Please do yourself a favour and DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Staff is very rude and inappropriate, doesn't matter what you order it will be more than likely be burnt. Management really needs to step in and fix the image of this Tim Horton's Restaurant, because it is TERRIBLE.

Worst tims ever.
Staff have zero customer service, nobody is professional here.
They have zero knowledge on how to manage the store.
Zero team work amongst the employees.
The que was way too big today but only one cashier and guess what she was serving the orders aswell.
They don’t know how to make mocha coffee, they gave me hesheys chocolate syrup instead.
Never ever go here

These guys should learn how to do customer service and pick up the phone when people call.

URGENT SAFETY: do not visit this location. I kindly told the staff in the drive thru to not point the barcode scanner (LASER) in my eyes. The next thing the staff member did was place the laser in the center on the window facing my eyes and shrugged their shoulders until I drove away. This location does not have any respect or keep health and safety in mind.

I ordered bagel with creme cheese.but they use creme cheese very thin layered, i think have to watch out what they serve

So ridicules service they put hash brown in my bagel even I specifically told them don’t put has brown as I’m allergic from that and when I complained they just forgot about my order replacement and I waited there for 20 mins

Very rude lady at counter for drive thru doesn’t know how to take customers order and makes mistake then says go ahead and complain like she doesn’t care at all so disrespectful won’t ever be returning to this location she even kept the receipt (she looked like a manager) so I don’t use it for the complain please train staff on customer service even the iced cap was way too strong and I had to ask them for extra cream

Terrible service staff at drive thru. This is the message to manager of this branch that please train your drive thru staff properly.she was asking stupid questions while i was giving order, she was not aware about all tim Hortons inventories.she made me crazy in morning.

The staff is too slow and also there are a a lot of people working there but unfortunately it shows no result. Train your staff to be quick because thats what means when it comes to Tim Hortans.

It was snowing bad outside, after having my cup of coffee I had my head down and was waiting for my friend to pick me up from the location at around 5-6pm and the security guard head came up to me, saying “You can not sleep here” and I replied I am not sleeping, I have my head down waiting for my friend as he got stuck due to the storm out.
He was like you cant keep your head down as well
This is first review ever and I would like to know if this is the normal as Ive been to 100’s of Tim Hortons

Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name.
That's what this Tim's is like. The second time you go in, they already know your order. Friendly staff. Honestly, it's the best part of my day.

I’ve had the unfortunate luck of having this Tim Hortons near my house. Every single time, they mess up the order one way or another. Never do they give the correct items, and they always forget to add stuff as well. Staff is slow, and a lot of the times rude and in a hurry to get you out without verifying the order properly. Don’t waste your time here, and go to another Tim Hortons.

I had coffee and breakfast sandwich (egg cheese sausage on home style) today from here which was stale. It gave me food poisoning and I am in pain from all day morning. WORST

Becoming worst day by day, slow service, staff is not active, they forget orders and make you wait for 15-20 minutes.

I went there like 30 minutes before I came home with my order and I saw my behalf was burnt and the lady was working in the kitchen she was not wearing the gloves I am not coming to this location. And on top of that we have to wait for food too long

Still garbage. Found a hair stuck to my cup.sub standard hygiene standards. This is ridiculous.

I was visiting from the US and Tim Horton's feels like the most Canadian thing ever! I visited this one almost every day of my trip. I love their breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and the original TimBits are nice. My only complaint is the dining area is often busy and unclean.

I live near this tim horton but till i never get my coffee or begals/ croissant fresh. Now I stopped to go there. The behaviour of the employees and manager is soo rude, especially who work at night shift. I also work at tim horton but in my free time i went there to get coffee or begal but every time i got not -fresh beaked. Really disappointed.

Worst experience

We waited for half an hour for our order and they said our debit machine is not working that we have to came inside after waiting

And our order is just one coffee.

On the 15 june at 2pm i buy Coffee and donut and muffin after I eating it in the store I feel sick I came home and I an sick even now I am going to the doctor. I belive it is bad milk

Tim Horton's is going from bad to worse. Ordered a large cappuccino got home and I noticed that it's almost less than half didn't drink any yet.

Worst tim ever as i ordered just 3 chicken sandwiches and 3 peach quenchers. Today date 16 may at 4.32 the old lady was so confused for just this little order and she was screaming on us.

Worst tim hortons they consider to attend drive thru customers instead of non drivers customers which is not good. Worst experience on maps it is shown that it is open for 24 hrs but they give priority to drive thru customers only which is really sad.

Very bad services i am a regular costumer of this tim.and the lady on the drive through is rude, when i ask her for my tim reward card scan then she said sorry it will not work now.there is only my car in the drive through at that time.i never go back at that location.they have a sense to talk with costumer.why they gave us reward card if there staff don't want to scan our card. 0/5.very disappointed.

We ordered in total 5drinks three of them were strawberry creamy chills it’s is clearly visible from the picture that each is having different colour variance I do not know that Tim horton even serve same drink in different colours without demanding any variation
Talking about staff and service it’s just horrible to be there we waited for about 10 mins for just 5 drinks and when told that we are waiting from long time they started arguing and when we came back to show the drinks displayed in picture and asked them to replace drinks they told that don’t argue just listen to them for lame excuses. They were even not following any standards she just took one of the wrong drink back and then she throwed it in dustbin and without washing hands she started making other drinks. Ladies serving front desk are just too rude and not properly trained.
When told to call manager the ignored us really frustrating
It’s just not first time I am experiencing these things at this location always it is like this waiting and then wrong product.

Lacking availability. Also communications in the drive thru sucks. Very poor. Get people who speak & understand English to take orders, lesrners can serve inside customers.

Don’t go there they are wasting your time and money just for the black lattice and the weird smelling from the wrap don’t go places choose star buck or any others location

Worst tim Horton in the country. Avoid at all cost. Once you enter the drive through, there no exit if you change your mind and oh yes you will want to change your mind bc it take them over 30 to move cars along their drive thru.

The staff is very friendly and they always have my order correct for every time I visited. They are tolerant of those not so nice.
There's love within them, hence why I write this review. I would definitely come here again though I am not from this area.

I ordered the crispy chicken wrap in the after today with double chicken inside but when I came back in the evening with wrap with me the manager said it’s not from here we don’t use this cover. I told her to please check cctv and them decide she said I don’t care if you will put review I will show other cover of wrap on your review. These people are just so bad and unprofessional. I wish I could give them reviews in negative. To bad experience.

On Thursday morning I ordered a strawberry doughnut. The woman taking my order was nice but she put my doughnut in a 10 piece box, though I’m not sure why. She tried to close the box but she couldn’t so she apologized that she couldn’t close it and gave me the box like that. I was a little confused because normally they’d put the doughnut in those red boxes or a small bag? When I took the doughnut out, most of the frosting had stuck to the inside of the box.:/

Dirty table and bad staff attitude for cleaning. Sad that it’s doesn’t feel
Like tim hourtons but some local pawn shop. When I request for table to be cleaned, they gave me a tissue to clean it and that was not done.

Worst service
We ordered French vanilla and steep tea triple triple with milk around 12: 30 PM. She gave me cold tea and i was unable to drink it and This is not a first time.

A Punjabi girl was soo rude. I ordered a chocolate dip donut and she gave me honey dip and charged for chocolate dip. Very bad

What the hell is this?
Ordered at 11.09 am = 2 english muffin with egg n cheese including hashbrown in one of them with chipotle sauce nd 1 medium tripple tripple

What i got 2 everything bagel with hashbrown, chipotle nd butter

I was going for long hour drive, was to eat good brkfst meal bt this order spoiled my whole day

They even don’t know the difference between bagel and english muffin

Now they will reply my comment “ sorry sir, we apologize for this “

I hope manager will see this comment, will shameful for their workers, if they are new train them properly.

Happened before also ordered crispy chiken wrap, gave me crispy chiken wrap without chiken

Does it make sense?

I ordered two chicken wrap with hash brown and chipotle nd inside. They gave me hash brown on side and didn’t even put chipotle. A girl rupinder punched my order wrong. I went two times to the counter to get my order to be fixed still didn’t got it as expected i mean how many times a person will go i am allergic to pickle so i ordered without pickle. They put pickle inside. Rupinder was very rude to customers.
