortons location. I dont know wt I would have done had I been at her place. I recommend not to go there ever unless and until they dont change their staff.
I'd rather give them zero for their guest service had that been an option.

Worst Timmys in Toronto hands down.
If you want to wait 10 mins infront of a line and have to pay for not only old coffee but made very wrong.
This is not my first time at this location and it’s the same every time

Take your money elsewhere any location but the one on midland and Lawrence
You will thank me later

Get new staff and properly teach your employees how to make a proper coffee

I wont have given them 1 star even but that way i was not able to put a review. The lady taking orders was so rude. Last time i was waiting to get my breakfast for 10 minutes. But they were not even sorry. On top of this she didn’t even let me complete my order and said there is a long queue. I was waiting to scan my card and she simply said to move aside. It was so annoying. They can let us wait for a chai tea for 10 minutes but cannot give us 1 minute to complete our order.

Went there to meet my friend. While waiting there, ordered my favourite French vanilla and banana nut muffin. Unfortunately I spilled French vanilla all over the floor. The staffs were very kind and helpful. They cleaned the place immediately and offered me a free French vanilla. Definitely give them 5 stars for their exceptional customer service.

WORST WORST WORST! Tim Hortons I've ever been too. I really don't understand how this location is still operating. If you go through drive through they give you a complete different order. If you go into the location your wait time is about 15-20mins and they have about 8 ladies in there who if I was their boss would be fired after reading this comment. Today I ordered a bagel, they did not toast it, the butter was hard and crumble up in one place on the bagel, as you can tell in this review I am very upset with the service. I try to avoid this location but tell myself they will get better. Those ladies that works there are unbelievable slow and totally don't understand how to work in such fast food joint. It;s food and it's important to give customers the best service in this particular industry especially when you pay for it. Will be waiting for the owner/manager to respond. WORST Tim Hortons. Unbelievable poor staff. I have to give one start so I can post this, but they don't deserve it.
