Tim Hortons

Yes I'm giving service for stars but I wish they would be open earlier in the morning like they used to be 24/7 service is slow but but it used to be really good when it was open 24/7 7 days a week I can't even get a coffee on my way into work or a donut or a muffin not even a bagel or a breakfast sandwich

This is the filthiest, most disgusting Tim's I have ever been in from Nfld to Thunderbay, Ontario. The women's washroom, just the worst filth ever. The area where the donuts are kept had 3 flies landing on one donut after the other. The floors were filthy, the counters were filthy. This place needs to have an inspector come close it down. The people working there and I use the term working loosely. 2 of them stood there gabbing away totally ignoring customers while the other girl filled an order. The absolute worst Tim's in Canada or at least from Nfld to Thunderbay.

Women's restroom was in the worst condition of any Tim's I have ever experienced - no toilet paper or dispenser in the regular stall, dirty sink & floor & hand dryer did not work. Myself & another customer reported to the person in charge who really gave no satisfactory feedback. Server forgot to include part of my order. Black Coffees were overfilled & spilled through the lids.

Very slow service, donuts left out on customer counters. Bunch of employees standing around doing nothing. Atmosphere is not very inviting.

Drive thru service wasn't great. Had to repeat order 3 times and they still got the order wrong. Breakfast sandwiche was barely toasted when we asked for well toasted

Getting more and more busy! They need a twin lane like McDonald's have one side for big orders, and other side just coffee! They make all these huge renos inside every 5 yrs or something and totally change everything inside, almost unrecognizable! Use the reno money to speed up production! And this is Just my opinion!

Every service person was gathered around the drive through window. 7 really. 5 of us waiting in store for take out. 3 pm on a Tues.

Bill and the rest of the window crew are always so great in the morning! I love when people are happy.

Worst experience! Drive thru waiting time 25 mints! After that I just order a chai tea 2 milk 4 sugar and extra tea bag never got extra bag and also no sugar in my tea!

I came here every single day but from the last 3 weeks I had issues coming up with order!

Didn't look clean. The shelves were almost empty in evening and unorganized. Few things were fallen down and looked unattractive.

The real centre of Bracebridge. Expect long, but quick moving lines. Clean facilities with hockey-centric theme. Professional, approachable staff.

Staffs are polite and always provide with the correct order. Service is slow, probably understaffed.

Ordering was efficient but no eye contact or friendliness. However, the tables were covered with fingerprints and had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. Doors were equally squalid.

Tim Hortons is there Dunkin donuts of Canada. They are everywhere. The service was better at some than others. Their breakfast options are very good

Super busy but the line moved quickly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Got my order right and everything!

Try the blueberries it was gooooood!

They gave us moldy bread with our grilled cheese panini. Not even subtle either. The crust had obvious mold which made my sister sick. The lineup was also very long, but the person who took our order seemed nice.

This tom Horton's always self to get out drinks exactly correct sheets most of then don't. This tom Horton's also always had most of what they make all made fresh instead of being line most and once they run out for the day they just don't make any until the night staff come in. This arrow airways had 99% of what their display says they have instead if seeing all kinds of Emory trsys

Clean, friendly service. Can get bogged down when busy, and the location is on the smaller side, but it has a drive through and ample parking.

OMG why do you ignore the people in the line up? It takes FOREVER to get a small coffee? ! How hard is this to sell coffee in a coffee shop? ! W A KE UP!

Service was slower than slow, It was dirty, washrooms even dirtier, the same donuts laying on the bottom of of the display case as the day before service was slow, staff was nothing but migrant workers so service in either official language was not accomplished. Tim Hortons is clearly not the business it used to be - will likely not return as there are better options like Muskoka Roasters

Wish I got what I actually ordered. Missing toppings and condiments. They filled the top hole of my bagel with ketchup blocked by bacon underneath so literally just the bagel hole on top was full of ketchup!? Why.

This time of year is the best time for a Hot Chocolate, or A Tea, or a coffee to stay warm, Or if your hungry, and cold
You could try one of their soup's, or chili with a nice bun, and a hot drink. The Donut is the best thing to have for a small snack with a nice drink that is hot. It has the greatest service, and comes up with unique idea's to promote. Keep up the awesome work. Wish you all The best, and a Happy Valentine. After getting our order from Tim Hortons they forgot to give us they forgot to give us our drinks. We had to turn around while on the highway to go back to the restaurant to get the drinks. Once we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our drinks the lady and man at the front desk blatantly ignored us while we tried to get their attention to pick up our drinks. Eventually after a long wate the server eventually took notice of us and gave us our drinks.

This place is great if you’re using the drive thru. Never, I repeat never, walk in. If they have any cars in drivethru those are priority, even if there are ten people physically in line. They won’t even take orders.: (I’ve twice stood in line for 5 mins with no one taking my order.

I find this place is a joke. If you go inside to order anything at all its usually not available. The service is super slow. Its like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I've actually walked out of the store & drove around to the drive thru. Most times the person at the speaker speaks so loudly, its like they are yelling at you. Once they take your order its usually a 10 minute wait just for two coffees. Most times the donuts are stale. The lady at the drive thru window seems lost when you finally get their. The last few times my wife & I went there to buy coffee in the morning for our road trip, the coffee was luke warm. We were not happy at all. This place needs a complete makeover & more properly trained staff. We've decided to go to McDonald's instead. At least the coffee is hot & the staff are quick & polite. And Tim Hortons wonders why they aren't #1 anymore & are starting to lose customers & profits.
