Tim Hortons

Although the food is good, the service is lazy and when asked to put a sleeve on a cup, they even forget to do that simple thing and will instead just hand it to you separately AFTER reminding them. I've been to other Tim Hortons locations, and when told to put sleeves in drive thru, they remember.

Made my order wrong so I just came inside to ask for a refund and they tried telling me they made it right and were arguing. All I asked for was a refund I don't care because if they don't know how to put ice in Americano not gonna bother them and stress them out. I signed the receipt for my refund and then had to wait 3 minutes while the girl ignored me to give me my money I asked probably about 5 times if I can just get a refund and leave.something so simple shouldn't have been so complicated and took so much time.im a patient and calm person but anyone else wouldn't have been if a customer asks for a refund just give it and let them go don't start taking other orders in between while im waiting

This is the worst ever Tim Hortons store. The employees here are extremely rude. I was talking with the store in-charge named RITIKA and she is really very rude person. There is no Store manager or store owner who wants to solve customer issues.
DO NOT VISIT THE PLACE.

Worst managed location. Always have to wait 20-30 minutes to get the order and gets wrong order after waiting
All workers are always understaffed, overburdened and confused

Am regular cx here. I went there evening they were so busy and there was a stupid guy there yelling at the incharge I guess, lady was so calm and was dealing with the person patiently don’t know exactly what happened but it was disappointing seeing people treating employees bad. Specially at this Tim, evening staff is quite friendly.

Ordered for the staff so it was a large order and they not only messed up my order, they forgot to give timbits and certain items from the order. When I went back to pick up those items, they argued and said that I should check next time whether I got my items or not and that the could never make a mistake getting defensive instead of providing good customer service.

Do not buy any donuts from this location.
When complained about bee flying on Donut then they give excuse that its comes with customers when they open door.

I ordered tea when I get home open the lid this is cold tea I don't know how long it's sit there in the pot I phone back to the location and explained person said come and get another one I am only minute away but I am not going back there I will prepare at home by myself

Slowest tim hortons. People take forever even for a coffee. Make u wait for 4-5 minutes at the counter.

Poison not food.the worse tim hortons i have ever been to.they mess up your order and when you complain they nag about it.
Terrible customer service.rude staff,
coffee taste stale.they serve salad with no dressing.the bakery taste like sand. I don't know how this chain is still open honestly.just sad.

I don’t know how the owner keeps staff who’s doesn’t like to serve the clients especially from takeout window and keeping ignoring the customers ‍️ I can rate them 0 customer service

I went this evening around 7: 30 I order 2 crispy chicken raps, 2 hash browns, and small ice cap when I drive thru to the window I ask the guy working their to add to my order medium coffee regular he make me to pay twice for the medium coffee and I ask him why he is like I don’t know how to add the coffee to ur order I got mad for this service they learn nothing what the manager and supervisor do their?

I ordered 12 grain bagel with egg in it and the egg wasn't even cooked properly and had eggshells in it. Very disappointed. On top of that they added cheese which I never asked them to add. Hire a better staff.

I wish I could give negative stars, Sunshine should not be working in customer service if she doesn’t know how to talk to customers

Terrible service, I ordered 2 burgers and they packaged it in 1 small bag. The food fell out when I got home

Very bad customer service “ night shift “, wrong order, taking time and ‏ignoring the customer.

Very dissatisfied of late. I order steep tea and get coffee. This happens at least 3 times a week. I now wait and check my beverages before I drive away so that I can get it fixed right away. The location had no sweetener. Really! I visit this location daily. Multiple times. Asked for cheese croissant got plain. Asked for lots of butter on the side got one. Said i'de pay for the extra. Glazed look when I again asked for more butter. I. WILL. PAY. FOR. THE. EXTRA. BUTTER! Also no napkins. I feel that the servers are not listening to the customer.
