This is a larger location and often quite busy. The staff have been here a while and are darn good at their jobs.

Good quality and fast service for customers is key points of this location. This location has big seating areas in the middle of the plaza. The staff are kind and helpful. The washroom is not good and needs to taking care more. The biggest problem is parking lots, most of the time hard to find the space for park.

The Tim Horton’s employees here put in the wrong order and refused to give us the hash browns we ordered unless we paid for them after ordering the first time. Good food, great coffee, BAD SERVICE!

Average coffee, they don't really know what they are doing. If you want generic coffee then go here, if you want something with flavour and aroma, head somewhere else. If you put milk and sugar in your coffee this place is for you. Since being taken over by Burger King this place (which was already low got even lower), would not recommend unless you are desperate for food or coffee. Head elsewhere for great coffee in the city.

One of the quickest and best Timmy's in downtown Toronto. Even if there is a line it will go away soon.

Worst customer service ever received at Tim Horton's. Rude Indian students working with no etiquette. The washrooms are closed from 9 pm. The place is so dirty and hasn't been cleaned for hours. Do not care about providing good customer service.

Giving one star because I cannot give 0. We went to this timmies to get coffee. All the girls at the counter were talking to each other. Store was a mess. Washroom was closed for cleaning. When we asked they advised us that it's closed for the day. They did not keep the store at all even though it was not busy at all.

Worst Tim hortons I’ve been to. Had to repeatedly tell them what my order was after it went through.

The casheer (supervisor) could not get the order for a couple of minutes in the system. Eventually instead of spivy thai she entered Chicken Noodle soup. It was a bit diluted spivy thai. Never had that consistency before. The guy who sets orders put potato wedges and soup kinda not 100% full, it left the feeling that something lacks. I assume the low efficiency of stuff is related to lack of their experience.

My favorite coffee shop but had a bad costumer service experience with a very unhappy rude employee name NEAJ.i have never experience this kind of treatment from any tim hortons.this lady is not trained properly with good costumer courtesy and she never smiles, she never greets hello to her costumer.just so bad. I just feel so bad at her that clearly this lady is unhappy at what she does as a tim hortons.so rude.if u could only watch the video at your store.you would see what she did. I hope the management can do something with this. Thank you so much.

I have just started working here it is the clean place and have a good workers team. I hope i will also get in their nice team

We Just Came From this Place Time Hortons. In Front of Toronto Sign. My Friend Was having Emergency for Washroom.

Their Main Door was Open for Their “”BUSINESS””, But the Lady DENIED access to Washroom.

Slowest tim hortons. 15 people in line. One cash running. This is an everyday thing at this location.
Expect long wait times for just a coffee.

One star because that was my only choice. Otherwise would have given zero stars. Sign said dinner served until 10PM, yet attendant told us the kitchen was closed when we tried to make an order at 9: 45PM. Hopefully the franchise owner reads these reviews as they are losing money.
