I stop every day at this location, my order is only correct maybe 2/7 days of the week. Do better.

The Timmy's at the Riverbend is 4 star in the morning but it's 1 star in the evening. Either understaffed or underperforming: In the evenings uncleaned tables are typically the only kind available, and significant delays to in-store service are common when inventory or kitchen maintenance duties are given priority instead

The staff themselves are apologetic, but apologies are not a replacement for service, and far too common. Your patience may be tested and there will be crumbs and stains on the most popular tables

Such a disappointing store. We visited this morning for a quick breakfast, and the staff were completely incompetent. We asked for a BLT, and received tomato and bacon on a bagel. No mayo or Lettuce. We also ordered a Maple Bacon BELT, and asked for no cheese. All we received was a piece of egg and bacon. No Lettuce, tomato, or sauce. This store needs staff who care, or who are trained properly.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 beverages, 2 chocolate croissants and a specialty donut. They were out of the Buffalo chicken ranch wrap, out of white milk, out of crispy chicken etc.totally understandable at the end of a long weekend. By the time we got home 45 minutes away and checked the bag, our specialty donut was not in the bag. I called the store and no apology was offered. I was told because I was not in wasaga they couldn’t do anything.

Never again this location.
Cashier having hearing problem, not familiar with available products.
Math is not their favorite. They not able to count simple 1+1.
Cleanines has a huge room for improvement.

This location was very understaffed for a long weekend. The assistant manager was really nice and patient but the staff couldn't keep up with the orders. Behind the counter was really quite filthy, they were walking around food on the floor. My order took about twenty minutes or longer.

Love that I'm able to get a large cup of espresso. I'm sure they thought I was insane, lol. Clean and friendly. Many options for eating. No matter what you prefer.

The staff was too concerned about their friends instead of the growing lineup within the restaurant.

Wow! Not sure where to start. I was the the first person in line 1person behind me and waited a long time to get served. Then when I asked for something they don't serve it after 11 someone snapped. So I changed what I wanted. Then I stood at the end and waited for over 8 mins before I finally got my breakfast sandwich and if you look in the pic that is what I got! I wouldn't dare go back!

THE WORST TIM HORTONS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The girl taking my order was like punching the screen and didn't listen to my order at all.was extremely rude and ignorant when I repeated my order. She also messed up my order and I was not going to make a scene about it but was super upset.the staff were dressed like complete slobs and looked so misrible.that even 2 other people were commenting how grumpy and rediculous everyone looked. I also told the girl no tomatoes on my food as I'm allergic n of course there was tomatos on it. Good thing I'm not deathly allergic. Do better.
