I come to this Tim Hortons nearly everyday. They never have enough steep Tea pre ready for when I order here everyday. The lines are already long enough to wait at then everyday I need to wait even longer to wait for them to brew some steep tea. They should already have steep tea being available at time of order. Staff here are very slow to make your order. Also never enough cashes open for long lines. Also once they do brew your steep tea make sure you look under the lid cause they never fill the cup full. For a XL they always giving me a large size of steep tea in my XL cup and wasting my money paying for a XL.
This location needs to start giving better service and actually giving you the size of liquid you paid for or I won't be coming here anymore. It's exhausting waiting here so long waiting for them to always brew my steep tea cause they never have any pre made and available at time of order.

Update: I received Reply from my review from Tim Hortons stating to call that number, I tried to call that number to contact Tim Hortons, wait times on hold are way to long to speak to someone, I've got better things to do then be on hold all evening. Even Tim Hortons customer service call center has terrible service.

A busy outlet of Tim Hortons as you might expect in a busy mall like Bayshore Mall.

Service can be improved. It is slow most of the time. The system of ordering through the display boards is confusing. I had issues with it. I ordered from the display board and paid the amount however the same didn't get notified in their system. And after waiting for around half an hour when I realized the issue I tried to tell them the problem but I received no help. And the amount was never credited back.

I really wish that the mass amounts of bad reviews would kick the owner into realizing there's something wrong with this store. It's a busy mall and it's run like a corner store out in the country. There's barely enough people working, things run out a lot and equipment seems to break for months on end, all the staff that are working look miserable! I can't really fault them when you watch them work through a busy weekend you can understand why. When you have more security cameras than workers I feel like that's a problem!

The only positive thing I could say is some of the main workers are friendly and try their best given the circumstances. And I haven't seen their drill sergeant "manager" in a bit so perhaps things are changing for the better!

Other than a few good staff, there's a high turnover here, and employees are untrained. Very untrained, as I was asked if hockey cards were a type of muffin!? !? Surely whoever is in charge of hiring can do better than that. The atmosphere here has changed in the past few months, and not for the better. Hopefully the few good staff remain, because if not, we'll go elsewhere.

Ordered a sandwich and had a poor service and delivery. My wrap tasted great but service was extremely poor.

The store manager Colinda is the rudest person I've met so far. Not sure how she is still being employed by Tim Hortons. I guess that's the expected standard. To the store owner: please read the reviews about this store and Colinda, reviews dont lie!

Don't bother using self check-out because they don't bother making signs when things are out (all it would take is a piece of paper, a pen and some tape). They also don't call your name when your order is ready, they just put the bag there with the receipt

Worst experience ever. The manager her name Colinda don’t know how to behave with customer. They gave me wrong item. I told them to give me that item which I ordered but manager said that it’s their protocol after giving item to customer we can’t touch them. It’s a wrong argument. I think they don’t want to work. They just put the item on table and I even not touched item still they don’t want to give me that item which I ordered. They gave wrong order and do the argument with customer.

One point is even too much, I placed an order on the electronic Kiosk inside the shop, after i paid, I didn't get an order number, neither the proof of payment.the manager denied that she received my order, the head office of Tim got all of my private information and they said they can't do any thing and the manger must solve it and refund my money. At the end, I didn't get my order neither my money.be aware of inferior electronic kiosk payment and the manager who does not want to take any responsibilities.

There is a lady I assume the manager who is brutal with her staff. I was served today and what looked like a new member was lost on what to do and instead of helping him out she made him look stupid. I understand it the weekend and timmies gets super busy and especially in the mall when I went it was busy.but that doesn't excuse her behaviour they're serving donuts and coffee not in the military.

Horrible customer service and incompetent employee to say the least. Ordered french vanilla with 1/2 coffee through the app. Got only french vanilla.fine I get it, not their fault maybe just a glitch with the app. Asked the employee to just pour a little coffee into my cup to which he said "I wouldn't do that". Like? Seriously? Excuse you? ! I already paid for the french vanilla which is the more expensive drink, coffee is like half the price? !? ! It's like the cost of the coffee I was asking him to add to my cup was being deducted from his personal pay cheque. Rediculous.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Went there on the 23rd of April and man as it ever bad. Waited in line for 15 minutes and once at the cash I place my order and they are out of wedges and it would be almost another 30 minutes wait. So I asked for the manager. She came out from the back had a big attitude towards me because she saw I know how fast food joints really work. She said you wait or leave. So I left.
I emailed Tim hirtons the area manager got back to me but I'm sure nothing was done about it. No compensation of any kind was offered. Tummies lost my buisness because of one manager

This place is always a hit or miss. You have to be very careful as they go from handling cash to handling the hot foods with the same gloves

The place seems closed after the outage that ended on 23rd May, 2022. I will update if it reopens or if someone can update thats better. I walked thrice to find it closed all the time and mobile app shows you can order here online.
