Tim Hortons

I walked into the location early, around 7am and already there was a lady giving the two employee's a hard time for something. This lady kept one of the employee's off the floor for a good amount of time and I was starving. One guy doing cash, and serving! Yikes! However, dude was in full motion, and when it came time for me to receive the goodies, the lady relinquished, the female employee returned to the floor and be the two of of them got me out of there faster than expected.

Discusting, too many flies in the ding roo. And in the bathroom and the tables near been clean in awhile

Came to give special mention to employee working last night (Sunday July 31) ’s overnight shift. A kind Indian/Bangladeshi man.

Never mind having to deal with endless unruly intoxicated customers into the late nights while working alone, he keeps a smile on his face. As I arrived there was a large line that he handled promptly, and a customer asking for a new coffee just because it hot cold. He did not give into any ridiculous requests like this at least for the 30 mins I was there.

Provided excellent service thereafter and though out of stock with a certain product, was able to scrounge enough from the back to fulfill my order (Timbits).

Tim Horton French vanilla coffee I have five foot in is living there you like in me I love Polly Tim Horton

It was a strange Tim Hortons. It was like a family from India owned it and there was their personal family and or friends who would walk in, cut the line, and interrupt the people working on an order to have a conversation about I don't know (cause I don't speak whatever language was being spoken) and as soon as the customer would get annoyed waiting someone else would be waved in to finish an order. You could imagine how slow the service was. Still, I had no where to be so I didn't mind.

If I could give this no stars I would in a heartbeat. My husband and I ordered from here a few times and I won’t lie, there have been times it’s good, but recently it’s been horrible. I love my ham and cheese sandwiches and I always request no mustard, and when they come, it’s loaded with it. My father in law ordered the Boston cream and it came with no filling in it, and we ordered from Uber eats, and our order was delivered at the wrong address.

Food & beverages were great. My jalapeno bagel toasted w/butter & cheddar cheese had to be made 3 times. First one was made on an Everything Bagel, the second one didn't have the cheese.lol. But truthfully, the staff made up for it with their positivity and the fact that I could see that they were genuinely apologetic for the errors.

Only negative really was the collection of degenerates loitering inside and out of the entrance.

Disorganized in terms of handling the cue for customers, and the amount of traffic this place sees, it warrants better attention to these details.

Owners don't no that a Very bad service at the location and they don't admit there mistakes with arrogant attitude and body languages.
We have all stoped going to this specific location my entire family and friends. If not 3times a day 2time was a must but not anymore.
They don't no there are a lot of coffee places around with better service, I pay to be served right way not to be mistreated and teethed by staff members.
Timehorton Cooperates head office knows and they don't do sheet about it.
Customer has value and employs don't no that since they don't own the business.

This place is okay. The wait time is ridiculous sometimes. There's like 2 people working there sometimes. Also a lot of homeless people go there. Some will bother you for change. Don't bother using the washroom here. It will be nasty.

Was busy but not in the right way. I've seen more drug transactions within the 15 minutes of being. Not to mention, it was the most disgusting Tim Horton's I have EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. If not being able to watch them prepare my coffee, I promise you I would NOT have taken it, clearly.
