Went with my family through drive thru. Had a horrible experience (traumatizining) with managers Violet and Shiehsta. Had used points to request a London fog and they were trying to charge us 55cents for oat milk. Asked why we are being charged this. My wife spends 30$ a week on this same London fog with zero issues. We are from out of town and we shop at Tim hortons in our home town with zero issues. They were very disrespectful and called us "Stupid" for requesting a receipt when we did not agree to the charge and requested a refund of points.
They Said their system doesnt work like that and to leave after requesting a receipt 2 times or to wait until it is back on our app they threatened to call the police. I advised them to and they shut the window on us and we waited until our points were back on our Tims card before leaving and making this complaint review. I requested the head office number and was told "Figure it out yourself". I would advise THE OWNERS AND FRANCHISE to teach their associates customer service as it is the industry they are in. Our 4 year old daughter asked us why is she gonna call the police on us are we in trouble. (Very disapointing that sge is subjected to thus behaviour) I have bought from Tim Hortons since they opened and I can say these new employees show zero respect to the people that pay their wages. Stricter punishments to this type of behavior should be a priority.

They couldn't get the order right. We had to go back 3 times to correct the order. Messed up everything. Service was slow almost to a crawl. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for a bagel and wedges. Restaurant tables seemed as though they hadn't been wiped down in a long time. Gross! Not what I expected by going to Tim's.

Today, we went to this Tim hortons @4: 40 pm. My husband ordered Large Ice-Cap with extra cream but the Tim hortons team member gave him large ice coffee instead of ice cap. When he told that girl that we ordered ice cap, not ice coffee, then she was very rude to him and said that “YOU ORDERED ICE COFFE”…

Like, seriously? What she think? We don’t know what we ordered, right? Just to let you know that we pay for our food & drink, we were not there for free food. If you charged money from us, give us what we ordered, instead of what you want to give.
Also, try to be respectful with your customers.

Very disappointing & poor customer service.

No offence to any community, the people working here completely lack professional, I literally saw a girl dipping her finger in the cup while making french Vanilla after she was done mopping the floor and nobody cares about the front line customer, they just take you for granted

I had a worst expierence at this location. It happend with me second time, firstly they gave me uncooked chicken wrap and today i found hair in potato wedges i went to counter again nd ask them i want to talk to supervisor and manager then mann coming.she came without supervisor name tag and cap i explain her everything she so rude even she did not told me sorry she directly offer me u need refund or replace. I told her i m not looking for refund or return i just want to let u know tht u gys even not wear hair net properly and making food for customers. Bagel station girl hairs came out i show her but her attitude reply, " no we know how to wear hair net".
Other thing i saw on coffee station one staff girl wearing top and jean is it allow by tim horton these days?

Ordered chai tea latte they gave without sugar and without syrup ordered bagel triple toasted but got without toast. We waited 15 minutes for our order when asked they said we have only one machine. Poor service

Very poorly managed location. Bathrooms are filthy and falling apart. Very long wait times when busy and staff deliberately close down the drive thru when it’s convenient for them…. Since they have difficulty as it is managing the customers inside. I have witnessed multiple people complain about waiting extremely long for their orders and when the staff are confronted on it, they get combative. Avoid this location if possible.

Visit on nov 5 in evenings time ordering new habanero chicken wrap and they don’t have then order chicken wrap they said they didn’t have lettuce in store then I ordered bagel with chipotle dipping there is no dipping in bag and then i asked for napkins they even have napkinss…. Seriously if you don’t have anything why u don’t close ur store.

I have been going to this Tim’s for a while now, and the first time I went i ordered a med coffee triple triple. When I drove up to the window the lady there didn’t even look at me and I scanned my tims card as she handed me the coffee she was so focused on talking to her coworkers she didn’t even take my money. This happened a few more times when I went, waiting forever to be served at the drive through speaker, and waiting another couple mins for my coffee to be made almost 5-8 mins compared to the Tim’s I go to on the way to work which takes maybe about 3 mins, this place has got to smarten up and train your staff better you’re not only loosing money but I would rather drive to another Tim’s then go to this one even if I get free coffee because they don’t even pay attention here I would hate it if this were my business and that’s who I had working there. I hope this reaches the owner

I ordered two coffees. One of the cup was leaking. When I told them about this they doubled the cup instead of replacing it. The coffee got spilled on my clothes and the car. Their attitude towards the customer isn’t good.

Not great with providing regular Tim Hortons quality food. My bagel had to be made twice, it wasn’t toasted at all when I asked for double toasted. Then my second bagel looks like it got completely carelessly made. This is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t believe people do this. My coffee was alright.

Worst possible service ever Tim Horton can provide. Early morning about 6 AM went to the drive through to get a large coffee. One of the stupid young lady throws the change through the window to the ground and didn't hand over the coffee. I had a hard time to get the coffee and collect the changes from the ground because one of her country man didn't know how to drive his car and I have lost my right leg in the accident.
After this incident I am blaming the management. Why do they employ this kind of persons who does not fit into the society. Nevermind serving people.

I had the worst experience, I had just ordered a small and a medium french vanilla however she did not even understand the order. Even after repeating 4 times I had received a medium french vanilla. After ordering again for the second time she is like you could have ordered together. So rudeeeee!
Ma’am I ordered altogether not my fault if it was you who did not understand.
Plus the french vanilla was so worst that it seems it was boiling water with some milk and a sweetener.
After taking a sip I have to order it from another Tim.
Waste of money and energy.

This is the wise tim hortons I’ve ever been to the workers are rude and ignorant the person who is handling the money also gets your donuts and places the lid on your coffee without washing their hand or putting on glove so they touch and handle money then touch the entire lid of your coffee so so unsanitary

The service was slow. Only 3-4 people inside, and 3 of them running the drive thru. They didn't have anyone to make sandwiches and said no sandwiches, only bagels and donuts. Bad service.

During the travels, picked up a Americano yesterday through a drive through. It is a shame doing an review on a $2 coffee, what was asked was not added as it was just black and about 85% full. At the point of pickup the rep handed over just one item when I ordered two. Didn't bother going back, Next time, will pickup a McDonalds coffee that is 2 minute away from the store. Interaction of this sort deserves a negative rating.

This Tim Horton store (at 70 Biscayne Cres) is the worst Tim Horton store at all. We ordered a medium decaf coffee and the server keeps saying they will brew a new pot and it will take 5 minutes repeatedly. Every time she says that we replied “it’s okay”. After 6 or 7 times the server saying the same thing the server said they didn’t have decaf coffee. Then we ordered honey dip donut which turned out to be a day old. The donut was dry and hard. Never experienced this from any other Tim Horton store.

Absolute worst Tim Hortons ive been to in my life. I came in with 3 people ahead of me in line. I only came in to get 1 drink and I was inside the building for 22 minutes. There was 8 people working behind the counter and only 1 taking orders. Many employees wandering around looking lost. A gentleman came into the building after his sandwich was made incorrectly in drive thru, they took the wrong sandwich back and no one even started making him a new one. He had to ask again 10 minutes later before an employee actually started on his replacement. Really bad service, the priority was clearly on drive thru and we had a lineup of 10+ people which started to go out the front entrance. Steer clear of this Tim Hortons if you value your time. Horrible experience all around.

Rubbish and Rude Service. Always Slow and prioritising Drive Through than In store pickup. Asked for Grill Cheese Melt with Tomato and Chipotle god knows how come Spinach came in and no Chipotle. Watch your change they like to make "mistakes "And watch out for the homeless people that sleep in the bathrooms I was forced to use the women's bathroom because of this. Reported it to the staff and nothing was done. The family bathroom was locked.

Went back in and no sense of apology from the staff. Well it was well expected by the way they were working.

Worst experience ever! They clearly don't know what customer service is like. They pay no attention to their customers. I had to repeat my order few times as the lady taking my order kept interrupting to speak to her coworkers in her language! There was a huge spill on the floor when I got there to order. I assumed the staff probably did not about it and my son was about to slip. She simply ignored what I said to her! God knows how long the spill had been there for but clearly they didn't seem to care!

BEWARE! THEY TAKE DOUBLE PAYMENTS FROM YOUR TAP AND THEY DO NOT CREDIT BACK. They told me payment did not go through, twice I tapped. Which was odd so I checked my account and payment DID GO THROUGH but not from there end. Spoke to manager who has ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNERS. TOTALLY IGNORED ME. Left feeling totally disrespected. Took my money and received nothing not even an apology for the mishap. I was not the only one this happened to. Had to call my bank and explain to be credited back. I guess they heard how upset I was thanks TD.

Everytime I go there, people without the car are standing on the drive thru to grab their order. Which is frustrating as people on drive thru have to wait for them to go out. It's a big safety concern. Most of the time they mess the order as well.

This Tim's is hit or miss. I'm generally there before 7am and fly through the drive thru. But there is something about the weekend staff and before 6am staff that needs work. 10 minute wait for 3 cars in front of me.they messed up my coffee, messed up my bagel in 2 ways, plus it wasn't fresh. Not the first time.

The manager and frontline associates are very friendly. I visited in the morning and I was served quickly. In addition, my food was nicely prepared.

I used to work at Tim Horton's, and it means a lot when a former employee says good things about another franchise owner's restaurant.

This place is unbelievably poorly run. My order is consistently wrong but usually I'm in a rush so I dont go back. This morning I had the time to go inside and ask them to correct my order and I would even pay the difference but the woman, whom I believe was the manager, told me that she would not fix my incorrect order because I had taken a bite of the sandwich. I was absolutely shocked because I didnt realize I had the wrong sandwich until i bit into the wrong sandwich!
It's a shame because most of the staff is usually quite pleasant but this manager wouldnt replace a bagel that they messed up!
I left and wont be going back, there's a Tim's on just about every corner and its definitely worth the drive to take your business elsewhere.
