Horrible experience. One Indian girl name Preeti working on drive through has no sense to talk to the customers. As I have the coupon on the app which did not worked she told me to pay the full amount and said that you are wasting time on the window as it is our high speed of service. Thyvana South Indian lady came and helped in a polite way. You guys should teach your staff first to deal and talk to the customers as we are not here to get the free food or the staff is not giving us the food from there pocket.
Also the French vanilla was a half cup when I said is it the appropriate amount she was making faces on me. Ridiculous!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never got my order correct. They always mess up my order, can't even make a double double coffee correct. So disappointing customer service. Lack of portioning of food. Employees really don't know how to be humble and nice. Always bad and old dark roast and they say it is FRESH.

This place should be closed immediately for their bad service! No food, coffee or tea at this time 7 PM.
Really poor service!

I asked for a simple Orange Pekoe tea, 2 and a half with cream. Came home took a sip and it was bitter! They put nothing in my tea. Mind you it was not busy at all! I was the only one in the dirve thru plus there were 2 customers inside. This is the WORSE TIM HORTONS i mean look at the reviews. Stop being lazy and do your job

HORRIBLE! No food or drinks available! Tim hortons should be ashamed of this place and remove from Tim Hortons chain!

If I could rate this Tim Hortons -0000 I would! There is only one lady that works there that is friendly and I believe she is Sri Lankan.

I placed an order for one Sour cream Glaze, 1 small Iced cap and one vanilla dip donut. I gave the cashier $20. She gave me back $5 and $3.25 in coins. I asked for the receipt as I realized the change was incorrect. She kept insisting she gave me back the correct change and I kept insisting she didn’t as that was all the cash I had on me. Instead of $13.25, I got back $8.25.
She then called someone from the back and continued to insist she gave me back the correct change to which I said no she didn’t. They ended up calling the manger and running cameras. After all off that I was given the correct change. The cashier who give me the incorrect change kept staring at me and didn’t have common courtesy to apologize! Horrible customer service!

Really disappointed with the staff.twice they made the same mistake.i asked them for double toasted bagel and they toast it only once. Even she is repeating to double toast it

This is the worst Tim I have ever been to. I am giving zero for customer service. It's not the first time I have had this experience at this Tim and I am never gonna visit here again. You must train your employees to answer customers' questions and doubts and it's rude to close the window on customers' faces without even replying with something like you are giving food for free!
Also, I had previous bad experiences with double-double coffee without sugar and getting a cold coffee like it was already made before but this time it was disrespectful.
This Tim is just 5 min from my place but now I will drive 2 km more and get my morning breakfast from another Tim and won't recommend anyone to visit here.
I don't know if the owner of the franchise ever read these reviews but you are losing business over here man, I would suggest you train your employees better.

I went through the drive through at 12: 15 PM 13 april 2023. I ordered 1 caramel ice coffee. It was worst coffee i had in my life from tim hortons. Crew didn’t even mix it well it was a worst.

I just now bought a medium French vanilla. But it was not full it was only filled 3/4 of the cup. I tried to call them to know if the machine cuts off by itself or it’s just bcoz of the employee didn’t fill it, but nobody picked up the call.

I ordered beagle with butter and chipotle sauce but everytime either they put only one of them. It seems they are doing it intentionally to save money. When I complain about it they say they might forget, this has happen to me thrice. This is the worst tim hortons I have been to.

I often went there to grab a drink. Service is really appreciable. However the space is not that much but it’s good for drive through or take-out.

Just made a online order and the food came from this location this is the absolute worst tim Hortons I'm dealt with they never have anything available I ordered the Chipotle steak they call me tell me they don't have it so I said ok I'll take the clintro chicken lime loaded bowl I ask for slow chicken they don't have I agreed on crispy chicken I ask if it was fresh she said yes I received my order the chicken was old burnt dry and it was one small piece not the proper portion I will be calling head office first thing tomorrow morning

The employees over there were very great.the quality of the products was nice.instead of this, the hospitality provided was excellent.

This is worst Tim’s and employers. I’ve been get the worst service. For the past two weeks I’ve been getting a stepped tea from them and ask for sugar but never seem they know what sugar is. As today I was placing an order and asked for M steptea 2 milk 1 and half sugar I had to shout so they could hear me out but when I got my order the give me a coffee instead of tea. In my life I’ve seen lots of bad service but. Not as this Tim’s making mistakes every day for the past two week. They honestly should closed the location or change all the employers there. I really hope they see this review so they know how to make their stuff and listen to the customers orders.

Very fast service staff is very nice the lady who is leading the team she is so nice her name is maninderjit. Nice teamwork love to join this place in future. Ok they deserve 10

This is a worst Tim Hortons I ever seen in Canada. Even tough manager name something starting from MAN. She is freaking rude with her co- workers and she needs to speak in english with her team not in their own language. She needs to have look on their reviews then she can realize how she’ll fix the issue and give excellent service to the customers. Manager needs to have a some customer service classes then she can actually perform her job responsibilities well and make her customers happy.

Depends on the day and time you go, they could still mess up your order but they good ones who wouldn't

The worse drive thru ever they always forcing the ppl to leave faster by saying (next order readyyyyyyyyyy) I know there is timer because I worked in timis before but I think the problem from the supervisor because even the new employees always saying that.this is disrespectful

Very bad service. I always get wrong order and burned decaf. One of the service providers is rude and not professionals at all.

I ordered for 12 grain Bagle double toasted but it not looks like all students working no one care about customer there excess staff busy with cheat chats

There is a hookr in the parking lot who is brown, has a nose ring, acne, and has a huge nose. This person is bothering people all the time begging for someone to buy her "services"

Worst worst store ever. They don't even know how take order. Not once but many times I asked for things but when go home n check it's different. Next time i should wait in the window and check. So they know how it feels to waste someone's time.

This is the worst tim hortons I have ever visited in whole Canada!
I have visited there 3 times in total because it is nearest tim hortons.
First time they messed up in tim biebs order
2nd time I ordered multiple things in which I also ordered biscuit egg and cheese and they gave me english muffin!
3rd time I ordered a ice coffee and it was dark and it was worst in taste!
Idk what they are upto! All the staff members are always busy in their talking!
Idk they are even training people or not!

Very SLOWWWW! They have lots of staff (estimated 7) but they are super slow. You have to speak super loud for them to hear. One of the crew also didn’t know how to be nice to a customer, she gave me the my order with no respect

This Tim Hortons location is the worst by far. They need to close down cause they are ruining the franchise name. They never have anything that you want. The best part is they don't even have the trays to carry your hot beverages. My husband just bought 2 coffee the staff placed it in a tim bits box yes I said tim bits box and upon coming home the box bottom broke. How the heck can you put 2 medium coffee in a tim bit box? The best part you can also call over 100 times to make a complain and no one will answer. These people are just straight up stealing your money.

They need some corporate intervention at this location because none of the staff working there know what they are doing.

I order my breakfast every morning. The drive thru window - LADY - IS NOT MEANT TO WORK IN THIS INDUSTRY. SHE NEVER SAYS A WORD. NO SMILE NO THANK YOU - NOTHING. RUDE STAFF. I HAVE TRIED TO BE FRIENDLY AND WHEN YOU GET NOTHING IN RETURN. TERRIBLE. BUT I NOTICED I AM NOT ALONE WITH MY FEELINGS. MOST REVIEWS I READ SAY THE SAME THING. THIS IS THE ONLY TIM HORTONS DRIVE THRU - I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THE WORST STAFF. IF I COULD I WOULD SCORE THEM - 1. IT REALLY DOES NOT TAKE MUCH - BUT A SIMPLE HELLO AND THANK YOU.

They can never get my coffee right. They will park saying 2 mins and then take 20 making you late for your shift. Rush you as you’re paying. Just overall no manners. Ew
