Tim Hortons

I bought 2 breakfast sandwich this morning.they don't even warp it just it in paper bag！

I always go to tis tim hortons because It's close to my house.and I ask for Chilli for last 17 months I only get Chilli 2 times they always don't have I try to ask where is owner and like always he is not there so Y u guys open if always don't have maybe they don't make a lot.they should make more Chilli Enough for everyone

Long queue. Understaffed. Slight wait.

But staff on duty performed well as they should. Respect peeps who work during rush hours while being understaffed. Hope they are rewarded.

Routinely one of the worst Tims I visit in the city. On non-peak or busy times routinely waited over 10 minutes for a bagel and muffin, only to be told they no longer have either available. Save yourself and walk to the Tim’s on Church.

I order a BLT and the lettuce they put it on it was roten, black roten lettuce, I can believe it, was disgusting.

A little bit of slow service (understandable,) because management seemed to only have two people on for a morning rush. The workers still had a smile on their face while serving customers.

Probably one of the worst branches! The front door was wide open with the flies all around the doughnuts. It was awful as the store was occupied with bugs! Makes me think of the poor hygiene

Very kind staff! After a bad experience at another Tim Hortons (Church & The Esplanade) this one restored my faith in the company! The staff were so friendly and kind. Will definitely be back!

Worst branch! Only one person working on floor, they don’t even have iced coffees in summers! Disappointing!

I tried my best to give the workers here the benefit of the doubt however I can no longer hold it in. The inconsistency and incapableness of the entire staff here is mind boggling. Nothing worse than seeing 6 people working and there is no structure. The line is all around the store and they fail to get their guests order done in time. There needs to be some type of training to fix this mess of customer service.

Had a passion fruit quencher, your standard Tim Hortons with that standard Tim Hortons experience.

Limited donut selection and the same ones every time. They often run out of donuts by 4 pm or earlier.
