Another tight location. Lines is out the door with only 3 people in line. Current staff could never handle a drive through, absolutely to slow. Not my favorite Timmy's!

I have picked up my Tims from this location for many years. Staff are polite, helpful and always happy. I love going there.

This is my favourite location. There is a nice lady that always greets me by my name when she is there. I usually only do mobile orders at the window but the staff has always been friendly toward me. Ashley always makes my extra vanilla iced coffees correctly. I find the location most consistent with their sandwiches and meals.

Very bad service …staff is not cooperative they were rude and Ashley supervisor didn’t let us use the washroom when needed and make wrong orders

Multiples hairs found in my bagel!

This location is disgusting. There are bugs flying all over the baked good in the display case, and a nasty smell of garbage that floats around the area.

We waited so long for our order and when we got home, the order was wrong on many levels. Not only that, there were hairs in my bagel (that’s right, MULTIPLE hairs). I’ve been trying to get a refund from Tim Horton’s but they just send the same copy and paste response and ignore you. Such a disgusting and disrespectful treatment of their customers.

For sanitary purposes alone, I’m telling you to avoid this dirty place. Read the other reviews on here about bugs around the baked goods and a consistency for wrong orders. There are so many high quality breakfast places in the junction that care about their community, better to support them!

I would give this location a 0/5 star if I could.

I believe because they are established they shouldn't have to worry about quality customer service. I waited half an hour for my order. When I got to the office it was missing some of the ingredients. I had to drive back to get the correct order. When it was prepared they didn't even acknowledge me that it was ready they placed it on the counter for another customer to pick up my order and then realize it's not hers. Why should another customer have to make contact with your order we are in a PANDEMIC.

The taste is the same as all the other Tim Hortons but the service is atrocious! Not once have they gotten our order right and the manager (or someone who acts like the manager) is super rude to her employees. A lot of them don't speak English well enough to understand a native speaker much less an ESL, so it gets very frustrating.

This by far has been the worst Tim’s I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Only one very nice girl with glasses is there where I know if I see her then my order will be correct. But I’ve never been to a location where they consistently get my order wrong whether it’s coffee or a breakfast sandwich. I’ve tried for a month. No more. It’s horrible

Bad, terrible service. Ordered a coffee & sandwich breakfast meal. The drink was served immediately, but the food was only served 10 minutes later, after I began to object to waiting so long. In the meantime, other customers arrived, ordered, were served, and departed. The food and coffee were great.

During my visit I went to use the restroom and it was not a good experience. The stall I was in had a leaking ceiling which dripped dirty water on my head as I was relieving myself. At the same time, the sensors in the toilet were setting off the flush mechanism (which I’m pretty sure was broken), and the water was splashing all over me. I left the stall wet on both ends. So nasty.

I **GENUINELY** think the staff here have a combined IQ equivalent to that of stale gerbil droppings. I'm just bewildered with the level of incompetence, so much so it should illegal to be this dense in the workforce. My PSA is to urge anyone coming to this location to check your orders before you leave, as odds are 9.5/10 times you will be given something completley different than what you asked for. Prepare to repeat your order slowly and at least 3 to 4 times before the slack-jaw looks from the staff soften up.

They always get your order wrong, they are more interested in chatting among themselves that they get your order wrong. The place is dirty

Make shure the lady behind the cash who takes your order scans your card right told me it's all good when I checked no roll up was on my card spend 10 dollars.not nice st Michael hospital timmy's bad lady was inpatient? Iam spending the money.

This place always gets my order wrong and they think that they can switch my order (if its not available) with something else without telling me. I didn't know ice coffee comes without ice lol and I could list all the bad things about this place but it would take me all week lol. Please train the staff properly. I officially give up and just make the extra 5 min drive to another Tim's
