Tim Hortons

3rd time in the last 6 days I've ordered breakfast, and they give me the wrong sandwich. I had to pay extra for my order based on the style of wrap I ordered.
The coffee is never stirred for my wife and I. Separate times of course, but not good!

Out of towner here. Stopped at this location for breakfast. The staff were all smiles and friendly, the hash browns were warm and the coffee was hot. Just the way I like it. This place really has the small town vibe where everyone seems to know everyone else and the food/drinks remain hot and fresh. Thanks guys, you made my morning! Stark contrast in comparison to downtown Toronto where staff often dont even smile!

Wanted to see what the fuss was about with the be Tim Biebs. They were just timbits misspelled.

Too slow. Staff seemed overwhelmed. We're screwing up orders. Too many staff devoted to drive through.

Horrible waste of time. Takes 30 minutes to get a coffee. Always WAY understaffed, owner not present. Employees are frustrated.

Staff shame on each other. Poor management. Poor staff. Poor service. Every time out of grilled products.awfulle experience.

Absolutely the slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario. Only tolerable with app for in store pick up (I only get coffee and it still takes at least 5 or 10min but beats the 20min drive thru and out the door lines)

Lately they refuse in-store pick up but you don't know while ordering. It's made for difficult and long refund processes/much wasted time. Really not worth going here anymore.

Understaffed (like everywhere) restaurant area was closed, but staff remained very friendly and rolled with the challenges of an extremely long drive thru line and impatient/rude customers. Tea was worth the wait, wish the washrooms had been open: (

Tuesday, July 20,2022 around 2pm, the inside of the store was closed “due to staffing” shortages, according to a sign on the front door… drive thru was the only thing open. Not a reliable pit-stop location.

40 minute wait in line on a Sunday morning. Line-up out the door. One person working the till inside. It seems they give priority to drive-thru and online orders. Also, the person serving us was handling cash and then putting her fingers in the cups when she was moving the cups around.

Good as usual. Wish they had more people working though. Seems like the lone ups inside and put are way too much.

If you don't have a car, don't go here. They ignore the people inside for the drive through. I waited about 15 minutes, saw a dozen or so cars served, and didn't any closer inside. I just left and went to Dizzy. The staffing issue isn't likely their fault.but still.go elsewhere.

Normally quite good. This location consistently runs out of stock and had an excessively long wait in the drive through. Staff was pleasant enough but unconcerned by the long wait and lack of product. As if it is a common occurance

Lots of parking and least busy drive thru than most Tim Hortons I have visited in Ontario. Interior service is not as efficient in the evening hours, very fresh donuts and apple fritters I got there

It seems everything you go though the prices change from time to time. Med coffee and bagel with cream cheese. 5.11 when I do the math it's 4.73. Wow

Tim Hortons employees rarely ask if. Have a points card they are losing sight of great customer service

Mornings and Evenings are always rather long in wait time. There are no coffee cup disposal bins available in the drive thru because people throw household garbage in them. I found out that Canada Day is almost impossible to get a coffee because people form long lines out the door as well as the drive thru.

Well 20 mins wait in a 6 person line, i believe this is the last. This is still the slowest Tim hortons I've been to.
If this continues I think I'm going to stop drinking coffee and the mobile app is b.s. Because everyone stops to fill these orders when there's already a huge line up it's like someone budding in line, it's quite rude.
