Tim Hortons

The employe took care of me and my friend. They bought us an apple fritter and a water for free. The atmosphere is amazing and overall the employes are really nice and truly takes care of every costumer

This location has a lot of very friendly staff that have to put up with a lot of not so friendly customers. So I commend them, and no issues with quality of food and drinks.

I've never had any issues at this location. Staff are friendly, order is always correct and there's always many people working

Used to be a nice restaurant to meet friends, but now some tables usually occupied by group of local alcoholics, swearing and scaring people away.

Love the French vanilla, I got the 2 dollar small cup. It's a bit sweet for my taste but is pretty hot and amazing for this cold weather.

So many many negative reviews and yet Tim Hortons has done absolutely nothing to improve or fix the issues at this location. I would definitely not be surprised if this Tim Hortons went out of business within the next year. It’s too bad because it’s nice having one in this area.

I came in after placing my mobile order at 5: 20 am. Not busy at all in there, 3 people working. Food took FOREVER to be prepared. Only one lady on cash who was also preparing the orders, the other 2 we're getting the donuts ready for the day.line grew longer and the other workers didn't go on cash or help, they ignored the line and those people sadly were waiting like 10 minutes just for a drink. So don't come here if you're in any kind of rush, this is not the location to go to if you wanna be in and out quickly. Food and drinks were great though, no complaints about that at all. Hire more workers or teach the ones you have to hop on cash or help make orders when it starts getting backed up.

Jum (I didn’t get her name right since you make them write their names in with chalk) Name with 3 letters that starts with a J (I’m sure there’s only one) was extremely rude, I would say borderline bullying, her coworkers. She has 0 respect to the people she works with and talks down to all of them and makes them believe it was the other persons fault (when really it was hers). Please educate her on RESPECT to her coworkers. Anybody would hate to work with her. She definitely made the work environment toxic I’m the 10 minutes I was there. I couldn’t imagine working a whole shift with her.

I have never waited so long to be served at a Time Hortons. It was almost ten minutes before someone acknowledged that I was standing at the till waiting to order. There were eight people in line waiting for their orders to be filled. My husband is still waiting for our food to be made, 14 minutes later. I won't come back to this location. I am sure that there is another one with better service just as close. Obviously this Tim Hortons needs to hire more team members or train them better.

- service is just ok, can be pretty slow (especially during the school year)
- food is nothing spectacular, but lots of seating
- poor wifi, never been able to connect
- always dirty, bathrooms are pretty disgusting and tables are often covered with trash/food mess

Classic location in the area I grew up. Never had a problem with staff or service, but lineups can be extremely long - service can be slow. Very slow.

This is easily one of the worst tim's locations in Mississauga. It's always incredibly busy, like line out the door busy. They are clearly understaffed in there so it takes ages to get whatever it is you ordered. If you order any food, you won't be receiving it for at least 20-30mins. I would go to any other Tim's other than this one.

Worst costumer service ever. I placed an order on the mobile app, not only waited almost an hour but was delivered Thai express food instead. When I call the location a girl name Patricia pick up my call and was so rude. She had so much attitude and even asked why I bothered to call,
Told me she can’t help me and that
It’s not her problem. Couldn’t help me to figure out what happen to my order. As a customer service based job if this is how you are… you probably shouldn’t be working here. The way the situation was handled was so uncalled for and no where near professional.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons Ever, everyone just looks like they woke up from a nap and there is only 1 cash open, I starting to wonder is Juan Valdez was on strike and there was a coffee Shortage

When visiting Tim Hortons please remember that people have not had their morning caffeine!

Please try to be patient and use your manners when at a service restaurant. People are only doing their best it used to be less frantic because there wasn't as much required and if you're having a really large order perhaps you should consider ubering rather than ruining everybody's morning.

This is a classic location however you will not often find people chilling out here like in the olden days, this is partially because a lot of the area is full of teenagers and people who are high energy and don't always use their manners.

So please drive safe in the plaza, also don't litter. This is a lovely classic area of Mississauga but we need to maintain Canadian values by saying please thank you and excuse me and being positive cuz life's about looking for the positives.

Described the state of bathroom to little manager person, got excuses, and still no one went in to clean it.
So I hate to think what the back area looks like if a public area is left like that.
