This Tim Hortons can NEVER get it together. Either your being rushed out, your order is being taken wrong, your being told you can’t have eggs at 9 in the am.most likely because it will effect their speed or the quality is just terrible, the amount of times I have received burnt or completely cold food is ridiculous. I continued to purchase here because of the convenience on my route but now I will absolutely go out of my way to attend another location because this one has NEVER left me happy. Only frustrated and disappointed in my choice. I wish they would think about the customer more rather than being the speediest because I’m certain I am not the only one who has been left to feel this way while visiting.

I placed my order with the app and they gave me everything wrong, the coffee without sugar and without chocolate chips as I had ordered. They don't understand when you talk to them and in the end they serve you all wrong. I threw my money in the trash. I'm not coming back here

We don't normally use the Tim's at the Food Basics Plaza in Fonthill anymore, one because there have been errors in our orders consistently and two, to put it politely, the customer service (or lack there of) is in great need of improvement. However, my husband decided to try it again today - he ordered himself a coffee and me a chai tea latte. When he brought it home to me, it had the chai tea tag hanging down as it always does, however when I took a small sip, I discovered it was coffee.with a chai tea bag in it. I am allergic to coffee. Took off the lid and sure enough everything was brown. How does this even happen? It's not like the order was mixed up with someone else's.we definitely will not be back to this location even though it's closest to our home.

The manager is extremely impatient and rude to customers and lacks courtesy she could not take my order efficiently, so I pulled up at the window to finish the order and after extending Courtesy to her that it could be a accent barrier she decided to tell everyone next time I can't order at the window and I would have to come inside I drove off without the order. She needs to be properly trained in customer care and customer service. In the meantime, she should go clean the bathrooms and take out the trash because she is most certainly not fit for dealing with customers. Terrible.

Do yourself a favour and DONT go here. It may be quick, but you are finding terrible service that is rude and not very Canadian. Not even a hello or anything. You’re pushed through extremely quick where you can’t even get an order in correctly and have to constantly correct them and then they get mad and push me through with an incorrect order.
ADDITIONALL, WEVE BEEN SERVED MOLDY AND STALE FOOD CONSISTENTLY now, and will no longer be going here anymore

Worst service, slow as ever, ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Everyone has an attitude issue and would rather gossip than focus on customers.

This is the slowest Tims around and I think they are aware that they need to work on this but my main issue is more than half the time I come here they get my order wrong. Today I came back after a few months and the guy at the window wasn't friendly and handed me my food without even looking at me. And my order was wrong as well. They used to have a nice girl at the window who would at least say hello. If you want to go to Tim's I would highly recommend the one up the hill at the gas station or Merrittville. They are busier but they are always friendly and get my order right.

This is the worst TH! We go there Friday night around 7: 30pm. They don't have Timbits, they only have a few donuts. This location closes at 11pm, could you explain why there's no donuts in a donut shop at 7pm? If it was only a fluke, but it happened many times. It seems this place is poorly managed

If I could leave no stars I would worst customer service ever. Lady doesn't speak or understand English. Went through drive thru loaded an offer and she scanned gave her the money it should have been and she just kept telling me the full price. I said I had a coupon she said the full price you order this it's this price. I said I used a coupon. She didn't even look at her screen and said loudly it's this price. I said holy com down I'm getting the money she just kept screaming it's this price because I'm pretty sure she couldn't say anything else because she couldn't answer my question and just kept repeating price. What you did is wrong learn English and I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons didn't need to be screamed at I even looked at my app said coupon used but got charged Full price.

Every time we ordered coffee and steep tea from this store and most of the time it was not satisfactory and today we are really disappointed because there was no sugar and it wasn’t fresh at all.we thought of posting review many times but this time it was ridiculous. One of the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for a BLT and bagel with cream cheese because they forgot about it, blt had no tomato, bagel had only a smidge of cream cheese on it. Needs new management

Stood there for about 10min noone in line drive thru nor inside before leaving repeatedly said excuse me and hello to the two employees standing there one was sweeping the other was standing there both looked up at one point seeing me wait to order When I said okay bye the one not sweeping laughed

Went in to use the washroom with full intention of purchasing after so I did not have to bring my food into the washroom, but when I asked, was condescendingly told that the washrooms are only for paying customers. This is after I was glared at when I came in, as if I was about to pee all over their floor. I explained and asked if the food could be left out and it was. Used the bathroom and it was filthy. Urine on the seat, urine in the toilet, handle was wet, etc. When I came out, my food was just left on a counter far away from where I originally was, so I’m lucky I saw the food at all. I get that drive thru is busy and the building needs to make profit, but at least clean the washrooms if you’re going to charge for a basic human function. Urine everywhere isn’t quite COVID friendly.

Was told I have to pay to go the bathroom, because I asked where a washroom was because sometimes people have to go to the bathroom because it's a normal human function. I was planning on ordering my food anyways, the assumption that I wasn't, was insulting, and also illegal to refuse a bathroom, check your Ontario health and safety act, and it's also a violation of human rights.

Tim Hortons that close their washrooms should be fined for denying people the right to do something naturally and necessary! I drink your beverages and spend a lot of money at Tim's, you stay open while others are closed so you must be an essential service. It is not against the law to go into your restaurant you make it a law to use your washroom. Will not be back!

Went through the drive thru at about 230 PM, our order was taken and we sat at the drive thru window for almost ten minutes before anyone came to the window to take our payment. When we used our card for a coupon the guy working at the window tried to charge us the full amount without taking the coupon price off. As I am a supervisor of a fast food place I know that this is not how the staff should be working. This is completely inexcusable for a customer.
