Worst Tim's iv ever been to employees are slow as molasses lot of times the coffee tastes old or burnt and seems to have a line every time I go there

The ugliest and messy that I ever seen right at downtown. Better drive all the way to College n Beverly to grab Starbucks even though I'm at the neighborhood

It's a pretty average Tims. Place is kinda dirty everytime I visit, and don't be surprised if you see a homeless guy walking in, although they can't really help that.

They do have the double chocolate donut there, which a lot of places don't. Much appreciated.

Terrible establishment, the worst service, they don't know how to work with customers at all, very long waits. I don't recommend it!

The staff is super friendly. Kaitlyn (blonde with glasses) is a rockstar! She always goes above and beyond to make customers happy. And it’s little things that count. Thank you Kaitlyn!

Spend more time in the lineup than anything. They were so proud to open a second line but only have one cashier. Brilliant!

Also expect harassment from the homeless that make up most of the people inside the store. Being by u of t this is a REAL safe place. Just don't use the bathroom or go around the corner as the vagrants shoot up nearby.

Weekends there is a lady always in a mad mood. You need to check that.usually the attention is fine but no for this lady that have more than 1 year working there

All my past and recent experiences at this location had have been always terrible. Customer service is the worst. Staff is usually cold or even angry. I hope a good manager could come to this store and fix it. International students should be glad they have a job in the country and do their best. Is a shame how they treat people and serve food in this Tim Hortons. Personally i will never come back.

The girl who served me was colder than a fridge. She even didn't look at me while taking my order. Then when I received it, it wasn't what I asked.
It's a tim hortons, the food is the same as all of tim hortons, but service is not good. And of course they didn't do anything about it.
Also they do not have vegetarian option in this location.

Got my order wrong the first time through also served me cold cold bacon from an open container sitting on a counter not even a heating tray for it how is this place still open

Managers or owners really need to straighten the place out. Everything about it was a bad experience

It is dumpy for a Tim's. I don't mind that it is small, but they should put a bit of money in it.

Bought a plain bagel with cream cheese, there were only 3 staff so I figured it would take a little bit longer, but it wasn't a big deal. My main issue is that they forgot to make my order, and when a lady asked me what I was waiting for, I told her. She checked with the other staff (including the one who took my order) and they decided that I had in fact NOT paid for anything yet (despite only having waited for approx 8 mins so I don't know how they forgot). She told me to buy something else. What, so they can forget and I waste more money? I just walked out.

Very good service. Hot products were fresh and team was very helpful.

Been to this coffee chain many times before. This particular location is really bad for service and coffee. I've frequented this location for a few weeks now, everytime there is a long wait amd everytime I ordered a coffee my coffee had tons of coffee grounds in it. They are just very slow at this particular location. I would go elsewhere but there isn't really any other place to get coffee nearby so I unfortwill probably have to return again. I do not recommend this particular location though, way to slow amd terrible coffee here!
