I just find a massive black hair on inside of my coffee when I called the menager to explain to this all she told me was yeah we replace Ur coffee like she didn't even want to listen to me what I was trying to tell her that it's pretty disappointing and disgusting to find a hair in Ur coffee and u should do something about it she did not care about at all its very unprofessional menagement drink a coffee from a tims they need to be very careful about this all there staff members have long black hairs Im very disgusted drinking a coffee from that location

Couldn’t understand a word the cashier was saying. After repeating my order 3 times, they STILL got it completely wrong. Avoid this location at all costs.

The staff does not fulfill orders exactly as requested by the client. You order one thing and you get something completely different.zero-cone on the lid is a marker that says what you ordered, but inside is disgusting.

Friendly customer service but prep was not done. Anything I ordered they " didn't have". They weren't that busy when I came by.so not sure what staff were doing. I waited a long time for my food to be prepared. I should have been offered a discount for the wait.

Pretty good place and employees aside from one person saying no when I was 13 cents short for a pop.like come on.

I have placed online orders a few times and there is always something wrong. Today I ordered an ice cap made with chocolate milk and received one made with cream. When I called the store and asked for a correction they told me I would have to come get it myself. On top of that, they said they made it correctly. I asked why it had cream around the edges and he said that happens sometimes. Also, an ice cap made with chocolate milk settles quickly and the milk goes to the bottom leaving a distinguishable settling line, this one is not, even after 20 mins. I do not appreciate that they will not believe there was an error and the only thing saving them from a one-star review is that the man in the phone did not get rude and flustered with me.

Great place and the coffee is always good and not burnt. BUT the bathrooms no longer have baby change tables which is a major inconvenience for parents.

Not really impressed. Liked the lady who attended to myself and my husband. But there was a strand of hair in my husband's coffee after drinking more than half cup. Anyways, he was given another cup of coffee.

Couldn't pickup an order I placed online 2 days ago because I had to rush to work for an emergency. Tried to pickup the order today and was told it expired after 24 hours. Essentially this location stole 20 bucks from me and the 2 "ladies" at the window were completely rude about it. Will be complaining to head office and will not be back to this location again. I would recommend you stay away as well.they don't actually change their coffee every 20 minutes at this location (they change the time on the pot)!

French vanilla with espresso shot and chocolate glazed donut for me, triple triple with glazed cinnamon bun for my friend

Absolutely poor and disorganized serving system, I waited 10 minutes for a heated crossaint. A fast food restaurant is faster.

A pretty typical experience. Staff know their menu, understand special orders (like half cream, double cream, extra etc), parking is plenty, lobby is well kept. Only thing missing is some personality. Been going here for half a year and its still as boring and soulless as the first time lol.

Officially the worst TH I’ve been too, such a shame as the staff used to be great, ordered 3 drinks which were practically thrown at us by the young black girl who was working at 7-50 pm 06/24, she was more interested in chatting to her friends than offering any kind of customer service, we asked for a tray 3 times and was repeatedly ignored while she carried on her conversation with her coworkers, then slammed the drive thru door closed and carried on with her friends, when we knocked on the window again we were ignored……. I hope this is only a one off and moving forward it’s not the new hiring policy to only hire rude selfish ignorant adolescents

Absolute worst Tim hortons to go to! Morning staff are so rude and if you don’t order quick enough they will literally yell at you to “hurry up”. Asked them to add sauce to my sandwich they were being so rude about it and I got my sandwich completely soaked in sauce I couldn’t see the sandwich anymore they obviously did it to be spiteful. Morning shift is completely out of control and should not be about to talk and treat there customers like that. Something should happen I will keep calling the labour board.

Got small ice coffee with a shot of vanilla. Tasted burned and more like black coffee. No vanilla shot and next to no cream. Not happy with it at all

I love the staff here- they make my morning so much brighter on my way to work. My orders are correct almost all of the time and if they aren't, the staff are apologetic and always fix it right away. Today I went in to try their roast beef craveable and it was their best sandwich yet. Becky makes a mean roast beef sandwich! Drive thru often has a long line because it's a busy location, but the line moves really quick.

Drive thru customer service was awesome. But i asked for double butter on my bagel so it's not so dry.the only lightly buttered the top half. So the bottom half of my bagel is dry. I'm at work now so in the garbage it goes. I'll have to start checking my food as my drinks are always awesome but always have my donuts timbits bagels cookies wrong like at least on a weekly basis. Or go out of my way to a different tim Hortons on my way to work.

There's this white girl named Justine, she is very impatient when she takes my order, very rude as well. I heard her cussing at her supervisor.she is very disrespectful. VERRY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAS NOT HAPPY AT KLL AND I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Curious about the hours here, was there last night at 8: 45 pm. Both drive through lanes were blocked and looked empty. Place looked closed. Which Tim Hortons that big closes so early if at all?

This Tim Horton's is one of the best run, if not the best, Tims I've ever been to. I pretty much lived off this franchise in different locations so I have had a lot of comparisons. The owners of this place must treat their staff right and not run it like a sweat shop like a lot of fast food chains do. The service is always very friendly and super efficient! I know it will be a quick visit, even in the middle of lunch rush hour, when everyone is ordering sandwiches and iced Capps. I'll always choose this place to grab coffee if I'm in that end of town!

I Drive-thru and ordered an Small Ice Black Coffee but finally got an Big Hot Black Coffee. You can imagine how I drink this stuff during this lovely summer time. This not happened for the first time.

There is inside dining, with tables spaced appropriately. The plus about this Tim Hortons is that it has three tables outside. I do not know of any other Tim's that has this option. I was there at 11. I had to wait a while for my order. It is a very busy place with lots of drive-thru customers

Perfectly good Tim Horton's, and great to actually find one that's open for dine in! Staff were courteous and helpful with clients, some of whom were rather difficult. The items I had were well made and delicious.

Every time I come they are always rude. It makes my mornings less enjoyable when grabbing a coffee on the way to work.

HORRIBLE! I walked up to there window they have for take out, because my truck won’t fit through the drive thru and with all this COVID going on, you can’t go inside.she told me I have to go thru the drive thru or no service! UNBELIEVABLE! Thankfully someone in the parking lot was nice enough to go through the drive thru!

So I have a chronic illness severe asthma and copd doctors saying my lungs are at the age of 103 im on 6 inhalers and I get Xolair injection shots every 2 weeks to help me breath I have stopped breathing 2 times I have also be intubated yes I have tried to wear a mask but I can't I can't breath and this store constantly giving me a hard time when I see them serve other people without a mask I get told I have to wear one and I say I can't then they say I can get my order from the walk up window and then I say im eating inside I also called them out about serving other customers that didn't have a mask and I get told to get my stuff and get out I would love to fine out who owns this store

They get ONE star because zero isn't an option. This location is brutal for messing up the order! After 25 mins in the drive thru today they gave me 2 bagels and cream cheese instead of egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. When I called they were annoyed with me as though I inconvenienced their life. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be back!

Poor coffee shop/cafe ambience.consistent sounds of telephones ringing. Pushy servers being speed up and overworked. Slow down and do it right. Bad sanitation.

This Tim's has to be the worst one in Cambridge. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. 15 of which the line never moved.

Very nice place; big, well decorated, semi private booths for eating, several counters, little slow in the morning but good the rest of the day, good customer service, I highly recommend

Horrible service. Incompetent staff and useless managers. Waste of money go to another tim hortons.

They can never get my order right even when you make sure to repeat it. And I don't think they have a spoon to stir the coffee or something.
