Tim Hortons

Went through drive thru today and the older lady on the headset full on yelled at me because I was asking questions about which product had raisins. Quite an unpleasant person and experience. After being berated by this woman I decided to go inside and had a lovely interaction with the young lady at the counter. But honestly that older Karen in drive thru has no business being in customer service. She’s downright nasty.

This past few days iv come here i wanted a grilled chicken Chipotle wrap they got it wrong twice the Manger was amazing to deal with but the staff seem clueless the next day i showed up didn't get my wrap i was promised this all started monday November 6th and today is November 8th when i got my wrap it was made wrong again after asking for tomato lettuce and cheese so i called in again embarrassed as im not one to complain but today the employee was rude and then had stated that i didn't say what was on the wrap yet when i was telling the girl in drive threw she was rolling her eyes and told me to come inside because they didn't punch it in i understand how busy it is as i am on mat leave from having a baby and being a manger a tim hortons myself from up north but new to area im so disappointed in the service i got today and the lady who was rude to me on the phone waiting to hear from a manger as i hope i can get this fixed

I wanted to take a moment to commend your team at Tim Hortons for the amazing service I've consistently experienced at your store. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making each visit a delightful experience.
I also want to express my enthusiasm for your new dulce apple fritters and four cheese twist. They are simply addictive! The flavors and quality are top-notch, and I can't resist indulging in them every time I stop by.

If I can leave zero I would every time I order a bagel toasted with extra butter it comes not toasted and butter isn’t even melted or it comes with no butter. This place is garbage

Worst place to get anything! Waited over 30 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns! They don't tell you when your order is up or where to pick up your order! Also you CANT see the mobile order sign as everyone lines up infront of it! Poor service!

Going through the drive through with an order of at least 4 food items, they never give me a bag. They hand me 4 individual food items to fly around my car as I drive away. EVERYTIME! Give people a bag!

I had nothing better to do with my time, so yes I wrote a review for a Tim Hortons in a small town.

They make a mean Turkey melt. Iced Coffee is fire, donuts are smooth. Everyone givin a bad review, calm tf down its Tim Hortons.

Got here 10 minutes before closing, and was just ignored by the staff inside while they furiously were cleaning in order to leave as soon as possible. If you’re open to a certain time your staff should not be cleaning up 30 minutes before so they can leave.

Went through drive thru to scan my free coffee.was told it wasnt working but to come inside because its working inside. Went inside after waiting in line to hear oh now its not working inside.i diddebt even leave with a coffee, kinda of a waste of time and coffee

What is happening with this Tim's? A Sat morning and it's closed to walk-ins. Driv thru 2 blocks long. Ridiculous.

I love the donuts! Always have. So when we were touring in Canada, I knew we had to stop and get a few! Mmmmmmm.

Number 1 they don't know how to count I asked for 20 tidbits for kids and their friends got 12 then assumed I didn't want my 5 dollars in change back. Weeks later Once again 3 coffees ALL wrong.come on

I was at the crystal Beach location. Waited in an enormous line up. Just to get the order wrong. I parked the car and went inside to just exchange it for the right one. The line up was 20 minutes. I explained to the gentleman that the order was wrong and he politely said sorry and put it in for the right order. I then ordered ten timbits along with the exchange order and that's when things went south. The assistant manager then told me to go to the back of the line to order the Tim bits. I tried to explain what happened but she was so ignorant to me that other patrons got involved and backed me up. She would not listen to anything I had to say. She wanted me to get the order that was a mistake and then go back into the 20 minute line up to order the Tim Bits. She was yelling at me and was just sio inconsiderate to me and other patrons who stood by me in that line up. I went home and called to the store to speak with the manager but he was unavailable so I left my number. No return call. I phoned head office and told my story and they apologized and said somebody will get back to me. Nope no return call. What a joke. I could go on about that store but people like that don't deserve anything but to get fired for being so rude and obnoxious to customers who have waited in two line ups for 40 minutes in total just to get a bit of food and the get yelled at for it. Shame on you.

Went in a weeks vacation to Chrystal Beach last week. We went to this location and couldn’t believe how dirty it is. The front doors and all windows and floors were filthy. Who owns this store. Shame on you. Just because you have a thriving business and people continue to request your store doesn’t mean you stop cleaning. Head Office, please do something about it

When I went to this location only drive through open.and this was at 2 pm on a Saturday. Said staff shortage was the issue.maybe so but unfortunately that is not my problem. Another reason for the 3 stars was SLOW service in the drive through.made lines extend out and down the road. Saw several people drive in.read the sign that stated no inside service and left.

If zero stars were an option, I would put that. You'd think that a Tim Hortons who had staffing issues and communication problems about a month ago resulting in in store closure, would have learned from their past mistakes, but no such luck and it's even worse than it was with the old staff and managers. I can usually expect to wait at least 20 minutes for my order everytime I come here, and the only reason why I DO GO THERE, is because it's a two block walk from my home. You essentially have new staff that has been thrown to the wolves and set up to fail, because of improper training. Smarten up guys, or I will just drive to Stevensville.

Hands down consistently the worst Tim Hortons in the Niagara Region. Poor service, slow service. Food is sloppy. If you have 30 min.to wait for a single coffee, this is the place for you.

The last time I went in to get my order the shift manager was yelling at the staff which made the patrons all very uncomfortable. To that shift manager. I was embarrassed for you, try supporting and building up your staff not belittling them in public and you might find you will have a smoother shift. Put yourself in their shoes.how eager would you be to perform your job being treated that way.

I came 3 times and each time they got my order wrong and don’t use the Ingredients in their sandwiches

Fast service plus well made drinks made visits to this Tim Hortons a pleasure. Always is the Tim Hortons I go to on my visits to Fort Erie

Don't usually have much in stock after 5, not always pleasant. Often a huge lineup of waiting on the road.

Apparently if a staff member doesn't properly hear what you ask for they refuse to remake your order and they put up quite a fight to give a refund or a receipt even for the order. How is it my problem that my order was not punched in properly ive literally never had this issue anywhere else. Disgusting the rude attitude of the woman running the place. You can tell her staff wanted to help me and they are afraid of her.

This Tim Hortons does not understand mobile ordering at all -when you place a mobile order you are then asked to get into the line to order either inside or drive through and wait for your coffee.it saves no time at all. They need to check with every other Tim Hortons to understand how mobile ordering works and what the purpose is. Service is very very slow whether you go in or drive through. Very understaffed but the staff they do have are polite.

Very busy location in the morning, staff members at the till inside are in training but the other crew members caught the mistakes and gave me the correct change and fixed my order before it made it to me at the pickup counter. Other people waiting in the store were cursing and yelling at staff, something to keep in mind if you bring children inside with you.

They have no idea what’s going on in life … can’t handle the drive thu walk ins and mobile orders… make there own rules.and extremely rude.

It was terrible got there at 10: 00 a.m. Waited in line plus there was about 15 other people they didn't open up the other cashier for some reason which doesn't make sense this was Thursday June 30th 2022 I do not recommend going to this one if you want good coffee or good food go to Crystal Ball cafe they're just up on Erie road way better service too
